Tele-working is part of the new world jobs. Such a work style that has gained a lot of adherents in very recent years is depended on the Information technology (IT) effective utilization. Information technology (IT) is an auxiliary to promote such a work style but to attain it; other factors should be considered; alike, organization, work identity, the employee characters, life style, gender and… Beside the advantages and benefits of such a work style there have been consequences for individuals, families and organizations that must be taken in to concern. The women employment status, Tele-working implementation, negative and positive consequences for the women and their families caused by such a work style were reviewed in the present paper. Tele-working donated the home locus opportunity to women to stay beside the family while stimulatingly carrying out house keeping, child nurturing tasks and their job duties, but this might cause some problems for the women and their families.

Respecting the attitude toward the woman that lasted all over the human history; considering her as goddess and angle from one hand and burying her alive to other hand; The Holly Quaran challenged and confronted such deviated believes, a believe that reputing the woman as “ the daughter of god”. While the Holly Quaran respecting the man and the woman serving each others as complement; defined the angle position toward the world acumens. To purify the religion (Islam) from any Innovation and to give a true clear definition of the woman position in culture and the humanity; it is necessary to clarify the woman position from any deviated believes and traditions. The author attempted to analyze the Quaran and Hadith and the history to give a clear image on the issue.

The target of this study was to determine the effectiveness of guided imagery and relaxation therapy on allaying the headache and improving the headache-caused disability in women with migraine in Ahwaz. The subjects were 30 female patients with migraine that were selected by simple random sampling among the clients referred to neurology clinics in Ahwaz. The participants were allocated in to three equal groups; two experimental (guided imagery group and relaxation therapy group) and one control group; giving equal chance to each subjects to be included in any ones. The research was designed as experimental type of pre-test and post test with one control group and follow-up test. Najarian Migraine Headache Symptoms Assessment Scale, Galvanic Skin Response Biofeedback (GSR) and Temperature Biofeedback were implemented as data source. Pre-test was performed for all the groups. Then the experimental groups were exposed to guided imagery and relaxation therapy. Post test implied after intervention for both the experimental and control groups. After a period of one month, once again a follow up test was taken from all the participants. Multivariate Covariance Analysis (MANCOVA) was applied as statistical procedure. Results indicated that guided imagery and relaxation therapy were effective on migraine headache symptoms allaying and improving the headache-caused disability.

The woman as a half of the human society has a special place in the new studies. Viewing the great development in attitudes to the main social elements that exist in present time, it is necessary to study the views of different classes of society about woman for knowing her more generally and accurately. Sufis (mystics) for the high and positive position that they have among the various classes of society, their views has a special importance. In this essay it is tried to analyze the face of woman from the view of greets Sufis like sanaie, attar and Jami. What is understood from the first view is that they receive most of their thoughts from the high education of Quran and the prophet’s tradition. In the second stage, we understand from the result of this essay that their positive and probably negative view about women is not personal and emotional. But as we see some examples of them in Quran and the speech of the greats of religion, is often reaction against negative and in appropriate individual behavior and the roles that some women have played. The criticism of in correct human behavior, not themselves, is confirmed today from the psychological view. The negative impact with inappropriate behavior and negative character of individuals is something that does not allocate to woman kind. There are many people that we had a bad memory of them in Quran like Abojahl and Abolahab. Our great mystics, according to the conditions of time and the speech position, sometimes introduce women as a model and pattern that men should learn from them the lesson of manliness, reliance and devotion.

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship among attention biases and generalized self-efficacy with social anxiety in female students of Ahwaz Islamic Azad University. The research sample was 145 female students which were randomly selected through cluster sampling procedure. To collect data Social Anxiety Scale (FNE.SAD), Focus of Attention (FAQ) and Generalized Self-Efficacy (GSE-10) Questionnaire were used. The results by using Pearson correlation showed that attention biases (self-focused attention) had a significant positive correlation with social anxiety and generalized self-efficacy had a significant negative correlation with social anxiety. But attention biases (external-focused attention) hadn’t a significant correlation with social anxiety. Also multiple regressions showed a multiple significant correlation between research variables and the independent variables. Generalized self-efficacy and attention biases (self-focused attention) were best predictor of social anxiety.

This study proposed a theoretical framework based on “critical theory” of the sociology of art. This theory is based on Reaction hypothesis which shows the art as a mirror, reflects social characteristics of a given society. It involves descriptive and documentary research methods. The technique used in this study is the qualitative analysis of content. Our hypothesis suggested that there is a clear difference between the representation of women in respect to the contents and subjects in the movies before and after the Islamic Iran’s Revolution. The data showed that the representation of women in the Iranian cinema has been changed dramatically in the two periods i.e. before and after the second year of 1979 post years. These changes occurred due to the issues such as representation of women in modern movies, quality of jobs, type of clothing and veil, cultural-related products use, personal skills, dialogues contents, level of education, beliefs, language, mechanisms that lead to resolving personal and family problems and etc. The overall results indicated that shift in cultural policymaking of the Iranian Cinema led to a differing view about representation of women in Cinema after the Islamic Revolution of Iran.

Even though women play significant role on affairs, but due to unilateral role and effect presumed and assigned by the myths and epics approach to men on the events; it is necessary to deeply look on the issue. The woman has particular position in the myth and whom to be admired and prayed as goddess in many cases. Obedience of such women was an obligatory; where in some occasions caused significant and influential event on the rules and nations. The paper reviewed the role of woman in myths and epics and Iranian and Greek mythical and epic women were compared. While the influence of woman in myths was studied it was concluded that the woman in Iranian epics in contrary to the assessment done in the western epics were highly esteemed and was faithful to the ethno-nobility.

The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between mental health and academic performance with moral judgment development in female students in Malekshahy girl secondary schools. The sample included 140 female students which were selected by cluster sampling method. The instruments were Symptom Check List (SCL-25) and Short Form Development of Moral Judgments Questionnaire (DIT).Their first semester average scores of the educational year was used as an indicator of scholastic performance. In order to analysis the data, Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression methods were used. The results indicated that there was a negative significant correlation between mental health and moral judgment growth, while mental health and academic performance significantly positive correlated to moral judgment development.
