Abstract: 

A Skillful and efficient human force is the most valuable and priceless social. Many societies in spite of having rich natural resources, they cannot use this divine gift due to the lack of capable and worthy human force and they are in difficulty. Other societies in spite of the lack of natural resources, they are developing due to having efficient and skillful human force.Everyone attempts to choose a career which satisfies mental needs than material ones. In modern societies, people work to earn money or provide themselves for their own job by different educations, dissociation, discussing job and general investigating in relation to its nature has been found high importance. Because, It is possible these people are not skillful or are not interested in their own job and are not satisfied with their own job but a part of motivations and productivity in career is related to this subject whether this coordination causes job satisfaction of individual or not. All ehaviors in human relations affect his job circumstance.This article attempts to investigate different aspects of job satisfaction and its role on circumstance of production quality and work of workers’ outcome. In order to recognition of these factors, 240 people (workers and employers) were assessed with the regard to the effect of gender variables, age, marital status, dependent feeling to job, life satisfaction, motivate Factors, economical and social base, organizational factors, cooperative management, work experience, appreciation, job expectation, job security, friendliness and respect, the feeling of being useful, effective job behavior in job satisfaction with use of interview questionnaire, essential statistical techniques and SPSS 17. The results of this study showed that there is no meaningful relationship between variable of age, marital status, work experience and job satisfaction. And the other independent variables are effective.

Abstract: 

The importance of experiences and results of past developmental actions especially in the rural and agricultural fields is more important. The success in the following actions and projects in the field of rural development is the result of these experiences. The nature of this research is mainly to execute this necessity. Among rural development fields, management of rural development, especially in some regions likes lorestan province characteristic and complexity. In line with execution of study custom to understand development obstacles, governor’s offices of lorestan in 1378 solar colander year [1999] has put 7 development subjects in the agenda. One of the subjects is studying and analyziny applied results of regional development plan of selseleh (including execution of the plan in three section i. e. seseleh, Delfan, Chaghalvandi) and development plan of Rimeleh to present modern rural management pattern. The main purpose of the present is presenting a pattern for management of rural development in the form of developmental project which the basi of the project is conformity with local societies needs based on real cooperation of people. This research is performed based on the manner of cooperation of different social groups in decision making process, planning and execution of development ptojects of selseleh and Rimeleh and identifying their strong and weak points. Results of this study: development plans of selseleh and Rimeleh executed in the early of 50s and 70s in lorestan province was based on creating and strengthening people to accept responsibilities and to from stable management in the fields of local – regional development. Stability of development management in local level guarantees sources stability to develop stable develop stable development. For that reason, the world finds that the actions shall start from local levels by considering development stability approach to promote people’s development capacities by strengthening them in optimum using of sources.

Abstract: 

Work life quality is as a human resources – motivative – oviented approach which has private and work life balance and improvement of organization and individual performance. Improment of work life quality level causes improvement of job satisfaction, reinforcement of better management learning and improvent of human resources spirit of organization.In this research, the effect of work life quality on Social capital of the staff’s Raja company has been studied in a was of descriptive – Surrey. The general objective of this study is the identifivation of the effect of work life qualification on social capital of the staff’s Raj Company. To achieve above –mentioned research objective, 8 research hypotheses were proposed. The statistical population of this study was 1853 people and its statistical sampling was selected in a way of clustering random sampling was selected in a way of clustering random sampling which fit with volume among each educational grad and consisted of 157 people. They answered two questionnaires (job quality and social Capital). The statistical methods which were used in this study have been Pearson Correlation and effect size. The results of data analysis show that there is a meaningful relationship between 8 components of work life quality (for pay, hygienic and safe work place, providing improvement opportunity and continuous security, Law – oriented in organization, social dependence of work life, general space of life, integration and social coherence and development of human capabilities) with dependent variable of social capital with effect size in average.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this research was a survey and comparison on personality features of people involved in sexual identity disorder and normal persons. Population of this research consisted of the whole males involved in sexual identity disorder who were in Tehran, Shahid Mahalati Square, Shahid Navvab Safavi center of crisis management.20 people have been diagnosed with sexual identity disorder from point of view of psychologists and psychiatrists from this population and criteria of diagnosis of sexual identity disorder have been confirmed by answering to cheek lists and have been selected. Also, 20- person sampling has been selected from normal males of the population as a control group. Both groups are in the age range of 20 to 35 and minority of the education was diploma. The main question of this research was whether there is a meaningful relationship between aspects of personality features of people involved in sexual identity disorder and normal people. The following research is king of comparative causal. The instrument which is used in this research is: 1. Five- factor questionnaire of personality of Neo which the reliability of this questionnaire has been calculated between 76% to 82% with the use of corenbakh a (Haghshenas 1387).2.23 questionnaire which accords with diagnosis criteria of DSMIV for sexual identity disorder and the reliability was calculated 0.82. The used statistical tests was descriptive and inferential. According to obtained results there is a meaningful difference between normal and abnormal people. (p<0.001, f=10.60). Dimensions of neurosis, empiricism and extraversion are in the high level in abnormal people than normal people but normal people are in the higher level than abnormal people in consensus factor. There is no meaningful difference between normal and abnormal people in consciousness factor. (p<0.001).

