Abstract: 

اتخاذ راهبرد رقابتی مناسب و طراحی مدل کسب وکار کارآمد برای استارتاپ های ایرانی فعال در حوزه ی رسانه های اجتماعی می تواند موجبات افزایش رقابت پذیری این شرکت ها در مواجهه با نمونه های قدرتمند خارجی را فراهم کند. در این پژوهش راهبرد تمرکز پورتر به عنوان راهبرد رقابتی استفاده شده و تأثیر اتخاذ آن بر عناصری از مدل کسب وکار مطالعه شده است. هدف این پژوهش، یافتن ویژگی های این عناصر به منظور کمک به طراحی مدل کسب وکار رقابت پذیر برای رسانه های اجتماعی بومی بوده است. این پژوهش براساس هدف، کاربردی بوده و در آن از روش دلفی و یک پنل 12 نفره از خبرگان حوزة رسانه های اجتماعی، در یک مرحله مصاحبه و دو مرحله پرسشنامه برای جمع آوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است و در نهایت به تبیین ویژگی های 5 عنصر «بخش های مشتری»، «ارزش های پیشنهادی»، «کانال های توزیع»، «ارتباط با مشتری» و «جریان های درآمدی» پرداخته است. این پژوهش ضمن تعریف ترکیب بدیعی از دو نوع از بخش های مشتری، یعنی «بازار چندوجهی» و «بازار گوشه ای»، دسته بندی به نسبت کاملی از بخش های مشتری برای یک رسانه ی اجتماعیِ بومی تحت تأثیر راهبرد تمرکز پورتر ارائه کرده و برای هریک از این بخش ها، ارزش پیشنهادی، کانال های توزیع، ارتباط با مشتری و جریان درآمدی پیشنهاد داده است.

Abstract: 

This research investigates the effect of strategic entrepreneurship on organizational performance considering the dynamic capabilities of the organization and the turbulent business environment in the knowledge-based companies of Isfahan province. The present research is applicable in terms of purpose and is correlative-survey from the nature view. The statistical population of the research is knowledge based companies in Isfahan province. Sample size, considering the availability and reliable information, 230 of them were considered as a statistical population and 143 reliable questionnaires were extracted and used for the research data. Random accessible sampling method was used for sampling. In the studies of data collection on hypotheses and research model has been used by distributing questionnaires and field method. The data gathering tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire has been confirmed. Structural equations are used to investigate relationships. The software used is SPSS and Smart PLS. According to examining the hypothesis, the impact of environmental turbulent and dynamic business capabilities on strategic entrepreneurship and the effect of these variables on business performance were confirmed. The mediation roles of strategic entrepreneurship in the effect of environmental turbulent and dynamic business capabilities on business performance were confirmed.

Abstract: 

An innovative entrepreneurship ecosystem has a key role in economic development and the emergence of innovation-based economies in the advanced world. However, unfortunately, this ecosystem has not been formed in Iran. Its formation and development in Iran requires its recognition. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to analyze the relationships between the components of this ecosystem and suggest solutions for its development in Iran. For this purpose, cross-sectional data of 140 countries in 2017, Structural Equation Modeling Technique and SmartPls software have been used. The research results show that open and free economy is a key component of the national innovation ecosystems, and other conditions and factors (such as competitive markets, dynamic and transparent legal environment, dynamic business environment, innovation links, information technology, higher education, knowledge capital, financial capital, production and absorption of knowledge) are developed on the basis of it. Therefore, it is suggested to the Iranian government to open and liberate the economy.

Abstract: 

New firms face with diverse challenges such as lack of resources. Business relationships are a special approach to reach other organizations’ resources and capabilities. Yet very little research has explained how new nanotechnology firms’ roles change during joint new product development process. This paper is applied and qualitative research based on longitudinal multi-case study of five collaborations between the new nanotechnology firms and incumbents from 1388 to 1395. The contribution of this research is available in two parts. First, the roles of the new nanotechnology firms change during collaboration from a “ technology recommend-er” at the start to “ technology developer” and then “ incumbent’ s value chain supplier” in mass production. Second, the result shows the evaluation of new nanotechnology firms’ role. This study provides a worthy illustration of these collaborations for researchers, businesses, and policy makers.

