Growth of cities mostly influenced by two factors, growth of population and emigration that lead to building cities without planning This cause many changes in spatial composition particularly physical development of cities, destruction natural places. Now, scientific guidance and organization for research are necessary with regard to rapid rate of population growth and sensible physical development of city's planning programs. Finding an appropriate direction for physical development with achievement of to effective agents in such development is the goal this study. This development causes least damage to environment and protects natural resource to attain sustainable development. So this essay illustrates unfavorable development basis and natural resource worths in connection with Shiraz city development by using GIS for determine environmental capacity that related to directions of physical development.

Undevelopment and its reasons are one of the most important problems in under-developed countries like Iran Important similar issues like global economy and historic acceleration and other futurelogy thoughts of development playa magor role here. In regional economic issues in Iran, Lorestan province has specific economic, political, and cultur importance. In fact trend to widespread development and improvement in future, requires recognition of sitnation of defferent region. Using criteria and quantitive methods for levelling residential place in spatial system of regions not only leads to recognition of unequilibrium rate of residential places but it is also a criteria for attempting to decreas and removing available unequilibrium amang them. Thus Achieved results indicate that in country level Lorestan province placed on twenty seventh position for developing ranking and in deprived class from development position point of view.

Spontaneous informal settlements have gradually developed during recent decades in the periphery of large cities Iran. Correctly called "informal settlement", these marginal settlements are the means of access to land and serve as the main source of shelter for the low-income population migrated from rural areas or poor city dwellers dislodged from the existing urban texture. Home to poor inhabitants with insecure employment, and suffering from lack of services and poor physical conditions, the informal settlements are prone to social problems and highly at risk by natural and human disasters. Right now, the informal settlements in Tabriz city are in a space of 400 h with a population more than 400000. in this the article enablement strategy as a way new and scientific an encounter with informal settlements are investigated and analyses and proposed.

Achieved results indicates that: it is seen that there is much interval and inequality among the cities of this province in terms of being developed, so that mashhad with the development coefficient of 0/42 was identified as the most enjoying city and mahvelat with the development coefficient of 0/99 as the most deprived city of the province.Quchan among other cities of province is in tenth rank based on moris model and standard credit, seventh rank based on taxonomy model, and in deprived class from development position point of view.Thus, according to research findings, the ruling model on spatial structure of khorasan razavi province is dependent on center- surrounding model.

Understanding the management area has one of the most important roles in success and/or failure of every organization for gaining the purposes and performing organization duties. Management has a very important and determinant role towards development of city and improvement of urban habitats. One of the aspects of spatial organization in cities is textural aspect. The management of city texture in urban land use system will have significant role in welfare of citizens. Iran urban management system is council-city manager, and major decisions of management are taken intensively by country institutions and organizations. Therefore, the important hypothesis is that the role of the urban senior managers in article 5 committee has important effect on formation of city texture and can be effective in preserving textural health and urban sustainable development. The descriptive-analytic method has been used to study and defining the topic. The results of studies show that files sent to article 5 committee is very considerable and more than four-fifth of cases has been approved in favor of applicant and municipality and ignorance of urban sustainability and its biologic and textural problems have been resulted in difficulties and problems. For example, most files studied for nonprofit uses didn’t consider systematic and multilateral vision in city generalization as well as cultural-social problems. This problem also has been resulted in imbalance of land use system and will create destructive effects in urban and regional planning.

Housing is a need which has received differtent response in natural and man-made environments and every society depending on the needs and Facilities and the cultural, social., and economic limitations has given it a different shape. Housing in sistan and Balouchestan Province has both strong and weak points some of which and examined in the present study to help make a collated planning to reduce the problems. Therefore, it is tried to cover the population indecies of housing in both quantitative and qualitative dimentions. It is also tried to analyze the quantitative and qualitative shortages in housing and suggest some solutions.

The great important activities of the rivers are erosion, flow and transport of the sediment which is caused evironmental conditions such as geomorphologic features, climate, geology, plant cover, and the soil material. Different and affected factors on erosions and sedimentation in each area will cause different erosion with different quality and quantities and the result will affect on area. One of the results of the erosion is sedimentary yield and sedimentation; in this study we evaluate a rate of those factors in Sabz Kooh river basins that is one of the great Karoon basin in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. This method applied for measuring the grade of erosion and the intensity of sedimentary volume in this amended psiac (MPSIAC). The result is that the grade of erosion for MPSIAC is four and the intensity of sedimentary as evaluated is high.In different part of the basin of the river basin on different material of land, soil and human affected factors, the rate of sediment and erosion is different.

Today rural tourism is considered as one of the most popular kinds of tourism. According to OECD more than 70% of people have enjoyed different Kinds of rural entertainments and agricultural environments in the United States in 1992. This rate has increased to %76 in 2004. It shows that the rural tourism can cause economic growth and variety in activities; on the other hand, it can create more job opportunities and income for villagers; hence it can be considered as one of the chances for comprehensive rural development.The present survey studies the various natural, cultural and social tourist attractions in the historical village of "Hezaveh" which is located in the north west of Arak. The present research has been done in association with the Handicraft, Heritage and Tourism Organization.
