There is no doubt that human resource, which possesses a high value, is the most important strategic resource for a society and so following for an organization. A job classification and evaluation plan and its perfect implementation allows human resources of organizations having a clear image of professional sphere, future career and the status of beginning, continuation and conclusion of their endeavor, their range of salary and fruition of organization, to know exactly their position and based on sufficient information to decide rationally on continuation of their service.This paper presents an applicable method for classification of research jobs and also determines a model for payment system in research and development (R& D) centers. The methodology is based on field study that is implemented in a research center.

There are different methods and approaches for predict human resource in organizations that can be usable for human resource managers. Specially statistical methods and approaches has many surefire. for human resource managers can use these methods for predict demand and supply of human resource. Markov chain is a methods that can predict the supply of human resource. In this study human resource planning of Tavanir company is carried out phrought markkov chain az a case study.

Social Capital as scholars have explained includes concepts such as Trust, Collaboration, and Cooperation among a group or a society. It is sets of informal values and norms among groups which direct them toward common interests and goals. So, identifying the factors that strengthen or weaken this social capital let us utilize its power for development programs.This paper is going to clarify the concept of social capital and its effect on organizations and society.

In road construction projects, most of operations volume relates to earthworks esp. loading and earth transportation where it is often seen that weight factor reaches up to 70%. Thus it seems inevitable to review and analyze the optimized number of machineries required, as it will put too much financial pressure on project. In this article by use of Queuing Theory (Single Server Model) we have tried to present method of calculating optimized number of required machineries based on costs comparison and make optimized decisions for the sample issue.

Despite the recent interests in development of e-CRM systems in different organizations, system designers suffer from lack of systematic approach in design and development of CRM systems. In this paper, we examine and compare the mostly ad-hoc design models employed and used by major players in CRM industries, i.e., well-known companies, and we characterize their common attributes to develop a new design approach, i.e., a new model for conceptual design of CRM systems. We illustrate that our model can be used as a good start for systematically design and development of CRM systems.

Thus in order to study logistics it is essential to review conceptual& historical evolution surveys, logistic theories& concepts. Due to the essential role of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution Council as the highest cultural reference in the Islamic republic system, and the cultural engineering duty in the country, it was necessary to undertake a fundamental revision in the supervisions of system and the prosecution of the ratified laws of this council based on cultural values.This research project has done this important issue. The researcher, emphasizing on the findings, has given a summary in the paper.This paper takes into consideration the revision in the supervision elements of the Supreme Council with improving and reforming approaches for existing processes as well as the role reengineering and the stance of the Supreme Council in accordance with the Supreme Leader's viewpoints on this council with a strategic and systematic approach.This paper, besides giving the definition of the key concepts, detects and investigates the Supreme Cultural Revolution Council's reviewed efforts and the major processes for each duty in the Council with emphasis on supervision efforts. Furthermore, it detects and suggests supervision approaches, guiding ways and tools for reforming possible disjunctions and functional deviations in comparison with programs and ratifications. Finally, the researcher has presented the charts for the supervision processes in the original research. The researcher has particularly reported the supervision processes on detecting the necessity of revision of macro strategies, as well as supervising the ratified by-laws, laws, and regulations of the Supreme Council, the rest are available in the original report.
