Abstract: 

Parenting styles effect on adolescent developmental dimensions and job tendency is dimension of Identify. The purpose of this study was to investigation relationships among parenting styles, identity and job tendency in adolescents. Research sample were 190 boys students that selected cluster randomly from high school and pre-colleges in Tehran city. Research instruments included: 1) Identity Style Inventory, 2) Job Tendency questionnaire, and 3) Parenting Styles questionnaire. The results of analysis multiple regression showed that there were positive significant relationships between authoritative parenting style with informational identity style and authoritarian parenting style with confuse identity style. Also, results revealed that there is not significant relationship between parenting styles and job tendency. So parenting styles anticipate identity styles but don’t anticipate job tendency based Roe’s jobs categorization.

Abstract: 

This research has been done with the aim of effectiveness psychodrama group counseling on Organizational feedback and job adjustment among isfahan’s educational employees. Research method is quati-exprimental of pre-test and post-test. Statistical social consist all the isfahan’s educational employees. The sample consisted of 60 employees. The randomly 30 employees select to experimental group and 30 employees select to control group. Measurement tools included Alder’s questionnaire (2000) and Purkabirian’s Job adjustment questionnaire (1386s.c.). Data were analyzed with spss13 and result showed that psychodrama group counseling has the effect on Organizational feedback and job adjustment (p<0.01), (p<0.05).

Abstract: 

Career choice is one of the various aspects of life that an appropriate choice can be background of the feeling of satisfaction in other aspects of life. This research was studying the effect of training career goal setting on choosing career goals، and determining the appropriate career، based on more understanding on their needs, goals, interests, capabilities and proportional to personality type for psychology’s students (B.A) of Payame Noor University of Tehran. The first, the researchconstruct questionnaire of career choice completed by a group 80 samples of student and then after final correction completed by 50 samples of psychology's student (B.A) of Payame Noor University and finally from among of those students 40 subjects were randomly selected, in two groups of experi-mental (n=20) and control (n=20) were placed for performing experimental study with pre-test and post-test. The experimental group was trained career goal setting in 10 sessions. Findings showed average score of experimental group were significantly increased rather than control group that can refer this increase to intervention. Results indicated the effectiveness of career goal setting on career choice of participants. Also findings of this training affect in career choice subscales such as attitude، expectations and ability to action.

Abstract: 

The present article investigated relationship between general health and type of shift work in 80 staff of Tehran Sofalin Varamin Factory. It was descriptive and survey study. General health questionnaire and personal data sheet were used as tools. Descriptive statistics, t-test, multivariate regression was employed to analysis of data. Results showed that there were not significant differences between 12 and 8 hours staff. There were found significant relationships (a=0.01) between age, education, work experience, salary and shift work with general health of staff. Besides, there were significant relationships (a=0.01) between age, education, work experience, salary and general health with type of shift work. It can be concluded that there is relationship between general health and shift work, in other words, there are significant relationships between psychological and physical variables at the workplace. Researchers suggest conducting such researches with the purpose of keeping and promotion of general health of staff.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present research was to compare job burn out in adult instructors with external and internal locus of control. The study was applied and descriptive and used SPSS to analyze data using multivariate analysis of variance and Chi Square tests. The target population was all female adult instructors employed in the Iranian government's literal movement program in the City of Tehran. Thus, using cluster random sampling, 205 participants were selected for this study. Two scales, namely, Ratter's Internal - External Locus of Control Questionnaire and Maslach's Burnout Inventory were used. Results showed that there was a significant difference between external and internal control subjects in emotional exhaustion. Participants showing external locus of control showed more emotional exhaustion that participants showing internal locus control. Furthermore, subjects showing external locus of control expressed significantly more depersonalization that their internal locus of control counterparts. No significant difference was found between the two groups as far as personal non accomplishment was concerned. Interesting interaction effects were also observed: single external locus of control instructors showed significantly more emotional exhaustion than married internal locus of control subjects. Furthermore, married subjects who were educated at bachelor's level and were classified as having internal locus of control, expressed more effectiveness and accomplishment in their jobs than those with high school diplomas and associate degrees. The same pattern was noted for instructors who had more than five years of work experience as compared to other groups.

Abstract: 

Whereas many researches have been done for study worker participation, relationship between workers, antecedents and outcomes and effect of worker representation on persons and organizations, but a little research have been done to study the effect of development-centered work councils on job satisfaction and vitality. Thus is aim of this research survey the effect of dedelopment-centered work councils on job satisfaction and vitality in staff. Research is quasiexperimental design with control group. The research samples consisted of 30 workers who were randomly selected and have been to experiment at group (15) and control group (15). At start of research, with using 2 Questionaires Vitality and Job satisfaction between experiment and control group were examined. Data was collected with Deci & Ryan & Keshavarz Vitality Inventory, Smith Job-satisfaction Index. Data was analyzed with SPSS-15 for 7 meetings. Programs in work councils about vitality, Job satisfaction and Self-development between experiment groups were done and in the end of councils for again Vitality and Job satisfaction were examined. Result showed that there was meaningful differences between two groups in filed of Job Satisfaction and Vitality. The finding revealed that, participation in work councils was effective in increasing Job-satisfaction and Vitality was effective (p<0.01).

Abstract: 

This research was carried out with the purpose of Study the relationship of spiritual health and job involvement in academic staff of Islamic Azad University – Dezful branch. The sampling group consists of 66 persons were chosen through simple sampling method. The research instruments including spiritual health questionnaire (Palutzian & Ellison, 1982) and job involvement (Kanungo, 1982). Analyzing data through person correlation, showed that there is a positive significant relationship between spiritual health and job involvement. Using multiple regression denoted that existential and religious health are able to predict job involvement (RS=./36). Findings indicated the importance of existential & religious health in organization.
