Abstract: 

There are two ground approaches for explaining the type of administrative reforms in every country. The first approach searches creating factors of administrative reforms inside every country. But the second approach assigns diffusion of administrative reforms ties in countries to the international and global factors. Relying on the second theoretical framework, this qualitative research tries to theorize transferring process of administrative reforms ties from international arena to Iran. The obtained theory shows that the key phenomenon of this process is the national management lesson-drawing which explains the transfer of administrative reforms, in the context of intervening factors and relying on causal factors.

Abstract: 

by entering the era of information and communication and moving from manufacturing and industrial economy towards knowledge-based service economy; the competitive bases of businesses have changed from capital budgeting and tangible assets towards intangible assets and intellectual capital, including social and relational capitals. Hence, over the past ages, organizations emphasize more on informal relationships and interactions among employees in order to exchange their own ideas, knowledge and information for creating value for external customers, and organization internal customers as well. Then, creating and developing social capital requires the awareness of its existence or non-existence by measuring it in organization. Hence, this article has focused on measuring and ranking the social capital in public banks of Kerman City. Research findings show that among studied Banks, Refak Bank and Mellat Bank acquired the first and the last rankings respectively. Also, Melli, Tejarat and Maskan Banks acquired the second to the forth ranks.

Abstract: 

Suggestion system is the cerebral and practical cooperation of an organization staff in different managerial levels. In suggestion system, all the organization staff actively attempt to resolve the problems and promote the productivity of the organization, and to collaborate with the managers through proposing plans and suggestions. In this way, a unanimous consultation system is established for reaching the organizational goals. Furthermore, the organization management benefits from this valuable treasure of suggestions and proposals in order to attain the organizational objectives. In modern societies in which numerous challenges are encountered; the necessity is accentuated to implement the suggestion system as a practical procedure in an updated management process of organization. Our country is not exceptional in this case; although suggestion system has been implemented in different organizations including the Agricultural Jihad Organization of Fars Province. Performance assessment is one of the procedures to investigate the results of implementation of suggestion system. Based on the acquired results, the conditions can be improved using a progress EFQM model. The following research is a descriptive-comparative investigation conducted to assess the suggestion system in Agricultural Organization of Fars Province. In this research, the staff of the aforementioned organization answered the questionnaire of performance assessment using the EFQM mode. The gathered answers have been analyzed using the descriptive and deductive statistics and applying the t-test. The results indicate a positive performance for suggestion system in Agricultural Jihad Organization of Fars Province.

Abstract: 

The objective of the present research is to study the effect of the social capital on the competitive behavior of the companies with the applied nature. The research method is descriptive-analytic and has a correlational type. The statistical population of the research includes sixty managers of the food industry companies in Hamedan. The statistical sample of the research includes fifty two managers of the food industry companies. The linear regression test was used.The research findings showed that there is a meaningful relationship between social capital and competitive behavior. Also, there are meaningful relationships between social capital and competitive propensity, social capital and competitive magnitude, as well as social capital and competitive complexity.

Abstract: 

A diversification of the country’s export structure through the concerted development of its export-oriented manufacturing capacity could offer a viable alternative, as also stipulated in the Country’s Second Socioeconomic and Cultural Development Plan, by increasing the resilience of its economy against external shocks, supporting employment creation and technological innovation, and adding domestic value to its rich natural resource base, thereby enhancing its overall economic performance.Despite a huge volume of public investment in some industries, Iranian textile industries faced a crisis in production and export that affected on the total non-oil export of the government. So, this study seeks to identify and prioritize the main effective factors on textile industries export. The results show that there are two main factors: Product quality & strategic insight toward global market that can make intensive difference in current textile export.

Abstract: 

Professors are one of the most effective factors in educating the students and in the effectiveness of the entrepreneurial education. Undoubtedly, the value biases of the entrepreneurship trainers have a fundamental role in forming their behavior in the process of entrepreneurship education. That is why the following research problem has been raised: What are the values of the entrepreneurship trainers for training young entrepreneurs at universities? Mixed method (interview and focus group) was used to answer the problem. Structured interview was used to gather information from the professors and the students of entrepreneurship. Based on the purposive sampling, twenty four professors and students of entrepreneurship were interviewed. The interviews were continued until theoretical sufficiency was raised, in other words, untill the new responses did not have any new data. In the interviews with structured questions, the attempt was to identify the teaching and learning experiences of students and professors in such activities. Then, the results of the data analysis were reviewed based on the focus group (seven members). Finally, the results show that the framework of the values of the entrepreneurship trainers includes medium and ultimate values. Totally, seven groups af medium values and two groups of ultimate values for the teachers of entrepreneurship were identified.

Abstract: 

Succession planning is one the most important survival strategies for effective operation in today turbulent world. Apart from the importance of this strategy, in any organization, a diverse set of facilitating and preventing factors emerge in successor planning process which create a challenging force field pro or con to it.In this research, while facilitating and preventing methods in executing succession planning in National Petrochemical Company are analyzed by content analytical methods, the attempt is to document the experiences of top managers. The result of the research is an emphasis on new factors which prevent the development of succession planning procedures in terms of common organizational culture in Iranian organizations via dishonesty in data furnishing, mutual distrust, envy of colleagues as well universal factors such as lack of top managers’ support, non-calculating the costs and benefits and lack of staff’s general motivation. However, one can see remarkable facilitating factors in improving the knowledge level of managers and in developing employees which create a valuable opportunity for succession planning.
