The admeasure of indicators allows to organization for understanding the current situation for planning, and targeted its activities in order to improve these indicators. In the absence of science and technology’s indicators, there are no logical basis for environmental analysis and understanding of the organization`s situation, and allocating resources and planning will not be correct. The aim of this study is to determine the dimensions and indicators of macro-assessment of science and technology in the military organizations. The study is based on achievement or result based approach used the applied and developed method, and research methodology was historical context. The statistical community consisted about 250 people; among them 32 people were in-depth interviews. In this study, for collecting and analyzing data, we used documents and interviews methods of in-depth qualitative approach by using grounded (Grounded Theory).For data analysis we used descriptive statistics and inductive content analysis. Based on the results of this research, science and technology in the military organization need to assessment in nine dimensions and we are provided some indicators for each dimension. These dimensions are the human capital, education, scientific publications, structure, research, technology, scientific cooperation, financial resources and effectiveness.
