THE EXAMINATION OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMPLOYEES‘ CONCEPTIONS FROM DIMENTIONS OF WORK ETHIC WITH JOB SATISFACTION AND JOB STRESS (CASE STUDY: TECHNICAL TRAINING ORGANIZATION OF TABRIZ)

Abstract

 The goal of this research is the examimation of the relationship between employees‘ conceptions from dimentions of WORK ETHIC with JOB SATISFACTION and JOB STRESS in TECHNICAL TRAINING ORGANIZATION of Tabriz. The sample of this research was 216 workers including 124 men and 92 female. For data collection three questionnaires including WORK ETHIC, JOB SATISFACTION and JOB STRESS were used. Data collected were analyzed with correlation and regression analysis. Results show that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between employees‘ conceptions from WORK ETHIC and JOB SATISFACTION. But there is a negative and meaningful relationship between employees‘ conceptions from WORK ETHIC and JOB STRESS. The results of regression analysis show that three aspects of WORK ETHIC that are interest, preserverence and diligence and healthy relations at work are significant predictors of JOB SATISFACTION. Also, other regression results show that two aspects of WORK ETHIC namely interest and preserverence and diligence are significant predictors of JOB STRESS.
