Abstract: 

Organizational commitment is a permanent process through which personnel try to satisfy the organization’s needs. Organizational commitment involves three factors: faith to the amis and values’ effort’ and subtle willing for staying in the organization.Organizational commitment as an approach can have fruitful results in planning, organizing, efficiency, and better performance. The present paper aims at identifying and clarifying intra organizational factors efficient in personnel’s improvement in organizational commitments. The factors include consistency of individual and organizational aims, success conditions, and facility. The results of the study demonstrates that there is a significant relationship between individual and organizational commitment, job facilities and organizational commitment.

Abstract: 

Security is among the vital needs of human beings. Security is strongly related to cultural, social, and economical structures and is formed under the effects of various factors. One of these factors is social capital. Social capital is composed of different components one of the most efficients of which is social trust.This paper tries to elaborate on the effects of social trust inices on feeling security. Female students of Jiroft Azad University were the sample of the study and the means of gathering data was questionnaire.

Abstract: 

Every organization which deals with human resources selects its personnel based on two viewpoints: selecting the qualified and preventing unqualified individuals from entering the organization. The present paper aims to compare and contrast the processes of selection and recruitment in Iran, Pakistan, and Greece police organizations. This is an applied research.The researcher has examined the documents and evidences related to the rules and regulations of selection and recruitment in the above mentioned countries. The results of the study indicate that all three organizations share lots of critera for selecting and recruiting new personnel.

Abstract: 

Today’s way of living deprives us of motion bringing about lots of physical, psychological, and social problems especially for females. Sports as strategic solution and public exercises as a logical tool can solve such problems well. The present paper amis to clarify the attitude of the students and personnel’s of I.R.I police university on the management, cultural, research, economic, and social strategies to improve and develop public exercises. The research is an applied one and is conducted descriptive analytically. Questionnaire was means of gathering data from asample of 288 people.

Societal security is a concept which has been interpreted differently by different sources Due to their dynamic nature, social phenomena have always been subject to the effects of various variables.Families in Iran are often the sources of various socital functions including security. Abstract: 

Understanding the features of knowledge-oriented organizations can be the first step to planning a knowledge-oriented policing system. Improving the learning and teaching ability, mobility of knowledge, futurism in police, and such management prerequisites as changing the management culture to the knowing culture and changing police management to police leadership are among the requirements of planning a knowledge-oriented policing. This paper tries to portrait an image of knowledge-oriented organizations and elaborate on such issues ad structural and personnel attributes of these organizations.

Abstract: 

Appearance of increasingly complex crimes and popularity of organized crimes lead police organizations to ocope with environmental factors to be more successful in maintain public security. To do that police organizations need to posses certain special abilities. The present paper is to introduce some key factors contributing to the success of police organizations. Successful organizations are going to be clarified in the paper to reach a conceptual model of a successful police organization. Current approaches to determining successful police organizations are analyzed here and required skills and capabilies for police organizations are investigated.