Abstract: 

In recent years, opportunities as a concept that can differentiate the field of entrepreneurship from other fields of management and give it legitimacy have been the focus of attention. This research aims at studying the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on recognizing opportunities among knowledge based enterprises located in Tehran's Science and Technology Parks considering the role of entrepreneurial passion. This research is an applied one by its purpose and a correlative-descriptive by its data gathering method. It is done by using structural equations model. Research population consists of 600 knowledge based enterprises located Science and Technology Parks. Among which 234 people have been selected on Morgan's table and Available Sampling was used. Questionnaires were distributed for data gathering and results are analyzed by Amoss22. Results show that entrepreneurial self-efficacy has positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial passion by degree of 0. 411. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial opportunity recognition by degree of 0. 491 and entrepreneurial passion has positive and significant effect Entrepreneurial opportunity recognition on by degree of 0. 230. Also, the results from studying the intermediate role of entrepreneurial passion in Bootstrap method showed that, this variable has moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial passion. Also the mediating effect on the relationship between self-efficacy entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition was confirmed.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to determine the personality features of entrepreneurship and proposing an educational model to develop these characteristics in elementary school. At the first step, the personality requirements associated with the entrepreneurial process determined and then those requirements are prioritized in the development of entrepreneurial capability. In the next step, researchers provided a list of activities and educational approaches in the elementary school, and then they investigated the effect of each activity and their weights. Finally, an educational model for developing student entrepreneurship capabilities is presented. This applied research is a mixed exploratory one. The statistical population divided into two parts: entrepreneurs of the industry and teachers in education sector (especially elementary school). Statistical sample was selected using judicative and purposeful methods and is developed by snowball sampling technique. Content analysis, hierarchical analysis and topsis method used for data analysis. findings show that participatory management approach in school curriculum, presenting models of behavior for students, purposeful encouragement and establishing positive emotional relationship with them, along with activities such as phonetic and dramatic arts, educational and imitation games, developing the verbal communication skills, and planning have a significant effect on The growth of entrepreneurial capabilities in students.

Abstract: 

Barakat or Blessing is a concept that exists in Iranian and other cultures. Although many studies considered cultural and religious aspects of the business, the issue of Barakat has not drawn much attention and there can not be found even a comprehensive definition of the concept. Toward determination of the status of the concept in business, we adopted a qualitative approach in this study. Religious texts together with the results of interviews with experts who were informed in religious and business analyzed. Together with a definition of the concept “ Barakat” we found that altruism and God-orientation, are mentioned as causal conditions for appearance of Barakat by data sources which in turn result in long-term effectiveness, growth, time effectiveness. Contextual and intervening factors together with strategies used by business to generate consequences of Barakat are also identified.

Abstract: 

This study aims to investigate the relationship between selected entrepreneurial marketing’ s dimensions and brand loyalty in dairy industry. In this study, the dimensions and measurement instruments of entrepreneurial marketing, have been explored from customer’ s perspective for the first time in the literature, based on previous studies and examination of expert’ s opinions, and consequently their effect on customer loyalty to Kaleh has been evaluated. This research is applied in terms of purpose and the methodology used is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research includes all citizens of Tehran who use Kaleh products. This research was completed in 1396 and In order to collect information, 380 structured questionnaires were distributed by simple random sampling among sample members, and information were analyzed by structural equation model analysis using the LISREL software version 8. 8 The results show that perceived innovativeness and perceived value creation have a positive effect on brand loyalty and perceived proactiveness have a negative effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract: 

Developmental programs in local communities, without the support and participation of residents, will face numerous challenges in implementation. Empowering residents before implementing these programs, while reducing the costs and losses, will facilitate and speed up the implementation of the positive outcomes of entrepreneurial initiatives. Based on this approach, the purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the most important components of empowerment of entrepreneurial ecotourism in rural areas of Sistan and Balochestan province. The research method is purposeful, applied and descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of experts related to the tourism area of the Directorate General of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Sistan and Baluchestan province, and some university professors were 26 who were counted. The research data were collected based on the priority questionnaire, which was based on identified components and indicators and analyzed with Expert Choice software. Political empowerment with weight of 226 was ranked as first, Economic empowerment with weight of 172, And social empowerment with a weight of 142 were ranked as second and third, respectively. Therefore, it is recommended that policy makers in the field of entrepreneurial ecotourism should develop the mental and intellectual empowerment of target communities in their priorities.

Abstract: 

Advanced materials sector is one of the high-tech and knowledge based areas which is recently becoming an independent industrial sector in Iran. Being innovative in this sector, in addition to its economic importance, is of strategic importance to the country. As a result, identifying the set of innovation determinants of the firms in this sector is very important. In this paper, based on the open-system approach to innovation in the firm, it has been attempted to identify and categorize the innovation performance determinants of the firms by considering the two main categories of internal and external determinants. This research is an applied, and qualitative, in terms of by the purpose, and the type of data. The research strategy is based on a multiple case studies. The statistical population of the study consisted of 370 advanced materials knowledge-based firms, in which 5 companies were selected as cases through purposeful sampling and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 9 key informants. The qualitative data were analyzed based on a systematic coding process. Focus group method was used to validate the results. The research findings show that 64 innovation determinants can be categorized into the six components of demographic characteristics, strategic characteristics, organizational competencies, sectorial characteristics, science and technology environment characteristics, and business environment characteristics. Understanding these components and their related factors will be beneficial for both managers of firms in the sector and policy makers at different levels.
