Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to shape a key employee Characteristics and their appropriate management practice theory through Inductive approach based on data collected from interviewees in Medical Procurement Organization (MPO). In this theory, the "employee Characteristics" is the central phenomenon. Based on data collected from interviewees, key employee Characteristics could be categorized in Personality, Managerial, leadership and occupational groups. As well as Appropriate Hr practice could be categorized in recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and reward and employee relation group. But, implementing these polices and practice require infrastructures such as hard (Suitable Plan, Systems, processes and structure) and soft (Skill and organizational culture) wares. At the end organizational productivity increase and organization will gain a sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract: 

In knowledge management study, knowledge management strategy and knowledge strategy are new and innovative concepts which are not often the focuses of projects carried out in the country. Therefore the present study intends to study and clarify the necessities, functions and models related to these two concepts and their differences in organizations. This is a library based research and the method of note taking has been used in collection of data from internet, books, Persian and English scientific articles and theses related to this research. In this article after the statement of the problem and the significant of the problem, knowledge management strategy and knowledge strategy, using first hand resources were studied. The research results indicate that despite the differences between the nature and the function of these two concepts, the organizations need to develop separately their knowledge management strategy and knowledge strategy to carry out knowledge management projects. Knowledge management strategy is based on the categorization of knowledge into explicit and implicit knowledge. The knowledge strategy explains the type of knowledge, extent, type of sources and ways organization used to support the strategic planning.

Abstract: 

No doubt human resources have been the main part of development and expansion in human communities in recent years. Reaching the excellence top and sustainable development is only possible through human resources promotion. Therefore considering human resources irreplaceable role in achieving this end, in present article the organization sustainable development is considered from human resources perspective. This article carries out an analytical and a scientific research over human resources factors and also investigates the framework and the key components required to optimize them. The method used in this article is based on an analytical study which in addition to explanation of human resources role in organization, reviewed the human resources optimization concept and provide practical solution to achieve organization sustainable development using human resources concept. Therefore the results of this analytical study identifies the solutions by which the mechanism of sustainable development can be established in organization and in the light of which the productivity increase in organization is expected. Focus on training in service, professional development, institutionalization of innovation and changes, application of information technology and focus on deployment of performance management systems as five principal factors in achievement of aforesaid objectives will be reviewed in this article.

Abstract: 

Community Based in police is somehow the return of police to community policing again, in fact it is not only a superficial and physical return but also it is a attitudinal and procedural return which mainly focused on the principle of crime prevention and citizen satisfaction. Social capital has hidden capacities and potentialities within society which manifested in formal and civil institutions and has conceptual relation with community Based. Social capital enables police to use people confidence, people participation and civil institutions to control the society in an effective way and save it from police traps. The principal result is that social capital and community Based are Both mechanisms through which the capacities hidden in the nature of society are employed for integration, social unity and consolidation of control Basis. Abstract: 

Development of sustainable security is the result of direct or indirect measures and the aggregate performance of country three powers. The development of sustainable security is only possible through cooperation and coordination of institutions and governmental and non governmental organizations in this domain. The main mission of police in security resulted in isolated focus of police to security more than cooperation of any other organizations and defined new and specific mission for itself. In this regard one of the necessities of sustainable development is the prevention of violation and violability of people. Therefore police in addition to inclusion of prevention task in its mission, has taken different mechanisms and approaches to implement them. So police dissemination is a mechanism that has attracted the attention of community policing and police in this sort of dissemination, has recognized different topics for dissemination (police plans and services, police recommendations and warnings, social norms and education of life skills and religious teaching) in one hand prevent from violation of people and on the other hand prevent from violability of people. Thus the library method is used in this article and the position and the role of police in different dissemination and also the position of such dissemination in prevention of crime are explained.

Abstract: 

The expansion of police forces missions in the country wide, the significance of diversity, quality and quantity of discoveries and the occurrences of different crimes and regarding the geographical, cultural, economical and other influential factors which have critical role in determination of the significance and the weight of crimes and consequently the social security criteria and performance appraisal of each province and city indicate the necessity of analyzing the influential level of these factors in province and geographical domains. In this research the influential factors such as demography, expansion, unemployment rates, inflation rates, number of personnel and police car equipments in addition to crimes significance rates and issues related to social security (Iran police mission department classification) have been reviewed using the province experts views in separation and it has been taken in to account as the set of influential factors in social security criteria. Finally Tehran province social security criteria is extracted using regional significance coefficient in separation of province and crime type.

Abstract: 

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usefulness of personality traits, namely the Big Five, as a means of selection in good police officers. Design/Methodology/Approach - The current study examines a sample of 96 police officers from eight non-urban police departments. Findings - Age and attitude were found to be better predictors of job performance measures than were personality traits. A cynical work attitude was negatively related to ratings of job performance. Officer age was found to have a non-linear relationship to job performance. Research Limiiations/Implications - Difficulties in measuring police performance are discussed, as is the relative importance of individual officer personality versus organizational culture. Originality/Value- The study extends the research on police officer selection and issues of job performance and measurement.
