In today's world which is the world of organizations, human resources as the largest and most important belonging and investment of organizations can be considered as an important competitive advantage for them. Organizations’ leaders and managers can let their human resources know that their jobs are meaningful, purposeful, and challenging through creating spirituality in workplace and using insight, wisdom and immaterial tools with innocent handling of human resources. This will cause growth and development for the organization. And also with the creation of workplace spirituality, they staff will feel that they are members of their organization, and the fact that they need to help each other. They will get accustomed to the organization’s goals and missions. In this atmosphere and workplace conditions, employees will become innovator and creator and will be indifferent, and will help their organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of the present article is to evaluate the impact of workplace spirituality on components of staffs' organizational citizenship behavior of Tabriz five educational zones. Therefore, the concept of organizational citizenship behaviors based on Organ and Bateman theory in five dimensions has been defined which are as follows: altruism, consciousness, sportsmanship, courtesy and civil virtue, and workplace spirituality concept based on the theory proposed by Milliman et al. In this regard, five hypotheses have been suggested. In addition, two workplace spirituality questionnaires including standardized questionnaire with 21items, and organizational citizenship behavior standard questionnaire consisting of 30 items were used to test these hypotheses. The questionnaires were administered to a sample of 182 employees after investigating the validity and reliability of the tools. After collecting the results, obtained data were classified and summarized and then descriptive and inferential statistical methods (Two variants regression) were used in order to analyze the collected data. Hypothesis test results, did not reject three hypotheses (the first, fourth, fifth hypotheses) and rejected two hypotheses (the second, third hypotheses). In other words, the results showed that the workplace spirituality has effect on components of altruism, courtesy and civil virtue of organizational citizenship behavior, while it does not have any effect on consciousness and sportsmanship of organizational citizenship behavior.
