The purpose of the study was to examine organizational health at Shahid Beheshti University. In this study, 219 members of employees were selected through cluster random sampling. In this survey study data were collected by Organizational Health questionnaire developed by Lain and Kelingle. The scale demonstrated very good reliability (Cronbach alpha of 0.87). The results showed that some factors including: communication, loyalty and commitment, morale, institutional reputation, ethic, goal alignment, leadership, development, health and security were significant whereas other factors including partipation and involvement, performance recognition, resource utilization, and fisical condition were not significant.
