Abstract: 

Due to recent significant technology development and communication knowledge that provides fundamental changes in distance education, management of knowledge components can have positive impacts on Payame Noor university education system. This study aimed at addressing and determining the fitness of knowledge management components in promoting the productivity of distance education (a case study in: Esfahan, Ilam and Alborz provinces). The research method was descriptive correlational. The sample consisted of all the employees of Payame Noor University in Esfahan, Ilam and Alborz provinces who were randomly selected consisting of 755 employees. The instruments used in the current study were questionnaires of Nonaka and Takeuchi management, Jahed organization efficiency, Robins'' organizational culture, information technology and management. The data were processed and analyzed by using SPSS software LISREL number 72.8. The obtained results revealed that there is a relationship between knowledge management component and practical and technical management. Meanwhile, there is a relationship between cultural components. Also, there is a relationship between technical and practical management and cultural organization. The data in this study are in correlation with theoretical background and this shows that the stated questions are in line with theoretical bases.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was developing the sexual education curriculum based on the Quran Karim and the Hadiths (Imams' sayings). The research method was qualitative content analysis and in order to answer the possible questions the inductive and triangulation method was used as well. The population studied included all texts that had implications for sexual education including the original Islamic texts and sources such as the Quran and Nahj al-Balagha, as well as other legal and religious texts such as Osul al-Kafi, Wasael-al Shia, and has been Ghorur-al-Hekam. as the sample of the study which were selected through purposeful sampling method. The data were collected using taking notes and for detection of reliability of data, the return to educational scholars were considered. The results revealed that based on the Quran and Hadiths, seven factors were extracted as: sexual instinct in humans is natural, the natural sexual instinct should be considered, the marriage should be regarded as an accepted way control sexual instinct, controlled and socialized interaction between men and women (especial with the opposite sex), chastity, considering the privacy relationship, and childbearing. Therefore, based on these factors the goals of sexual education curriculum and the other curriculum element were developed.

Abstract: 

The role of collective efficacy is important in efficiency and effectiveness of school. The Results of the previous studies indicate that collective efficacy of teachers have been influenced by direct and indirect variables such as transformational leadership, self efficacy and school culture. So far no research on the effects of school characteristics on teacher collective efficacy has been done. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of the main character of the school as a school solidarity on teacher’s collective efficacy. For this purpose, through using correlation method (non-experimental), 120 teachers in secondary school who were randomly selected from city of Karaj completed questionnaires related to school solidarity and teacher’s collective efficacy. The research hypothesis was tested by Pearson correlation and the regression analysis for them has been answered one by one. The results showed that from the main features of the school, appropriateness of the curriculum with school needs is most relevant to the collective efficacy of teachers. The findings also showed a positive relationship between school solidarity and collective efficacy of teacher. Moreover, the answer to the research question showed that 53% of the variance in collective teacher efficacy can determine the school solidarity as main character of the school.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to present causal model of Islamic Work Ethics and organizational commitment with mediating role of work values of organizational Justice among PNU Faculty Members. The present research is applied and the method of data collection is descriptive correlational. The study population included all faculty members whose PNU random cluster sampling, 362 students were selected using Morgan table. The questionnaire used in the research were organizational commitment (Allen & Meyer, 1997), Islamic work ethics (Yousef, 2001), organizational justice (Colquitt & et al, 2001) and job values (Seevers, 2001). Research data were collected in order to be examined and the hypotheses were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the conceptual model and its suitability was confirmed for the PNU, especially for the faculty members. There was a significant correlation between Islamic work ethics (moral attitude to work (0.36 and 0.30) and interpersonal relations (0.25 and 0.22)) and organizational justice and job values on the one hand; and on the other hand, there is a significant correlation between organizational justice (0.37), and work values (0.41) direct effects of organizational commitment. The indirect effects of Islamic work ethics, moral attitude to work (0.16) and interpersonal relations (0.11) with the mediating role of organizational justice and organizational commitment with work values represent the mediating role of these two variables and their importance in organizational analysis. The total variance specified in organizational commitment by Islamic work ethics, organizational justice and job values is (0.27).

