Islamic Republic of Iran with reference to its experience of the imposed war and its activities after that in this arena, despite internal and external threats tries to plan and establish a secure system of supply of human resources which includes all the populace of the country. The aim of this investigation is to provide strategies of the application of public forces in supplying needs of humanitarian resources of defense section in different situations. The required data of this of this research have been collected by following opinions of populace, military commanders, and elites of social science, management and military experts through survey and documentary method and work group. The results show that the change of the structure of supply of public forces by creation of SWOT findings, strategic analysis of the unique management, periodical communication of populace with defense unit for acquiring military education, reserving battle readiness and in the case of necessity, joining to units of Armed Forces, using capacities of executive and academic centers to reply in order to afford the educational needs of the defense unit can increase the readiness of Armed Forces in doing their missions and confronting with external threats.

Defense strategy of Islamic Republic of Iran, has the responsibility of selection of aims, tools, instruments, and defense methods for supplying national security of the country which can deter potential threats by application of factors of the national power create deterrence against potential threats and in the case of failure of the strategic deterrence, will defend from regional integrity, national security and principle merits and values of the Islamic system. The peripheral seas of the country, have effective dimensions in defense strategy which one of them is these principle and effective dimensions is military aspect of the sea that in defense and military strategies has a special status. Characteristics and advantages of the peripheral seas have placed Iran at the top position of the maritime, transitional and strategic countries. This paper tries to explain military status of the sea in the defense strategy of Islamic Republic of Iran and by explanatory and analytical ways provides the methods of establishment of its necessities.

The subject of spirit in the Holy Defense and the Future war which has been reviewed from the point of view of the senior commanders of the war, on the one hand, is influenced by the complexity of battlefield in using different political, military, economic, social, and cultural opportunities and capacities in success of the battle, and on the other hand, is influenced by the complexity of conditions, frequency of variables, diversity of threats, presence of challenges (international, regional, and national) in adapting decisions of the commanders. With regard to the role of spirit from the point of view of religious teachings and verification of the hypothesis by statistical society, researchers believe that by inculcation of spirit in the organization, five-sided capacity (confrontation with hard, semi-hard, soft threats, internal deepening and external deepening) for political system of Islam will be shaped. Also, in the final debate with regard to the incorporation of results some suggestions have been provided.

Asymmetric war gains its meaning when a strong enemy attacks a weak country and with regard to the present threats, the system should develop abilities of Asymmetric war. Increased abilities in Asymmetric war can empower a country to the extent that can warrant long term security of the nation. Swift transportation in addition to the increase of care and speed will decrease the costs. The main hypothesis of the present study is that the model of strategic transportation in Asymmetric conditions is a composition of fast reaction, flexibility, customary, technology. In this writing, recognition of dimensions, elements and criteria of swift transportation in Asymmetric war by applying strong points of different views and models in this regard have been extracted and the ideas of elites especially managers of transportation during the holy defense have been considered. Also, in this research explanation of the relation between basic variables of research and effective criteria on each variable has been investigated through the method of analysis of structural equations.

The international System has been disorderly and the presence of security dilemma in it from the past has been the main element of the formation of arm race. On the other hand, the arm can be regarded as factor of regional stability or instability and for this reason, Theoretical and conceptual foundations in modeling the arm race and regional orders has become the main question of this investigation. In this regard, the present research pose this hypothesis that when the arm race bring about strategic stability in power balance and also lead to deterrence in the frame of a strategic balance point, it is a stabilizing element, and when it causes instability in power balance and deterrence, it is a destabilizing factor. Moreover, the present article in terms of attention to strategy stability matter and its impact on regional orders, will try to analyze the consequences of emerging the arm race in this networks including organized, unplanned and substandard networks.

Ethnic diversity is one of the most important social issues in national security of Islamic Republic of Iran. It seems that ethnic diversity can be the source of challenge and also can provide opportunities of growth and development for the country and can be a source of power. Each of these ethnic groups has potentially considerable capacities for merging in national merits, political participation and maintenance and protection of the country; therefore, the mentioned threats about the ethnic groups have mostly been for the sake of management problems and they can be diminished by appropriate management of national values and expansion of intergroup fairness. In this study, first by way of historical action-research, potential resources of national belongings of seven groups of Fars, Lur, Baluch, Turckman, Arab, Kurd, and Azery have been considered and then with reference to elites and use of Delphi- Fuzzy technique, the importance and effect co-efficiency of this factor in the happening of ethnic crisis or acceleration of convergent expansion process has been reviewed.
