Abstract: 

خروج کارآفرینانه یکی از مهم ترین اجزای فرآیند کارآفرینی است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر خروج کارآفرینان ایرانی است. بیشتر پژوهش های تابه حال انجام شده در مورد خروج به بررسی عوامل اثرگذار روی خروج و یا اثرات خروج بر کسب وکارها و بر اقتصاد کلان پرداخته اند. از آنجایی که پژوهش جامعی در مورد عوامل خروج کارآفرینان وجود ندارد، پژوهش حاضر بر حسب هدف، بنیادی، بر حسب روش گردآوری اطلاعات رویکردی روایتی به بررسی عوامل و ریشه های خروج کارآفرینان پرداخته است. بازه زمانی ایت تحقیق 1393-1394 می باشد. جامعه اماری این تحقیق ت کارافرینان ایرانی بودند و تعداد 12 مصاحبه با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انجام گرفت و با تحلیل داده ها که با روش کدگذاری و مقوله بندی انجام شد هفت عامل برای خروج کارآفرینان شناسایی شد. شرایط نامساعد محیطی و قانونی برای کسب وکار، شناسایی فرصت های بهتر کسب وکار، مشکلات مالی، شرایط عاطفی، عدم برآورد چشم انداز مناسب، مشکلات مدیریتی و اداره کسب وکار و مشکلات شراکت به عنوان عوامل خروج در میان کارآفرینان مورد بررسی شناسایی گردید.

Abstract: 

Based on the usage types of commercial vehicles, these vehicles are divided into several groups which can provide various mobile services in health sectors in different circumstances such as deprived areas, tourist resorts and critical situations. Based on opportunity recognition theory of demand-side; this research is trying to identify and prioritize the opportunities of using vehicles in Iran mobile health clinics. The research population consists of healthcare experts and the data collected in qualitative part of research by the semi-structured interviews, were assessed by content analysis and open coding techniques and statistical techniques were applied to analyze collected data from the questionnaires in quantitative part. To prioritize the types of opportunities recognized in the qualitative phase, Friedman test was used. The results of this research reveals that many opportunities in mobile services in health core sector were categorized into five main areas including education and counseling, screening, immunization, specialized health and laboratory.

Abstract: 

Decision-making by entrepreneurs is a process that cannot be explained by existing models. Literature analysis reveals a gap due to the teleological approach of existing models. This research aims to conceptualize central elements of new venture creation decision-making process in a selected sample of nascent entrepreneurs in Iranian high-tech industries based on a non-teleological approach and by a qualitative and explorative plan. The research has fundamental view and explorative purpose and the strategy of qualitative research is multiple case studies. The research sample includes active nascent entrepreneurs of high-tech nano and bio-technology industries of Tehran and the sample size was determined by theoretical saturation. After finalizing the interview protocol, data collection was conducted through qualitative event-based interviews with 20 nascent entrepreneurs. After coding, categorizing and validating the research findings, central elements of new venture creation decision-making process was recognized. Accordingly, entrepreneurial orientation and competency, entrepreneurial meta-cognition, primary actions and feedback receiving and positive attitude toward changes are the central elements of new venture creation decision-making process.

Abstract: 

A proper policy-making process is essential for development of entrepreneurship ecosystem. Government plays an important role in development of entrepreneurship by formulation and implementation of appropriate policies. Lack of attention to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in entrepreneurship development policy-making, causes many problems for entrepreneurial businesses. The purpose of this paper is to provide content analysis of the policies consistent with the dimensions of entrepreneurial ecosystem. Content analysis method was used for analyzing the policies. For prioritizing the five-year development plans, the “ Hierarchical Additive Weighting Method” (HAW) of decision making models and “ Shannon Entropy Weighting Method” were used. The results show that national macroeconomic policies, including the constitution, the Iran's 1404 Vision policies and the policies of five-year development plans are supporting entrepreneurship. Among the five development plans, the fourth plan has paid greater attention to the entrepreneurial ecosystem and then there are second, first, fifth and third plans. Trend of attention to entrepreneurship in the second and fourth development plans were almost upward and in the third and fifth plans downward slope were observed which represented less attention to the dimensions of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the policy makers minds. Based on calculations made, attention to ecosystem subsystems was not identical during development plans and support subsystems were less important compared to other subsystems.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this article is to study real cases of startup and venture-backed firms to recognize aspects of growth in them, thereby investors can design contracts in different stages of firm’ s development. Challenges between venture capitals and entrepreneurs are studied in the theoretical framework of agency theory (reducing information asymmetry and mitigating conflict of interest). Also the most relevant approach to the firm's growth is configuration perspective to growth. Using Grounded Theory procedure for analyzing data gathered from semi-structured interviews with entrepreneurs and their investors, it is perceived that the product, its market, entrepreneur’ s abilities and business risks differs in every stage of growth and changing the investment approach is needed in regard. So, an investment approach to gain entrepreneur’ s companion, best fits with firm's characteristics in seed stage. In startup stage, investors should use more monitoring and controlling tools. Finally, in growth stage, partnership aspects will depend on firm’ s ownership. Entrepreneurial venture-backed Firms, Stages of Growth, Venture Capital, Grounded Theory, Agency Theory.

