The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between Knowledge management and organizational intelligence among of educational administrators of the West and Southwest cities of Tehran Province. Descriptive-correlational study was conducted. The population under study consisted of all the 356 educational administrators of these regions. Using Stratified sampling, 185 educational Administrators were selected as the sample in the study. To collect data, the researcher used the questionnaires by Albrecht (2002) organizational intelligence, and Zarehkhalili’s (2010) knowledge management. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the experts in the field. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured using Cronbach’s alpha. It showed that the reliability of organizational intelligence was 0.94, and knowledge management was 0.87. To analysis the data, the researcher used descriptive method of investigation as well as inferential methods (such as Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise Regression). The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between knowledge management and its components - Knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application - and that of organizational intelligence. Regression results show that knowledge management components - knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application - can predict organizational intelligence among the educational administrators in the West and Southwest cities of Tehran Province.
