As usual, let $\mathcal RL$ denote the ring of real-valued continuous functions on a completely regular frame $L$. Let $\beta L$ and  $\lambda L$ denote the  Stone-\v{C}ech compactification of $L$ and the Lindel\"of coreflection of $L$, respectively. There is a natural way of associating with each sublocale of $\beta L$ two ideals of $\mathcal RL$, motivated by a similar situation in $C(X)$. In~\cite{DS1}, the authors go one step further and associate with each sublocale  of $\lambda L$ an ideal of $\mathcal RL$ in a manner similar to one of the ways one does  it for sublocales of $\beta L$.  The intent in this paper is to augment~\cite{DS1} by considering two other coreflections; namely, the realcompact and the paracompact   coreflections.\\        We show that $\boldsymbol M$-ideals of $\mathcal RL$ indexed by sublocales of $\beta L$ are precisely the intersections of maximal ideals of  $\mathcal RL$. An $\boldsymbol{M}$-ideal of $\mathcal RL$ is \emph{grounded} in case it is of the form $\boldsymbol{M}_S$ for some sublocale $S$ of $L$. A similar definition is given for an  $\boldsymbol{O}$-ideal of $\mathcal RL$.  We characterise $\boldsymbol M$-ideals of $\mathcal RL$ indexed by spatial sublocales of $\beta L$, and $\boldsymbol O$-ideals of $\mathcal RL$ indexed by closed sublocales of $\beta L$ in terms of grounded maximal ideals of $\mathcal RL$.

Background: To the best of our knowledge, the prevalence of macrolide-resistant Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MRM) in Iranian children has not been investigated. Objectives: The present study aimed to evaluate the prevalence of MRM in Iranian children with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). Methods: A total of 222 children with CAP, aged 3-15 years, who were hospitalized in 10 different children's hospitals, were enrolled in this study. Mycoplasmas were detected using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay. The severity of CAP was evaluated according to the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) guidelines. The level of C-reactive protein (CRP) was also measured by the particle-enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay. Additionally, the chest X-rays of children with CAP were recorded and sent to a radiologist for further evaluation. Results: Twenty-one children (9. 4%) diagnosed with CAP also had M. pneumoniae infection, 17 (77. 27%) of whom were positive for A2063G transition and high-level macrolide resistance. The severity of CAP (P ≥ 0. 99), CRP level (0. 07), and chest X-ray changes (P = 0. 08) were not significantly different between children with MRM pneumonia and those with macrolide-susceptible M. pneumoniae. Conclusions: The prevalence of high-level MRM pneumonia in children is high in Iran, similar to other Asian countries. However, this type of Mycoplasma infection was not associated with the severity of CAP and did not have significant effects on chest X-ray (CXR) changes or the CRP level in the patients.

Dolichos is a genus of twining plants found in both the Northern and Southern hemispheres, with the most frequently grown and used species being Dolichos biflorus and Dolichos lablab. Antimicrobial, antioxidant, anticancer, anti-schistosomal, and anti-inflammatory properties have been reported in various parts of the Dolichos species, including the leaves, roots, bark, and stem. The rhizome of Dolichos pachyrhizus was cut, air-dried at ambient temperature, and macerated with n-hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, and methanol for 72 hours each using a conventional maceration procedure, with regular shaking at intervals. The mixture was decanted, filtered, and concentrated at 40 °C using a rotavapor to yield crude n-hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, and methanol extracts (R110). To obtain the pure isolate, a methanol crude extract of the rhizome of Dolichos pachyrhizus (D. pachyrhizus) was chromatographed on a silica gel column using various eluents. The preliminary phytochemical investigation of the methanolic rhizome extract of Dolichos pachyrhizus revealed the presence of seven (7) different phytochemicals, including; - alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides, phenols, tannins, saponins and steroids. The structure of the pure isolate was successfully identified, characterized and confirmed using spectroscopic techniques such as; - Fourier transform spectroscopy (FT-IR), Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) be Neoduline.

A mono-nuclear catalyst of bis-imine cobalt (MC) was synthesized with using 2,6-dibenzhydryl-4-ethoxy phenyl as a ligand. The so huge ligand was prepared via the reaction of 2,6-dibenzhydryl-4-ethoxy phenyl)-N=(CH3)-C(CH3)=O with diacetyl with equal mole stoichiometry in presence of formic acid catalysis. The catalyst was synthesized via a reaction between the ligands and cobalt salt (CoCl2). The catalyst was used for polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA), (a polar monomer) in the presence of modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO). The highest polymerization activity (8.6 g PMMA/mmol cat. h) was obtained at [cocatalyst]/[catalyst]=1000:1 molar ratio and at room temperature reaction. For the prepared PMMA, Polymer with branching density of 263/1000C was obtained using 1H NMR technique calculation. The microstructure of one of the produced PMMA was as follow: 48% syndiotactic, 29% isotactic and 23% atactic. GPC analysis of the polymer showed a number average molecular weight of about 5.7 × 105 g/mol and a narrow molecular weight distribution of 1.57.

