Organizational commitment is a permanent process through which personnel try to satisfy the organization’s needs. Organizational commitment involves three factors: faith to the amis and values’ effort’ and subtle willing for staying in the organization.Organizational commitment as an approach can have fruitful results in planning, organizing, efficiency, and better performance. The present paper aims at identifying and clarifying intra organizational factors efficient in personnel’s improvement in organizational commitments. The factors include consistency of individual and organizational aims, success conditions, and facility. The results of the study demonstrates that there is a significant relationship between individual and organizational commitment, job facilities and organizational commitment.