Religion is the deepest, the most actual and the most lasting affair which can take people to the internal social solidarity and this internal group unity is necessary for social solidarity according to external indicators. The following article has been done by library and documentary method with the objective of recognition of social solidarity from Islam’s point of view.In trekking ups and downs of Development, social solidarity is an unavoidable necessity and an inevitable principle. Today developed countries are the past hard – working nations that in trekking a long way of development, they began the first step with institutionalizing solidarity element or social unity.First, in this article we are going to survey on the concepts such as group conscience, kinds of solidarity or social unit, concepts connected to social solidarity such as: Islam religion, values, culture, national emotions, relative– racial link, kindness and justice. the most important of these links are: the relationship of individual and society, relationships among people and relationships of social groups.

Abstract: 

The main objective is to investigate the effects of gender spaces on females feeling of security and to provide their cognitive maps within the space regulated through theories presented by Rendell, Cuthbert, Lefebvre, Tonkiss, Valentine, Koskela & Massey, Pain, Karp, Stone and Yoels. Statistical population of this research is squares of Madar and Rah-Ahan and the sample size is 336 females using these squares. The methodology is of explanatory descriptive type together with theory-test. Data is collected by conducting a survey method (the combination of questionnaire and regular observation). In the analysis phase, each variable was classified into several factors using Factor Analysis Method. Then the effect of each factor was determined by Multivariable Regression Method. First, females’ feeling of security cognitive maps of females’ feeling of security and gender spaces were represented descriptively. Results indicate that: First, females’ feeling of security is reduced within a gender space and they are related conversely. Then, fmales’ subjective image of urban spaces is formed based on two key concepts, namely feeling of security and fear of space. This can affect the movement and mobility of females.

Abstract: 

In order to inrestigate of factorial structure and psychometry features of social problem – Solving questionnaire (long revised from), 242 male students and 248 female students of Islamic University Roudehen Branch were tested. Analysis of the main components were approved 5 theoretical factors of Social problem – Solving (including positive orientation toward problem, negative orientation toward problem, logical Solving of Problem, avoidance Style and impulsion / Carelessness Style) and he resuit of approval factorial Structure was Supported. Correlation coefficients between factors of social problem – solving questionnaire and 24 – question Scale Problem –Solving methods questionnaire of Kasidi and Long Shows the convergent reliability of – this questionnaire.(ronbach & coefficients equaled 0.80, 0.90, 0.84, 0.71 in order for factoros of positive orientation toward problem, logical Solving of problem, avoidance style and impulsion / Careless ness style. The result of this research shows the consistency of factorial structure of Social problem – Solving measurement among Iranian students.

Abstract: 

Objective degradation behavior of the youth in society is the part of abnormal and aggressive behavior that the youth can be committed without any material benefit, and a lot of damages that caused by this society are imposed on figure of society and make a global social phenomenon that is called Vandalism, that it has expanded with the development of urbanization in different forms and many factors cause this behavior from young people, the ther research purpose is examine the Vandalistic behavior of the youth in the city and its impact on the social alienation the methods of this paper is documentation and survey methodology samples of research according to the formula of Cochran is 350, the research findings showed the l: / 55% of young people are male and 3 / 44% of them are female, average levels of social alienation in young people are calculated 03/26±19/59 and trends in Vandalistic behavior in the youth has been calculated as 98/13±23/17, and 1 / 37% of youth are from low Social and economic base and 56/6 % of them are from middle class and 6/3% of them are from high level position.Theoretical and experimental study emphasizes that the freedom of boys in the urban social space as well as male-dominated society's attitude to the boys more than girls lead to more boys than girls have Vandalistic and Destructive behaviors, That children that are in lower economical and social classes, and are excluded, from some city facilities and then the higher classes In result of financial constraints and lack of legal ways to access these resources and facilities, lead to do Vandalistic behaviors and destruction of urban properties and facilities..The f destruction and devastation behavior, due to a lack of links with civil society (Social alienation also) This behavior often reflects the desire of so many young people to express anger and dissatisfaction against extortion, coercion, discrimination, imperial authority, restriction of personal freedoms and, injustice, inequality structures of civil society organizations which are dominant.
