The present paper tries to investigate some issues such as public security features and position, its theoretical and practical foundation, policies for officals of this field, ethics, and public security Vulnerabilities from the supreme leader viewpoint. Statrstical The lectures of the supreme leader 1990-2010 which is published by the supreme leader publication website. Were the documents to be studied and analyzed First, conceptual framework of public security, is provided based on four factors of, life, asset, honor, and reputation. It is also based on the relations between nation – government, nation - social institutions and citizenship affairs as well. The supreme leader lectures are classified based on those indices and their content is analyzed and represented in tables. Finding showed that the supreme leader considers the issue of public security as a serious matter.

Experts of space and delinquent behaviors believe that one is born in a specific place and a specific time and interacts with specific People and environment that act in the form of a society. What is important here is that the environment affects the individuals social behaviors ; this can pave the way for special analysis of crime and study the abnormalities in the geographical space.Among the prominent views on the analysis of the relationship between space and delinquency is Crime Prevention Through Environmental design (CPTED). CPTED emphasizes that the probability of delinquency is decreased and security is increased by suitable environmental design.

The present study aims at clarifying the role of I.R.I police in creating sense of security in Isfehani citizens. Police in this research has been evaluated and measured in terms of 3 different aspects of seriousness, performance, and ability. The hypotheses presented in the study have been extracted from sociological theories and the related schools. Questionnaire was used to collect the required data from 384 of Isfehani citizens. SPSS was used to test the hypostheses and analyse the data.The most important finding was that there is a significant relationship between the police presence and sense of secutity in Isfehani citizens.

Increased availability of drugs and the related damaging effect on the youth, demans a sort of public cooperation in preventing the abuse of drugs. Women, no doubt, can play a significant role in this respect regarding their mental characteristics and their responsibiies as mothers.The present study aims at answering this question: "how can women be efficient in preventing the abuse of drugs? ".Questionairre was used to collect the required data from a sample of 162 Tehrani women.The findings of the study showed that women do not cooperate enough in The preventive acts in drug abuse.

Police stations have important roles in provideng security and human resources are the most effective factors in police stations productivity. The present paper evaluates the productivity of police stations in Qom province.Evaluation and control are among management principles and it is not possible to plan without enugh information about resources. Thus, weak points and shortcomings of Qom plice stations will be shown through this research, so that necessary information be provided for decision makers. The research is an applied one in which participant are evaluated via questionairre. The findings show that productivity of Qom police stations is above average and is under desirable level.

Security is among the most important needs of human beings. We need peace and security in all respects including social security to develop ourselves and our society.Social security may seem to be a plain cocept having not so much complexities, but it should be noted that it is so complex in nature that it has attracted the attention of different governmental institutions especially police.The present social study aims at identifying and clarifying factors affecting security of the youngsters. The findings showed that joblessness, late marriage, migration and urbanization, hijab, public trust, social cooperation, and social security are considered factors affecting social security of the youngersters among which joblessness and Islamic hijab are more effective.

Plice, due to continuous interaction with citizens, have fundamental role in criminal justice cycle. Providing security and maintaining citizens rights are the most important needs of human beings.Citizenship rights of the accused are among issues that their negligence may restrict human rights and human freedom. In crime detection and preliminary investigation stage, investigators should not only do their best to collect evidence, but /also/ abserve the accused rights. The present research tries to explain the duties of citizenship–oriened police in observing the rights of the accused people during prelimingary investigation. Results showed that the accused citizenship rights are considered seriously by law makers, but the duties of plice are not specified during preliminary investigation.
