Inspiring teachers are those who, in addition to the normal activities for achieving educational goals, have found the ability to create valuable and lasting effects in their students, and thus remain as an unforgettable memorial in their students' lives. They fulfill their professional duties in the best way by fostering Virtuous and honest students. In this research, in order to achieve the personality and behavioral pattern of Inspiring teachers in the field of Islamic education, based on the four primary components of "scientific reputation, moral character, penetration of the word and bringing up apprentice", a search on the attitudes of a number of Iranian instructors in the contemporary era was completed and finally, Mohammad Hosein Nayini, Mohammad Hossein Tabatabaee and Morteza Motahhari were selected. Subsequently, the books and written works about the character of these three teachers were studied again and coded by the researchers, and using the method of thematic analysis, sixty nine sub-themes were recognized. In the next step, sub-themes were categorized into twelve organizing themes and three broad themes, namely individual conduct, interpersonal conduct, and educational conduct. The findings of this research, including the characteristics and features presented in the framework of the thematic networks, introduces a pattern of conduct and the style of "inspiring teacher".
