Abstract: 

The purpose of the study was to examine organizational health at Shahid Beheshti University. In this study, 219 members of employees were selected through cluster random sampling. In this survey study data were collected by Organizational Health questionnaire developed by Lain and Kelingle. The scale demonstrated very good reliability (Cronbach alpha of 0.87). The results showed that some factors including: communication, loyalty and commitment, morale, institutional reputation, ethic, goal alignment, leadership, development, health and security were significant whereas other factors including partipation and involvement, performance recognition, resource utilization, and fisical condition were not significant.

Abstract: 

The goal of the present research is to study the role of the styles of attachment, emotional intelligence and occupational stress on teachers' job satisfaction. The research community is all secondary course teachers in 7 districts of Mashhad busy working in educational year 2010-2011.The statistical sample includs 300 teachers (150 woman and 150 men) selected by cluster multistage sampling method. Data was gathered by Revised Adults Attachment Scale (RAAS), Sharing Emotional Stress, Kyriacosteklif occupational stress and Berry Fieldworth job satisfaction and were analyzed using correlation, stepwise regression analysis and route analysis.

Abstract: 

The aims of present research were to investigate the relationship between anger express and control with productivity of production staff in industrial Companies in Tehran. This study was conducted on the production staff. A sample of 200 participants randomly selected that had to fill anger and productivity questionnaire. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient in Spielberger anger questionnaire was 0.76. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient in Rezaiyan productivity questionnaire was 0.86. The overall results represented that the correlation between anger express and control and productivity were significant (r1=-0.53, r2= 0.65, p<0.01). The results of stepwise regression represented that after six steps, anger express and control will explain 64 percent of productivity variation. With regard to the result of research, anger express and control and its levels have the most predictive effect on productivity and can be considered as an important factor in explaining changes in productivity in Organizations.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to assess correlation between Quality of Work Life (QWL) and Work-Family Conlict (WFC) with Job Performance among personnel of AIDCO PRESS Company of Iran khodro. Statistical population of this study was all married male employee of AIDCO PRESS Company. The samples were 200 people that were selected by stratified random sampling method. The method of research was performed using questionnaires of Quality of Work Life, Work-Family Conflict and Job perfofmance. The data were analyzed using Pearson coefficient correlation, stepwise regression and one way variance. The results showed that QWL has significant positive relationship with Job Performance and WFC has significant negative relationship with Job Performance (p≤0.01). And finding indicates that among the QWL Dimension, "Fair payment" and "Developing Human Capacities" are the most predictive variance of Job Performance. The rate experts QWL was most of the workers and technicians and rat of WFC in workers were more from experts and technicians (p≤0.01). There is no significant difference between employees’s Job Performance.

Abstract: 

This research is about the effectiveness of the counceling with choice theary of Glasser in women techers successfully employment of Tehran 15 area. The samples are 30 women teachers of area 15 that had low performance at 87-88 evalution. They are put in experiment group and control group after taking pretest. To collect data use 4 inventories: made scholar job adjustment inventory, Dunnet job satisfaction inventory, Herzberg motivation factors inventory, Farahbakhsh job successfully inventory. Experiement group met independent variable at eight sessions after pretest. Post test was taken with the end of sessions. For inferential analysis covariance analysis test was used. Research finding indicate that the counseling with chice theory of Glasser is effective in women teachers successfully employment increase.

Abstract: 

This study investigated the relationship between job attrition and John Holland personality types among teachers of ministry of education in district 2 Tehran. To this end a sample of 90 teachers were selected based on cluster sampling from population, for the instrumentation Maslach job attrition and John Holland self analysis Questionnaires were used. The data were descriptively and inferentially analyzed. To identify the relationship between the teacher's job attrition amount and personality types such as realistic, sociable, artistic, enterprising, conventional, adventurous step by step regression procedure was employed. The result indicated that there is a significant relationship between John Holland personality types and job attrition amount. In way that the amount of job attrition is low for the sociable personality type, but high for the realistic, enterprising and conventional Personality types. The results also indicated that there was no significant relationship between job attrition and artistic personality type. The implication of the study is that it is better to identify people with a gift for teaching and prioritize those who are of the sociable type.

Abstract: 

The goal of present research is the study of the relation between collective efficacy beliefs and self-efficacy with high school teachers' job satisfaction the city of Qom. For this purpose, 285 teachers were selected by multistage cluster sampling. To collected data from the collective efficacy scale (Goddard, H0y, Woolfolk Hoy, (2000) is used, to measure the efficacy beliefs of teachers of scale made by Tschannen – Moran and Wolfolk Hoy (2001 and adjusted to measure job satisfaction and job satisfaction questionnaire Minnesota Minnesota has been used Examine the relationship between variables of the research pierson coefficient correlation and also multiple and stepwise regression analysis was used. The results of Analysis showed that collective efficacy beliefs with job satisfaction and its components at the level of p<0.01 has a significant positive relationship. Results of stepwise regression analysis showed that the two variables and collective efficacy beliefs about teacher efficacy beliefs as a significant, about 19.5 percent of the teachers' job satisfaction can be predicted.