Abstract: 

The main aim of this study is to explore the driving and restraining forces which affect the new venture creation in the Humanities Business Incubator Center in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Based on a case study method with a qualitative approach, 16 semi-structured interviews were conducted. The results revealed that individual characteristics of entrepreneurs, humanities capacities, university’ s organizational support, congruence of the university major with entrepreneur’ s character, internal dynamism, purposefulness of the work team, group working experience and legal support were introduced as driving factors. The unknown nature of humanities field, university’ s weak support, lack of correct understanding of the humanitie’ s technologies, student’ s lack of self-confidence, weakness in team working, lack of sufficient financial resources, lack of a multidisciplinary approach to humanities, unsuccessful presence in the market and weak legal supports are the important restraining factors which are barriers in the way of the Humanities Business Incubator Center of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Abstract: 

Due to the growing need for entrepreneurship short-term training, formal education in this area is of great importance. In terms of objective, this study is an empirical study, and the research methodology is descriptive-correlative. The research population includes 465 learners and instructors in professional training academies of North Khorasan Province. Two hundred and ten individuals were selected by Cochran's sample size formula and random sampling method. Measurement tool in this research was standard questionnaire and structural equation modeling technique (SEM) and SMART PLS 2 software were used for data analysis. The results show that the entrepreneurship skills mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. The entrepreneurial personality and motivation moderate the relation between entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial intention. The results also show that participation in informal education courses has significantly positive impact on creating the entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract: 

The main aim of this study is to recognize and prioritize the effective factors of a SME’ s excellence. The research population consists of experts or Activists in ceramic and tile industry selected via purposeful conjecture based on judgmental sampling. The required data of this study were collected by two methods of library studies and survey studies. In order to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing the ceramic tile industry in the Province of Yazd which leads to devising appropriate strategies for excellence of those businesses, data were collected by interviews and questionnaires and AHP techniques then were used to prioritize the obtained factors. The results showed that high technical power and high VAT of products are the main internal factors which affect organizational excellence of SMEs. Access to regional and potential markets of Iraq and Afghanistan is the most important opportunity and joining the WTO is the main threat affecting the excellence of small and medium businesses in the ceramic and tile industry of Yazd Province. Based on these results, the suggested strategy to achieve excellence of SMEs is WT strategy.

Abstract: 

Extending the export of high technology-based products is one of the most important goals of long term strategy of the country’ s export development. In the present study, the main structures influencing the success of exportation through intangible resources (market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation) and the role of dynamism of export target market are investigated by considering the resource-based approach. The research objective was applicable and the research type was analytical survey. The research population included all 15 technology-based firms exporting goods in Pardis Technology Park. In this study, dimensions of the factors contributing to the entrepreneurship orientation and market orientation structures of exportation were identified based on literature, then the role of these factors in the success of technology-based products exportation were validated through interviews with managers. In order to identify relationships and model making, interpretive structural modeling method and Dematel techniques were used and relations between the factors and their interpretive structural modelling was extracted. Finally the efficient role of intelligent market orientation approach and the efficient role of innovation from the entrepreneurship orientation structure on improving the export performance of technology-based companies were elicited.

Abstract: 

Novelty or the pure and unique creation is the profoundest item in economic development and entrepreneurship in every country. However, there is no consensus regarding the process of creation of novelty among economists so that “ Schumpeter” used the term “ impossible” to define this unknowable process because this subject cannot be described within the theoretical framework of orthodox conceptual rationality. Considering the importance and necessity of novelty creation for the process of development, this article attempts to explain the process of novelty creation in economic development and entrepreneurship. According to this paper, the process of novelty creation necessitates three key principles: mind freedom, individual differences in mental capabilities, need to unique training and imagination power of individuals. Policy recommendations are suggested in the conclusion sector.
