Upon deciding to negotiate thetwo parties of Nuclear conflict namely Iran and 5+1countries and conclusion of “ JCPOA” International agreement, it was supposed, this model may be used as a pattern for peaceful settlement of other disputes. But the changes after joint comprehensive plan of action, decreased the hopes to extend this model to other conflictable files. in the era of after JCPOA, not only Iran is known at the top security threats by the U. S. A and its traditional allies in the region, but the severity of balancing in the west of Asia is also increased. Among the international relations theories, Neorealism is enjoying from easier explanatory power and more realistic forecast than the future changes. In this article, we will answer the following question: What are the causes of the reproduction of the Iran-US conflict in the Middle East? What is in the post-war era? The main assumption of the paper is that, because of the continuation of the balance of power in the Middle East, we will see an increase in security rivalries with the aim of disturbing the current balance. As a result, the pattern of this agreement will be costly for other disputed issues for Iran.

Iran’ s pursuit of nuclear technology, following the many sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council, the European Union and the United States against Iran, targeted national power and reduced Iran’ s geopolitical weight. After 12 years of negotiations, with a change in foreign policy mechanisms and tools and adoption of a strategy of deconstruction, perceptions and trust, in the time of 11th government of Iran, Iran negotiated with six world powers in 14th of July 2015, in Vienna, a nuclear agreement achieved. According to the effects and consequences of JCPOA, the purpose of this article is answering these questions: What are the JCPOA geopolitical strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats? What’ s Iran’ s geopolitical strategy after JCPOA, Presenting swot method, position analyzing, strategic action (space) shows us that Iran is in (so) developmental-aggressive position after JCPOA. So, according to this area, the strategy of Islamic Republic Of Iran was formulated and presented.

From the Beginning of the 21st century, Japan is passing through a transformative period in which it is processing a new national role conception. The change in Japanese foreign policy demonstrates itself implicitly in Japan’ s international peacekeeping acts and the appending new legislation exerting the functional limitaions on its armed forces. The purpose of the present study is to find a conception of the national role that best describes the goals and principles of Japanese foreign policy. The fundamental question of the article would be what is the main reason of the change in Japan’ s foreign policy principles? In continue, the major theory of the study would be following the path dependency has increased the changes in Japan’ s foreign policy principles and the resulting behavioural effects have pushed Japan towards an internationalist method. The conclusions of this research indicates that Japan is now facing with ambiguity in its foreign policy and it has to select between an intrinsic foreign policy character together with a heavy dependence on the USA or internationalist principles as a peacekeeping state with a normalized defence policies. Finally, the descriptive and analytic method has been used in this study.

The approach taken by the leaders of the AKP towards the Kurdish minority after the 2002 parliamentary victory signaled its move toward national reconciliation in the coming year’ s Political equality in the statute of the party, in practiceSo, the purpose of the present study is to examine the reasons for the change and fluctuation of the AKP's approaches to the Kurds between 2000-2015. Thus, research is based on a qualitative method of causal explanation and the use of library and Internet resources trying to answer the main question that, what are the reasons of Turk-kurds cleavage after a decade of pursuing the national reconciliation and declining the Kurds support for the AKP in the 2015 election? The findings suggest that the inability of Erdogan's government in pursuing and complete the demands of the Kurdish minority will get hostile the positions of the parties and the activation of Turkish-Kurdish divide in recent elections.

The present manuscript is focused on soft power in China's foreign policy toward Africa. Therefore, the China's target for soft power development and also its resources are studied moving beyond Nye’ s conceptualization of soft power. It is concluded that the China's political values can be observed in soft power resources such as culture (traditional Chinese culture, Confucianism); economy (the China's model of development, remarkable commercial and economic relationships) and policy (win-win policy and principle of equality and mutual benefit). Additionally, the China’ s new relationship with Africa which are interested in China's development model, its commercial and investment opportunities, more accession to its developing markets and also the new ideas of China's leader for developing its relationships with these countries through south-south cooperation provides a context for China's soft power development. Additionally, china would maximize benefits from this preparing context for influence in this region and endorsing responsible role in international affairs.

Coming on victorious of Hasan Rouhani in Iran’ s presidential election and emergence of the so-called moderate movement, we are encounter with the new kind of action in field of domestic politics and foreign politics. In this way, interactions, multilateralism, break the isolations and break the international defeat caused by United Nations Security Council were among the most important foreign policy priorities. This approach has led to JCPOA in the first months after coming the 11th administration, which seemed to open up the foreign relations and to achieve a successful model of collective cooperation to solve the acute problem of world polices. Hence, this research argue that the 11th government in its logic of action is largely influenced by multilateralism strategy and so. This logic of action is based on a particular worldview inspired by the religious and value insight of the internal political environment based on characteristic Anti-Hegemonic discipline. Thus, according to this research, the 11th government foreign policy can be analyzed in the framework of a kind of “ anti-hegemonic multilateralism” foreign policy.

One of Takfiri movements which in recent years have brought violence and extremism in the West Asia is a movement called ISIS. This movement due to reasons such as absence of democracy and citizen rights, bigotry and backwardness, has emerged and has been able to sustain itself by the financial and logistics support of some regional and extra regional states for five years and has introduced the most serious challenge for the regional states. Given the nature of ISIS and its objectives and outlooks, it can be potentially a threat for Central Asia. this paper with apply the theory of encounter with modernity and the theory of failed states, seeking to the possibility and impossibility of Isis in the region. The authors are believes that Islamist movements in Central Asia are partly influenced by extremist views in the West Asia and as these views contradict with modernity ideas, the condition is ripe for the presence of ISIS. However, despite relatively stable authoritarian governments in Central Asia ISIL's presence in this area is limited. Our research method in this article is descriptive-analytic and we have used library and internet for collecting data.
