The studies indicated that patients’ rights compliance led to positive atmosphere in service delivery environment and improve in therapeutic results. The purpose of this study was to promote the patient’s rights practice through efficient intervention at the clinic of physiotherapy, Faculty of Rehabilitation, Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. This study was an interventional study that was performed based on patients perspectives. The collected data were classified with 6MP method, matched with the Iranian patient's rights, and then an education-based intervention undertaken to promote the practice of patient’s rights. The study results showed that after intervention, an increase was done in patient’s rights aspects and Education-based intervention plays an important role in practicing the patient’s rights.

To help the injured and eliminate physical risks is one of the issues that the legislator has emphasizes on it as a moral duty and has considered its violation as a crime.In this context the physician is exceptional, because not only the legislator has determined his/her responsibility but also the physician has taken over this duty as an ethical principle and he / she do the best efforts for saving patients. This commitment has distinguished him / her from the others and so imposing different responsibility on him/her is not unexpected.Refuse to perform the rule is constitute material element of avoid to help injured and it doesn’t need to the result and if it lead to the result it’s not important because it is outside of material element of crime. So he / she don’t have any criminal liability to it. Punishment is for refuse. If this refuse is deliberate, crime of refuse to do something is fulfilled. If the refuse is unintentional, its result is unintentional crime.

Consumption goods in some cases is associated with damage to the consumer. This damage may be caused by the failure of the manufacturer to damages. In case of the failure to be inclusive and not due to negligence or fault of the manufacturer, the defense of civil responsibility in some countries has been resolver. amongst professionals in medical practices the action of waste by physiotherapist is of importance to study. This is because unlike other medical practitioners, who may ultimately prescribe medicine and their responsibility is considered based on the principle of causation, physiotherapists are mostly working directly on the body of patients and their responsibility is governed by the principle of waste/ destruction which assimilates their responsibility to that of surgeons.As a summery, it can be claimed that a physiotherapist's responsibility based on the principle of waste is presumed unless the opposite (the innocence) is proven. Some examples of physiotherapists' responsibilities are injuries caused in practice therapy such as physiotherapy and rehabilitation of heart patients,. practices, mobilization of PNF joints, etc.

When the contractual liability of surrogate mother against genetic parents was created that one correct and binding contract concluded between them and surrogate mother violate the created obligation of this contract. Majority of this obligation arises the agreement between them and other resource i.e. law and custom is silent. E-health is to exchange information universally from one place to another through Internet and developed communication technology to provide health care.
