Abstract: 

One of the main challenges of planning for school administrators and even teachers at the beginning of the academic year is school timetabling problem. In this paper, this problem is modeled using mathematical programming. Due to the high number of 0 and 1variables, the problem is an NP-complete problem and a general model is not very practical. Decomposing the problem to three phases (decomposition) is a good solution to overcome difficulty of problem. In the first phases it is determined that each teacher will come to school in which day. And in the second phase it is determined that each teacher in the determined day will teach which course. And In the third phase it will be determined that each teacher in each day will teach each course in which hour.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, organs efficiencies evaluation and knowing that how much an organ is useful are so important for that organ and even for its shares. Data envelopment analysis is one of these efficiency measurement methods. The main goals of evaluation by data envelopment analysis method are outputs increasing, inputs decreasing and comparing between under review units. In some processes, with outputs generation some other outputs are produced which increasing of them not only aren’t profitable, but also are harmful. For this reason data envelopment analysis should have a capability of having this type of outputs effects in efficiencies and ranking. In this article, Fare nonlinear radial model is proposed at first. Then it is shown that this model can be changed into a linear uncontrollable output model by mathematical transforms.

Abstract: 

End-of-life vehicles (ELVs) recycling of transportation fleet has been operating for about twenty years in the world. However, existing systems in the world, have failed to please environmentalists. So that vehicle disposal before the proper time is a reason for increasing air pollution due to the emissions generated from vehicle recycling. Besides environmental problems, studies show that implementing an ELV disposal model without performing a professional work would bring great harm to residents. The importance of designing a system for ELV recycling led to the design of various systems all over the world. In the current research, with a review of the world's most popular disposal systems, the insufficiencies of the existing systems are demonstrated. In this paper, according to disposal aims and experts’ experience, ELV disposal factors are identified and, with regard to international standards and the country’s infrastructures, some individual indexes are designed to measure each factor. The ultimate goal of this research is to provide a holistic model and, considering the fundamental requirements of disposal can overcome the current difficulties of ELV disposal model.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, the effective relation with suppliers has converted in to an important issue in the field of supply chain management and has become a survival factor in market. Evaluating and selecting the best suppliers is a complex problem that needs the different criteria for decision-making. The aim of this study is to propose a combined approach in this field. In proposal process of this study performed in Sanaye Roshanaei Noor company, after determining the important attributes for supplier selection based on research literature and interviews with managers, using the pair-wise comparision questionnaire and creating the group pair-wise comparision matrix, was evaluated the Inconsistency Index by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Then, was determined the relative weight of attributes based on a new approach by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Finally, were evaluated suppliers and ranked by TOPSIS method. Expert Choice 11, DEAP and Excel software programs has used for compute and analysis data.

Abstract: 

Analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, summarizes the major internal and external factors that affect the future of organization, and make the organization able to plan its strategies by suitable application of Strength to omit Weaknesses, and using Opportunities to cope with the Threats. The purpose of the current study was to provide a model for formulating strategies of recreational sport activities in Nowshahr town, as well as measuring its effectiveness by using compound model of SWOT analysis, the fuzzy hierarchy analysis process method, and structural equation modeling. To rank the external and internal factors, the fuzzy hierarchy analysis process method has been used. To rank the external and internal factors, the fuzzy hierarchy analysis process method was used. The research data was collected by 4 researcher made questionnaires that were found to be valid and reliable. The results showed that Strengths, Opportunities, Threats, and Weaknesses were respectively the most important priorities that effect strategic plans and environmental analysis. Among the strength factors, ''Developing the public sport and recreational sport activity culture'', among the weakness factors ''lack of facilities and equipment'', among the Opportunities factors ''Tourism potentials to attract people to recreational sport activities'', and among the threat factors ''Increase of unemployment and addiction rate'', were of the most important priorities. Among the designed strategies, ''Special consideration to motivation reinforcement among investors'' was the greatest impact.

Abstract: 

A microarray is a small analytical device that allows genomic analysis with speed and precision. Through this technology the expression of thousands of genes can be simultaneously explored. Fundamental question about the microarray data is how to choose the genetic markers. Detection of genetic markers, shall lead to early detection, treatment, and accurately prognosis; therefore, appropriate treatment and reduction of cost. Using a classical approach for microarray data processing and statistical analysis, we are able to detect only two genes as differentially regulated in samples under investigation. Recently, in an effort to boost the biologically meaningful signal, game theory researchers, have been able to devise a method on gene expression data, Thus we were able to identify a group of genes associated with a disorder. This method, which is called comparative analysis of Shapley value, by combining the concept of Shapley value of cooperative games and statistical bootstrap lead to selection of genes with powerful influence in occurrence of a disorder. In this paper, this approach will be developed and in a case study of this modeling the results of applying this approach on gene expression data from autistic individuals, showed that coalitional games significantly increase the power to identify candidates.

