Abstract: 

The ability to do the right thing even when no one supervises or the outcome is not important, is named self-discipline. The aim of present research was to compare the production worker’s self-discipline and its levels according to the working conditions. The research method was post hoc causal-comparison study. A sample of 300 participants was randomly stratified. The research tool was the self-discipline questionnaire which had internal consistency for total score 0.83. The calculated F For immoral and Adherence levels and total selfdiscipline variables, were significant at 0.01 level. The results from Scheffe post hoc test showed that the groups with light working conditions were more self-disciplined than the groups with heavy working conditions. With regard to the result of research, selfdiscipline varied by working conditions. Providing the appropriate working conditions in organizations and being the principles of equal welfare workers, can help to increase the self-discipline.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between dimensions of selfdetermined work motivation with job engagement. The participants of this study were 200 employees of Esfahan Steel Company (ESCO) (150 male; 50 female) that were selected by stratified random sampling. The instruments which used in this study were Blais Work Motivation Inventory (BWMI) and job engagement questionnaire. A correlation and multiple regression analysis was used to analyzing data. Results indicated that three dimensions of self-determined work motivation include intrinsic motivation, identified motivation and introjected motivation have positive correlation with job engagement and the other dimensions that were low in self-determination include external motivation, external amotivation and internal amotivation have negative correlation with employee's job engagement. Also, the result of multiple regression analysis indicated that the dimensions of self-determined work motivation have significant relationship with dimensions of job engagement. Therefore, high level of selfdetermined work motivation will lead to positive outcomes such as job engagement.

Abstract: 

The purpose of current research is the study of the role of emotional and spiritual intelligence as the predictors of life quality in female teachers. In order to do so, 280 female teachers were selected in cluster sampling method. To gathering the data, Bar-ones (1997) emotionalintelligence uestionnaire, Napery's (1386) intellectual intelligence questionnaire, and Who's (1998) questionnaire of life quality were used. Correlation analysis showed that most of the subscales of emotional intelligence had positive significant relationship with subscales of life quality. Results of multiple regression analysis also showed that some of the subscales of intellectual and emotional intelligence could predict quality of life significantly.

Abstract: 

Basic objectives of the present study are to compare extend of job stress among teachers in order to their gender, teaching experience, type of school and teaching area. Descriptive research method was employed and 172 teachers (87 female and 85 male) were chosen by clustered – categorical and random techniques of sampling. Tool used to collect relevant data was William Dayer job stress questionnaire. Statistic methods used to analyses of data were one- sample t-test, independent-samples t-test, F-test and Tukey Post Hoc test. Findings revealed that physical education teachers suffering from high job stress. Results also figures out that female teachers and teachers working in rural and far areas from the center suffer more than male teachers and the teachers working in better area but results did not show statistically significant difference between job stress among teachers with different experience and types of school in which they teach.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate of the relationship between job stress and marital satisfaction among females personnel work and socials affairs ministry. Instruments used were job stress inventory measure by philiph Al Rice (1992) and, marital satisfaction inventory by Enrich (1997). The sample was selected and randomly 100 female personnel married for at least two years. The result indicated that there were significant negative correlation between job stress and marital satisfaction (r=-0.392). There were significant negative correlation between individual between relations and marital satisfaction (r=-0.328). There were significant negative correlation between couple relations, and job stress (r=-0.364). There were significant negative correlation between job stress and sexual relations (r=-0.315). There weren’t significant correlation job stress other variables and marital satisfaction other variables.

Abstract: 

Organizational structure and burnout are two important issues that today in the field of organizational behavior management theories have a special place. These two topics have many common points together that seem to have influence on each other. Given the importance of these two major issues, in this study we have attempted to present a clarify definition of research problem and related literature to organizational structure and burnout and examine relationship between these concepts among employees in Tehran's Shahid Beheshti University. With regard to purpose and nature of the subject and the hypotheses, this research is a descriptive/ correlational study. Statistics population in this research is 600 personnel of Shahid Beheshti University. Using Morgan's table 235 employees were randomly selected as a sample. The research data collection tools are two questionnaires: organizational structure Questionnaire with alpha coefficient %78, and Maslach burnout Questionnaire with alpha coefficient% 86. The research results showed that between all factors of the organizational structure and burnout there are positively and significantly Correlation.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation of "Hardiness" with "shyness" of students. The population of interest was all the students at Sharif University of technology in the year 2009.Method: A sample of 300 students was chosen using a multi-step sampling technique. To collect data, two questionnaires were used: A) a questionnaire on. Hardiness by kobasa (1979) consisting of 505-choice items in 3 indices. B) A questionnaire on shyness, by Zimbardo (1990) consisting of 79 5-choice items. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentages, mean, and graph) and inferential statistics, (multiple regressions using Inter) were employed. The results showed that: 14.3 percent of students were below the average level and 70 percent were at the average level, while 15.7 percent were at a critical state. The properties of Hardiness were negatively associated with shyness and it is possible to predict shyness from. Hardiness scores. And control was better predictors of commitment and adventurous Discussion: findings showed the connection between hardiness with shyness. These findings can be helpful in preventative programs for the pathology of shyness for Students of the University.
