Personality disorders have a negative effect on students' health. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between symptoms of personality disorders with procrastination and psychological signs in female college students. The method research of the current study was correlation and 377 female students of Islamic Azad university of Ardabil were selected by multistage cluster sampling and filled Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory, Psychological Signs Questionnaire and Procrastination Scale. Pierson correlation and multivariate regression were used for analyzing the data. Results indicated that there was meaningful correlation between symptoms of schizoid, schizotypal, antisocial, histrionic, borderline, avoidant, dependent, depressive, sadistic and passive-aggressive personality disorders with procrastination. Also, there was meaningful correlation between symptoms of narcissistic, borderline, avoidant, dependent, depressive, sadistic and passive-aggressive personality disorders with academic self-confidence. According to results of stepwise regression, symptoms of personality disorders has been explained 24% variance in procrastination and 11% variance in academic self-confidence (p<0.01). Results are support the relationship between personality disorders symptoms with procrastination and academic self-confidence in female college students and it should be seriously noted to the role of personality disorders in variables that related to health in female students.