The printed circuit boards of mobile phones contain precious metals such as gold, platinum, and palladium, with 542, 30, and 26 ppm, respectively, and among the available base metals, copper constitutes the highest weight percentage (30.675%). Therefore, the recycling of this waste is very important not only from an environmental point of view but also from an economic point of view. the leaching operation, was performed, on the original sample printed circuit boards of mobile phones and cakes obtained from leaching with sulfuric acid by the amino acid L-valine and the effect of parameters such as L-valine concentration, temperature, pH, time, the oxidizing amount, the pulp density on the gold recovery was investigated and compared. The results showed that the parameters of temperature, leaching time, pH, relative to pulp density, L-valine concentration, and the amount of oxidant are more important in gold recovery, respectively. Recovery of gold leaching with L-valine amino acid under optimal conditions of L-valine concentration of 200 g/t, temperature 80 °C, pulp density 10%, oxidizing amount of 50 ml/l, pH 11.5, and leaching time 32 hours on the original sample and the cake obtained from leaching with sulfuric acid were 62.23% and 87.34%, respectively. In other words, by acid leaching with sulfuric acid before leaching with amino acid L-valine, the recovery of gold leaching by L-valine increases by about 25.11%.

The dynamics behavior and stability of axially functionally graded fluid-conveying nanotube is investigated, in this paper. The simultaneous influence of both fluid flow and variation of modulus of elasticity on the behavior of simply–simply supported (S-S) and clamp-clamp (C-C) boundary conditions conveying fluid were studied. Small-scale effects are considered using nonlocal couple stress theory in the solid part and in the fluid part. Based on the nonlocal couple stress theory, Bernoulli-Euler beam theory, and Hamilton’s principle, the governing equation of motion, and associated boundary conditions were derived to explain fluid-structure interaction (FSI). These equations were solved using Galerkin numerical method and temporal differential equation analysis method. The effects of some parameters such as Knudsen number, density, size parameter, and … were investigated. According to the results, it can be seen that the present method has created an equilibrium for the effect of the size parameters (μ, l) on the critical velocity. The higher value of the Knudsen number caused sooner divergence and flutter instabilities to happen. The results show that if the parameters of the size effect are not considered, it causes errors in the calculations. The obtained results confirm the crucial effects of size.

A new, practical and efficient method for the synthesis of furo [3,4-c] coumarins via the one-pot reaction of salicylaldehydes, b-ketoesters and isocyanides in the presence of piperidine in toluene has been reported. Reaction of 2-hydroxynaphthalene-1-carboxaldehyde, ethyl acetoacetate and cyclohexyl isocyanide resulted in the formation of benzo [f] furo [3,4-c] coumarin.

Compounds with both aromatic and perfluoro aromatic moieties often assemble in the form of p-stacks with alternating arene perfluoroarene arrangements. The 1,4 and 1,3-diamines of N-(2,3,5,6-tetrafluoropyridin-4-yl) benzene (1) and (2), C11H7F4N3, however, show a behavior more commonly observed for diblock perfluoro alkyl derivatives: the fluorinated and the hydrocarbon moieties of the molecules segregate from each other and form fluoro and hydrocarbon microdomains with parallel layers of p-stacked tetrafluoropyridine rings and diamino-phenyl moieties. The structural features of the two derivatives are, despite the different substitution patterns and cell settings, strikingly similar. The main feature in the non-fluorinated domains of 1 and 2 is a set of N–H···H and N–H···p interactions that connect the amino groups of four molecules with each other, which are augmented by some weaker C–H···p and C–H···F interactions, but no p–p stacking is observed. The fluoro microdomains in both 1 and 2 are characterized by extremely short interplanar distances between the tetrafluoropyridine rings of only about 3 °A. The molecules in the layers are shifted sideways against each other by half a pyridyl ring thus bringing the fluorine atoms to atop of the aromatic carbon atoms and vice versa.

Extensive research in the past decades indicated that the sugar ester (SE) type biomolecules bring long-chain fatty acids with sugar moieties into the plant cells, and play various important roles in food, surfactants, innovative green materials, and biological properties. Thus, methyl α-D-glucopyranoside (4) upon dimolar isopentanoylation furnished the methyl 2,6-di-O-isopentanoyl-α-D-glucopyranoside (5) indicating selectivity at C-2 and C-6 positions. Compound 5 was further acylated and obtained 3,4-di-O-acyl esters 5-8 in good yields. In vitro antifungal activities of these compounds exhibited moderate to good zone of inhibition. To rationalize these results molecular docking studies of 4-8 are performed against lanosterol 14-α-demethylase (CYP 51). Attachment of acyl ester chain(s) in the glucopyranoside ring added more lipophilicity and affected their fungal inhibition via binding with lanosterol 14-α-demethylase enzyme. Especially, isopentanoyl group(s) with lauroyl group(s) as in 8 showed better binding affinity than that of fluconazole indicating the better efficiency of SEs.
