Abstract: 

The first step of forecasting time series is to build an appropriate model. Determining orders and estimation of ARMA model parameters is a challenging field in traditional statistical and intelligent methods. In this paper, genetic algorithm is used for parameter estimation and heuristic rules are used to determine orders of ARMA model. Heuristic rules are extracted according to time series properties. The data are selected using sliding time window. Model identification is carried out by using Bayesian information criterion (BIC). The mean squares error and the mean absolute percentage error are used to evaluate the results of prediction. The proposed method was applied to eight time series in different types, and the results were compared with results of statistical methods. The achieved result shows equivalent or superior performance for the proposed method in comparison with the classic method.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to evaluate the alignment of business intelligence capabilities and components in order to create Business Intelligences benefits based on Gartner Maturity Model. Method of purpose and the method of data collection is descriptive and correlational. Study population contains 149 small and medium businesses that according to Morgan table with a cluster sampling method, a sample of 108 companies were selected and finally with collected 100 questionnaires from these companies, structural equation modeling is used to assess relationships between variables. Results indicate a significant relationship between the capabilities of business intelligence and its components and moderate variable of maturity levels of business intelligence played no role in this relationship. In addition, the only meaningful direct relationship is between business intelligence capabilities and its benefits and mediator variable cant play the indirect role between business intelligence capabilities and its benefits because there is no significant relationship between the components of business intelligence and benefits.

Abstract: 

Identifying influential factors which contribute to the knowledge management maturity and studying their interaction over time helps managers to understand the complex behavior of knowledge management system. It also leads them to make right decisions for utilizing these factors in promoting knowledge management and achieve strategic goals of the organization by providing a sound insight and an appropriate mechanism to reach to the optimal maturity level. In this study, all aspects and components of knowledge management with an emphasis on human factors and organizational culture, and relations between them have been identified by using a systematic literature review and meta-synthesis qualitative research approach. Then by using consultation and consensus of experts, all results verified. The results include 64 codes which are classified in 9 dimensions and two categories. Finally, due to the obtained classification and their relations, the dynamic model of knowledge management maturity is presented. The results of this study could be a suitable framework for improving mental models of knowledge management executives and experts. It makes possible Developing dynamic analysis models and appropriate policies in order to improve the knowledge management maturity in organizations.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to develop a method and a structure which enable us to evaluate security in e-commerce in different companies by various experts. In this study, Shannon entropy was placed along with Dempster- Shafer theory so that the ultimate level of security could be measured. Considering the fact that in the present study collecting data is based on the decision of a team of experts, data collection procedures were conducted in two phases; in the first phase, data related to determining the weight of measures were collected and in the second phase, the data about the security level of criteria were collected through interview and using a decision team in four commercial companies in Mashhad who were willing to cooperate. Then, the importance of security measures in relation to each other, security level of each measure and the overall level of security in this commercial company were determined. The final results showed that the overall level of security for the three companies is high and one is medium.

Abstract: 

The evaluation of customer loyalty have a significant impact on improving business processes. Ordinary methods of customer loyalty evaluation have been designed based on three components including; recency of transactions (R), the frequency of transactions (F) and the monetary value of transactions (M). In this study, it has been attempted to examine some affective factors, including the total number of purchased goods, returned goods, discounts and the average delay of distribution and their impact on increasing quality of assessment be measured. The main objective of the current study is to propose a new model for customer segmentation based on their level of loyalty and to define appropriate strategies for each segment. The data set for this study is obtained for the customers of a food wholesale. The obtained data have been analyzed using Clementine 14.2 software application using MLP and RBF neural networks as well as the K-means algorithm. The results of the study show that the proposed method provides the highest level of accuracy for predicting the customers’ loyalty. Based on this proposed method, the customers are divided into five clusters (Loyal, potential, new, lost and churn customers) from the point of view of loyalty, with the characteristics of each cluster expressed based on the status of seven factors. Based on these characteristics, appropriate approaches for managing the customers in each segment are proposed.

