Introduction: Gestational age is Among the topics that In the last few decades, Many researchers have it studied Because increasing gestational age Caused many problems that the most important of them can be pointed to increasing risk of premature birth or birth defects. As a result of reviews of the process of birth by age groups of mothers seems essential. Methods: Data on the number of births Were collected from Center for Civil Registration and Population data were taken from Iranian Statistics Centre. Then calculated age-specific fertility rates in Different Groups of maternal age and analysis was performed by SPSS software. Results: The results of this study showed the number of birthdays has increased in the age group of 25 years of mothers and older while in the age group of less than 25 years, the number of births has been declining volatility. The results also showed that the age-specific fertility rate has increased not only in the ages of mothers but also in all age groups. Conclution: According to increasing age-specific fertility and decreasing number of births in the age group below 25 years of mothers can be concluded the number of women in the lower age is reduced. Also increase in age-specific fertility rates for all age groups show a tendency for women to have more children has increased.

Introduction: Significant increase in metabolic syndrome over the world and the risk of its complications, explains the necessity to find new ways to control it. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of LArginine supplementation on anthropometric parameters in patients with metabolic syndrome Methods: In this double-blind randomized clinical trial, 60 patients with metabolic syndrome were divided randomly into L-Arginine groups (AG) and placebo group (PG). Patients in the AG received daily 5 gr of L-Arginine supplementation. Weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), waist to hip ratio, fat mass (FM) and fat free mass (FFM) were measured at the baseline and after 3 months of intervention. Results: At the end of the intervention the variables related to body composition did not show any significant difference between AG and Pg (P>0. 05). At the end of the intervention compared to baseline was observed a significant decrease in the mean percentage of FM (37. 80± 9. 12 to 37. 26± 8. 74: P =0. 01) and a significant increase in FFM (27. 76± 4. 47 to 28. 35± 4. 92: P =0. 01) in the AG but then calculate the mean changes in variables related to anthropometric parameters compared to baseline and compared between the two groups showed that there was no significant difference in the variables in the AG and Pg (P>0. 05). Conclusion: Our study shows that 5 gr/d L-Arginine supplementation for 12 weeks had no significant effect on weight, BMI, body composition in patients with the metabolic syndrome patients.

Abstract:

Introduction: Globally, the prevalence of overweight and obesity is really increasing alarmingly in all communities and age populations. The aim of the current study was to investigate theory of planned behavior (TPB) constructs in predicting intention and behavior to lose weight in adolescents with overweight and obesity. Methods: A total of 125 adolescents aged 13-18 years with overweight and obesity who referred to Pediatric Clinic of Isfahan Cardiovascular Research Institute were enrolled in this descriptive-analytical, crosssectional study in 2016-2017. Data were collected by a questionnaire, developed by the researchers based on the TPB constructs, whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Data analysis was conducted by Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression in SPSS. Results: The mean age of the participants was 15. 20± 1. 53 years. There were positive and significant correlations between all TPB constructs and intention and behavior to lose weight in the adolescents. The TPB constructs predicted 38% of intention and 44% of behavior. Perceived behavioral control was the most important predictor variable followed by subjective norms and attitude. Conclusion: Promoting perceived behavioral control should be considered a priority of health promotion programs for adolescents' weight loss. Also, the TPB can be used as an appropriate framework to plan for educative interventions for such adolescents to lose weight.

Introduction: If the patients are not satisfied with the hospital, this results in switching behavior of patients. In this situation, among different hospitals, the patients choose the hospital with higher level of service quality. So, the main aim of this paper is investigating the effect of hospital's service quality on switching behavior of inpatients in Shahid Sadoughi Hospital of Yazd. Methods: This study was a descriptive, cross-sectional and applied which was done in 2016. The statistical population of this research was the inpatients of Shahid Sadoughi Hospital of Yazd. A sample comprising of 196 members was selected using simple random sampling method. The statistical instruments consisted of two questionnaires for measuring hospital's service quality and switching behavior of patients. Reliability of the scales was confirmed by Cronbach’ s Alfa and validity of the scales was confirmed by content validity. Data were analyzed using SPSS 19 software. For analyzing data, Pearson correlation and Regression tests were employed. Results: In this research, the mean of hospital's service quality variable was 3. 508 1. 025 and the mean of switching behavior variable was 2. 186 0. 997. The result of Pearson correlation test showed that there is a negative and significant relationship (r =  0. 746 and p-value = 0. 000) between hospital's service quality and switching behavior. Among the six dimensions of service quality, the courtesy dimension had the highest correlation coefficient. Also, the result of Regression test showed that hospital's service quality has negative and significant influence on switching behavior. Conclusion: Since hospital's service quality had negative and significant influence on switching behavior, we can say that the higher the service quality of hospital, the lower the switching behavior of patients. According to high level of Pearson correlation the courtesy dimension with service quality, it is understood that the level of politeness and respect of employees, is very important for the patients.

Abstract:

Introduction: Vehicle and motorcycle accidents are one of the main causes of mortality in the world and the highest rates of mortality are attributed to developing countries. On average, every day, there are three thousand car deaths in the world, and mortality related to vehicles are the 11th most common cause of death in developing countries. In our country, the death toll from driving accidents is very high. Ranked fourth in the top 25 high-losing countries. Basically, accidents are the cause of mortality at the age of 40 and traffic accidents as leading cause. Methods: This is a descriptive-analytic method in terms of its purpose, its time of the beginning of the year 96, and the statistical population is all the drivers of Yazd city, which is a large community. In this research, due to the large size of the population and the impossibility of conducting research on the whole society, 384 people were selected as Krejisi and Morgan based on random sampling method for sampling. Thus, Yazd city is divided into 5 sections. Also, traffic user's values in Yazd were selected based on the baseline study, literature and its integration with the results obtained from field research data. Data analysis method; In this study, to test the hypotheses with the aim of measuring the effect of variables, multiple linear regression was used. For categorizing and analyzing data, the software EXCEL and spss23 were used which are presented by giving two tables Model Summary and regression coefficient table (ANOVA); correlation values between two variables (R and R2) and the significance level (sig) were determined and the results were analyzed. Results: The results show that religious values (0. 828), economic value (0. 282), social value (0. 250), knowledge value (0. 91), health value (0. 159) And familial value (146/0) had the highest impact on the traffic behavior variable, and there was no significant impact from the values of public value, aesthetic, pleasure and power. Conclusion: By relying on the values that exist in a society, there can be some kind of correlation in order to advance and highlight the ruling values, which over time and observing this behavior (from the clingers), other people who are less affluent These values are also trying to maintain their coherence, so respecting these values is consistent with the results obtained in accordance with the proper traffic behavior; complying with traffic rules and regulations, which will result in traffic ordering And reduce accidents and losses caused by it.
