The grammatical study of technical texts written in Russian can help the students who are learning Russian language, researchers and translators of Russian language. This article studies the styles and the grammatical structures of some technical texts.

The Traditional division of word in Arabic language puts words into three groups of nouns, verbs and letters. This division proved to be unbreakable in Arabic grammars. There have been some disputes and debates about this kind of division, but they never turned to be theories. Contemporary Arab linguists are now trying to present a new theory regarding this division. This article tries to study the ways in which the new theory is presenting.

One of the new subjects in applied linguistics is the study of the effects of language tests on educational behaviors and changes. This effect which is known as the effect of test on education, is very important and worth to study. Having an exact study of this effect, one can determine the domain of educational changes and learning or lack of them. This article aims to determine the domain of these effects through the study of language tests of M.A. program on educational activities and learning of RA. program of the same field.

Major derivation is one of the most important subjects in Arabic linguistics. The present article discusses derivation considering different approaches. It first introduces derivation and then presents different types of derivations. In the end, it discusses whether theses derivations undergo any rules or no?

This article, first presents a brief study of Speech Acts theory by Austin and Searle. It then focuses on the maxims of politeness, such as "tact" and "generosity" and their impact on the structure of speech acts. It then presents speech acts as a flexible mechanism for text analysis and finally, it applies speech acts in the analysis of an extract of a novel from Persian literature.

There are two main problems in Persian grammars. First, it is not discussed that grammatical rules are generative, semi-generative or non-generative, second, in studying grammatical rules, exceptions are not mentioned or they are not even noticed. This article studies some relative-making morphemes and their exceptions.

The purpose of the present article is to investigate the derivation of simple interrogative sentences based on Minimalist Program (Chomsky, 1995). Within the framework of this linguistic theory, the derivation of interrogative forms follows only one of the two options of the binary parameter [+­_ wh movement] . Hence, there is no room for optional application of wh-movement operation. However, the study of Persian interrogatives indicates that such sentences are derived in two ways: A- The occurrence of wh-phrases in situ-positions. B- The application of wh-movement. Syntactic - semantic and pragmatic considerations, in fact, give rise to different constituent orders of wh-interrogative derivations.

The writers of present article try to explain Persian Language word order based on GB theory. Linguists and traditional grammarians are of different views on word order in Persian language. The main aim of this paper is to say that the unmarked sentential word order in Persian language is SOV (subject-object-verb) in simple sentences and SVO (subject-verb-object) in complex sentences.

Language is a network of phonetic system, phonemes, syllables, signs and signifiers, intonation and harmony. All these elements come together to understand the language of a poet. One of the most important elements of language of poetry, as Russian Formalists call it, is orchestration"; which means the artistic composition of the above mentioned elements for affecting the reader. The music of contemporary poetry has utilized some structural elements to carry, direct and impose the ideology of the poet to the audience. These elements are: repetition, pauses, alliteration, emphasis and initial rhymes. The writer of the article has discussed these elements in the poetic language of Nima and his followers.

The nature of "Time" has always kept man's mind busy to itself. Equally because of its essence and nature which has long challenged the thinkers and philosophers for giving an interpretation and because of its impact on human being and his destiny which has always caused anxiety and uneasiness. Since poetry is the reflection of man's soul and his heart, can easily show this anxiety; it also reflects the poet's perception of "Time". In contemporary Arabic poetry, "Time" is considered as a distinguished theme of new poetry and reflects these features of "Time".