Abstract: 

The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of the use health smart card on the aspects quality of healthcare services in doctor martyr beheshti medical research center in qom. With regard to the measures taken in the context of the establishment of this card in Qom and the lack of previous experience in this province, one of the concerns of the authorities to investigate the performance and capabilities of the card and its effects on the quality of health services is affecting the present study is to respond to this concerns. This research method is descriptive and applied to the target population of physicians, nurses and medical record experts employed at the Medical Center have formed a martyr Beheshti Qom due to more awareness cognitive advantages associated with its use of smart cards have given. The population is equal to the number of 444 and 124 questionnaire for data analysis is used. The sampling method used in this research was stratified random sampling conducted in the respective classes. Spss software for data analysis & exploratory factor analysis & confirmed, Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test, Wilcoxon Test & matrix of factors were used. The analysis results showed that Health Smart Cards for quality of health care services positive and significant effects on Dimension quality of the reliability & Tangibles. Analysis of demographic variables that influence opinions about the quality of health care Health Smart Cards significantly related to gender and education level, and also no experience discussed the variables significantly associated with age.

Abstract: 

Development of e-learning applications and services in the context of information and communication networks –beside qualitative and quantitative improvement in the scope and range of services they provide – has increased veriety of threats which are emerged from these networks and telecommunications infrastructure. This kind of issue have mad the effective and accurate analysing of security issues nessesary to managers and decision makers. Accordingly, in this study, using findings of other studies in the field of e-learning security, using methasyntesis, attempted to define a holistic model for classification and organization of security requirements. A structure that defines the origin of security requirements of e-learning and rolplays as a reference for formulating security requirements for this area.

Abstract: 

Pay attention to health care sector is one of the areas of sustainable development in the countries. Internet of Things technology in the health sector has wide variety of applications that was not investigated in Iran. This paper aims to prioritize the applications of internet of things in the healthcare sector in Iran in order to achieve sustainable development. This research is applied and its research method is descriptive. Because of using Fuzzy AHP for ranking alternatives, our research is a single cross-survey. After collecting the agreement paired comparisons questionnaires, weights of criteria were determined and applications of Internet of things in healthcare were prioritized. Our findings show that economic prosperity and quality of life are the most important criteria for sustainable development of Internet of things in healthcare sector in Iran. Also, “Chronic disease management”, “patient surveillance”, “hygienic hand control”, and “fall detection” are the most important priorities for the use of internet of things in healthcare sector in Iran.

Abstract: 

This study aims to propose a strategic model for the development of E-banking in Iranian commercial banks. Hence it tries to study environmental and organizational factors of Iranian commercial banks (Mellat, Melli, Saderat, Tejarat, Parsian, Saman, Eghtesad Novin and Karafarin Bank) in form of a model along with analyzing their impact on the development of E-banking in Iranian commercial banks. This model was then examined in a survey using interview and questionnaire tool on a sample of 287 managers and E-banking experts in Iranian commercial banks. SPSS and LISREL software and Structural equation modeling method was used for data analysis and studying the relation between variables. The result suggests that top management and human resources in organizational factors, social and cultural environment in macro-factors and customers and competitive pressures in micro-environmental factors have the most impact on the development of E-banking.

Abstract: 

According to the fact that the information and communication technologies change the business rapidly, Managers and entrepreneurs need to understand, evaluate and change the business model of their organization continuously. In this regard it would be necessity to doing a research about the business model components. Several points of the views are introduced up to now, however the concept of the business model components remains unclarified. Therefore using the system thinking approach, this paper aims to clarify the components of the business models based on content analysis. The contributions of this article is literature review thoroughly to proposed components which create better understanding in this area and help managers to be able to evaluate and change their business models. Results show that revenue model, value model and activity model are most important components of the e-business models that should be considered in the evaluation and changing of e-business models.