Abstract: 

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the quality of work life and organizational commitment by mediating organizational socialization and presenting a structural model. The research method was descriptive correlational. Three types of questionnaires were used in data gathering including Walton’s quality of work life, Allen and Meyer’s organizational commitment and Taormina’s organizational socialization and their reliabilities were calculated by Cronbach’s Alpha including 0.921, 0.88 and 0.86. Statistical population of research involved all of Urmia Payame Noor University’s personnel and the sample size of 230 individuals was chosen by using Cochran's formula and Stratified random sampling. Data analyses have been done by LISREL and SPSS Software. The results of structural modeling showed that quality of work life is directly, positively and significantly related to organizational commitment (0.38). The quality of work life is significantly related to organizational commitment (0.21) and the quality of work life is significantly related to organizational commitment by mediating organizational socialization, so that the model of research has conformity by research conceptual model and it can be concluded that socialization in organization as a mediator has increased relationships between quality of work life and organizational commitment.

Abstract: 

This study examined the relationship between organizational health and organizational trust and social responsibility of teachers in Education District of Sari. The study was descriptive survey. The population consisted of 385 teachers in girls' high schools in the academic year 1393-1394. The sample size was based on the sample of 195 who were selected according to Cochran and Morgan table. Sampling method was random. For data collection, both the library and field method were used. In the field of the standard questionnaire, of organizational health Hui et al (1966) (44 questions), Organizational Trust (21 questions), Robbins (1998) and Social Responsibility (25 items) and Carol (1991) were used. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and the confidence was calculated through using Cronbach's alpha. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, graphs, measures of central tendency (mean, median, mode), trend indicators dispersion (standard error of the mean, standard deviation, variance, range, minimum, maximum) were used and the method of statistical t-test and correlation coefficient were applied. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the components of organizational health (seven components of academic stress, morale, support resources, building materials, consideration, middle managers and institutional integration) and institutional trust and social responsibility of Sari girls High School Teachers.

Abstract: 

This research contributes to improve the quality of higher education through introducing a model of good teacher in higher educational centers in Iran. To this purpose, a qualitative study was conducted by using content analysis approach. Fourteen professors from state universities were selected based on the viewpoints of the students, alumni, directors and their colleagues. The sampling technique was snowballing. To collect information, semi-structured interviews and participant observation were applied. The sample group included 38 teachers were interviewed and other notification means 112 interviews were done with the informants (students, alumni, and faculty director of the Department and their colleagues. Their classes were also observed 72 time by the observers and their assistants. The data processing and content analysis using open and axial coding were done. The features obtain in this process which were related to the professors included 34 components in three general categories of cognitive, emotional and behavioral. In the meantime, the categories that were more frequent in those who had more than 50 percent of the code took place in the pattern of qualified teachers.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to analyze questions of University entrance examination in mathematics-physics field of study. The method of study was content analysis for textbooks and questions of the university entrance examination. In addition, survey method was used to receive the views of mathematics teachers. The population of this study included first to third grade pre-university textbooks at the field of mathematics-physics and questions of mathematics-physics as well as mathematics teachers of first to third grade pre-university in the Marvdasht city. Census method was used for sampling the university entrance examination questions and mathematics courses, while purposeful sampling was used to select the teachers. Data obtained from the content of textbooks were collected by two-dimensional table developed for this purpose, and they were examined using content analysis method. To analyze the data, Kruskal-Wallis test and Spearman correlation coefficient were used. Results of this study suggest that questions of university entrance examination in mathematics-Physics field of study assessed the educational goals of mathematics courses at the high school level. Additionally, in terms of assessing the students’ knowledge, 7.27% of the questions were developed at the knowledge level, 20% of them were developed at the level of understanding, 36.36% of them at the application level, 25.45% of them were developed at the analysis level, 9.09% of them were developed at the combination level, and 1.81% of them were developed at the evaluation level.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to assess the level of effectiveness of cultural activities of Islamic culture office from the viewpoints of the students. This study is applied and descriptive data collection method was survey. To calculate the sample size required in tis study, Cochran formula was used. And the number of the population of all Islamic Azad University, Fars province, was 120,000. Although the sample size of 384 valid questionnaires were analyzed. To select the required samples, random sampling and scale from a self-made cluster were used which were related to the operations of the center of the Quran and Etrat (progeny), the canters in charge of prayers and cultural programs that had an acceptable validity. The reliability of the questionnaire obtained through Cronbach's alpha, respectively, 86.0, vary from 850 and 82.0. The results showed that the average effect of three sections of the cultural programs were evaluated below the acceptable level from the perspective of students and there was no significant difference between the performance of cultural events from the perspective of male and female students. And only the medical students evaluated the performance of the center of the Quran and Etrat higher than normal level.