Abstract: 

The main idea presented in this paper is the perfect way to priorities and address classification by providing a comprehensive approach and a simple, packing a priority to find realistic. In the proposed method, the Grace- Capabilities matrix, IPA Matrix, gap analysis and Fuzzy Group AHP are combined and output in the form of a matrix as the matrix “Weighted gap-Capabilities,” map shows that priorities of are matrices in four dimensions. This method has been used and tested by the researcher in various projects. Calculation Software of this method is designed for ease of use. In this way is considered, three parameters “importance or weight”, “Now status” and “Capabilities to improve the situation”.

Abstract: 

Cotton has a great economic and commercial importance due to different applications. Nowadays, Also this product is one of the most important oil plants in the world and its Cultivation in country is increasingly sustainable. This product is considered as one of the important agricultural commodities. Considering that this product vocalizes the raw material of textile industry, has become under special attention by government, in recent years. Therefore, evaluation of its efficiency is an important and influential factor in productivity and performance. Without any need to additional cost in present study, all kinds of technical, allocated, economic applications and comparison with two standard methods and special measurement at two constant level and variable with respect to comparison for determination of efficiency of productive province's has been done. Statistic information from 2011-2012 analyst agriculture has been extracted. Average of variations economic efficiency with respect to standard and special measurement methods is %84 and %80. With respect to the results of the provinces where have been noticed with standard method, also are efficient with special measurement method. But for non-efficient provinces, the estimated value at special measure method is less the standard values. In other words, the special measurement method in this case has estimated move accurate results.

Abstract: 

The universities need the performance appraisal for optimization use of their restrict resources and more effectiveness. The goal of this research is performance appraisal and determination of reference units for inefficient units using Data Envelopment Analysis, and ranking efficient units using Anderson-Peterson in Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran Province. Based on this, it was appraised performance of 12 university units, everyone with two inputs (Educational and Services resources) and two outputs (Educational and Research Productivity) in the format of weighted variables. The results of research states that, Behshahr, Savadkooh, Mahmoodabad, Noor, Chaloos and tonekabon units were efficient, Ghaemshahr, Neka, Amol, Babol, Nowshahr and Ramsar units were inefficient. For inefficient units we determined reference units. In the view of technical efficiency, all of efficient units worked right with attention to all of inputs and outputs variables, but Neka and Nowshahr inefficient units, in spite of being inefficient in general, were efficient with attention to research productivity output variable. In the view of scale efficient, Ghaemshshr, Babol, Amol, Tonekabon and Ramsar units were on decrease scale, Savadkooh, Mahmoodabad, Noor and Chaloos units were on fixed scale, and Behshahr, Neka and Nowshahr units were on increase scale. Among efficient units, Noor and Tonekabon units were strong and weak efficient units respectively, and others were among them. Finally, it is concluded remarks including discussion, summary of implications for managers, and directions for further research.

Abstract: 

In data envelopment analysis (DEA), different models are proposed for the efficiency evaluation of units with negative data. Recently, the bounded adjusted measure (BAM) of efficiency introduced by Cooper et al. (2011) as an extension of classic additive model. This paper shows some new features of BAM model in dealing with negative data. We show that useful properties of BAM will preserve in the presence of negative data. The introduced model is then applied in an empirical application in Banking.

Abstract: 

Limited resources and production facilities from past to the present era, that is postmodern era and remarkable development of science and technology, always existed and in the future with a more dramatic increasing in the economic conditions will be imposed. Any organization for the proper management can take advantage of models of scientific evaluation. One of the practical tools that can do it is the DEA. In this paper center of calibration laboratories of the Iranian Aircraft Company (HESA) is considered as a case study, and using data envelopment analysis Input congestion are calculated and evaluated. Thus, the number of 3 inputs and 2 outputs are considered as territory as well as 10 research laboratories are under evaluation as a DMU and their performance in the years 1386, 1387, 1388, 1389 and the first half of 1390 is expected. The process is performed separately for each year. Therefore, the method is described step by step and finally after presenting the results and findings, and the discussion surrounding it, the suggestions will also be presented. In summary, our results indicate that some laboratories have the amount of excess input and should reduce the amount of input be made to improve performance.
