In order to Study the effect of salt stress on yield and yield components of winter rapeseed (Brassica napus L. ), and the most tolerant cultivars, an experiment carried out in factorial design in the basis of randomized complete blocks with 4 replications in 2008-2009. Experimental treatment were the combination of 4 cultivars (SLM046, Okapi, Licord and Elite) and salt stress conducted from sodium chloride in 6 levels (0, 75, 150, 200, 250 and 300 Mm). The variance analysis results showed that increase in salt stress had negative and significant effect on seed yield, 1000 seed weight, seed number in pod, pod number in plant, leaf area and plant height and increase in salt application reduced mentioned characters% 70.48, %58.71, %49.72, %75.15, %87, 76 and %50.33 in compare to normal condition alternatively and instead of leaf area in other cases observed significant differences between cultivars. SLM046 had the highest amounts of all characters. Seed yield mean comparison showed SLM046 and Elite were the most susceptible and tolerant cultivars.