Abstract: 

The current research set out to analyze Prospect 1, the officially prescribed textbook for 7th grade high school students in Iran, its relevant achievement tests, and contents of instruction. More specifically, the study sought to investigate the variation in cognitive domain and types of knowledge represented by the achievement tests, contents of instruction, and the textbook drawing on Bloom’ (Anderson & Krathwohl, 2001) revised taxonomy of educational objectives. It further examined the alignment among the three curriculum components of interest. Research instruments included a checklist of educational objectives (Rezvani & Zamani, 2012) and a survey of contents of instruction (Rezvani & Haghshenas, 2014) both developed based on Bloom’s revised taxonomy (2001). English teachers, both male and female (n = 12), took part in the study. Porter`s (2002) alignment index was employed to compute the alignment among each pair of tests and textbook, contents of instruction and textbook, and contents of instruction and tests. The quantitative analysis of the collected data indicated that all three alignment indices of the curriculum component pairs were significantly adequate (I>0.50). The findings of the study also demonstrated that ‘Remember’ and ‘Understand’ were the most prevalent cognitive domains. The outcomes also suggested that higher order thinking skills were the least dominant ones. Efforts to incorporate activities and contents that would help develop learners` higher order skills by the authors and teachers of the book as the main source of educational activities are recommended.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between problem-solving skill and self-efficacy and cultural-intelligence of university students with descriptive correlational approach. The research population was all Dushanbe students and according to the multistage cluster sampling, students of the linguistics college were selected for the sample size. Research tools included standard questionnaires problem solving skills by Heppner and Peterson (1982), Cultural Intelligence Ong (2004) and Academic self- efficacy Own and Furman (1988). The reliability of the questionnaires was assessed through Cronbach's alpha coefficient, that vary from. 0.86,. 0.85 and 0.90 respectively. The data analysis method was structural equations. The results showed that problem-solving skills and self-efficacy were a significant predictor for cultural intelligence. Moreover, the problem solving skills, mediated through self-efficacy had effects on cultural intelligence. The assessed effect of structural paths showed that problem-solving skill had directly affect (0.53) and indirectly (0.10) and in general (0.63) on cultural intelligence. The role of self-efficacy on cultural intelligence was directly 0.23. and also the role of problem-solving in self-efficacy was 0.42 directly. The amount of specified variance showed that 17% of self-efficacy variance is specifiable by problem-solving skill and 44% of cultural intelligence variance is specifiable by problem-solving skill and self-efficacy.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between creativity and innovation between the productivity of human resources (staff) from Shiraz education district one. The research method was descriptive correlational. The population was more than 320 staff and the statistical samples (175 people) were selected based on Gorjesy and Morgan chart. In this study, three questionnaires measuring tool creativity (Torrance), innovation (Martin Patchen) and productivity (Echiw) were used and their validity and reliability were confirmed. In multiple regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient was used. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between creativity and productivity of staff and human resources. The variables of creativity and productivity can predict efficiency. Also there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of creativity and productivity of human resources. Moreover, the fluid component and flexibility can predict efficiency.
