Abstract: 

E-citizen compared to traditional citizen experiences a more modern life has more confidence for living in the age of information and communication; and will defend his/her citizen rights with more capability. Learning e-citizen skills increases the ability of using new communication technologies which in turn increases their readiness in employing electronic government facilities and services. In this way and with an aim of studying the factors influencing on e-city, after review of existing literature and interviews with experts of e-commerce, information and communication technology, the most important indicators of e-city establishment have been extracted and their important priorities have been determined by using a questionnaire from the point of view the IT active managers in the Yazd province. Results have been analyzed by the use of MADM techniques (both traditional and fuzzy) and the most important factors have also been determined and prioritized. Findings imply that factors such as e-procurement, e- transactions and long-term strategic thinking at the country macro-level are the factors with the highest importance in establishment of Yazd e-city from viewpoint of Information Technology managers and experts in Yazd province. Also, the two dimensions of IT governance and Customer Relationship Management have been identified as the most important dimensions.

Abstract: 

Because of the increasing importance of suppliers to achieve competitive advantages, literature proposes different methods to help decision makers to face the complexity of the supplier selection process. However, these methods often face with this process as a single and one-dimensional problem. Also, these methods do not consider unreliability and ambiguity of supplier selection problem. But, supplier selection process needs a multi stage approach. This paper intends to propose a comprehensive multi stage approach to integrating supplier selection process. This approach tries to decrease ambiguity of this problem by using Fuzzy QFD approach and the concept of House of Quality. A Fuzzy algorithm is used to defining linguistic variables to express relative importance of inner variables (WHATs) and outer variables (HOWs) of house of quality and their interrelations. Finally, a case study is presented to illustrate this approach is applicable. In addition to ranking and selecting final supplier, the findings of study show human resource, infrastructures, and IT are the most important criteria to evaluating suppliers and technical and functional quality and after sale services of product are the most characteristics of product.

Abstract: 

The Neo-liberal theory as a solution to get out of 1970s economic recession was accepted by governments in the world. Privatization was one of the main suggested methodologies of this theory to attain economic liberalization. The issue of privatization has highly attracted the attention of the present society of Iran. By notifying the general policies of article 44 of Iran’s constitution law, and after passing more than three decades from introducing neo-liberal theory to the world, and while the attention of researchers from industrialized countries has been focused on it’s positive and negative consequences, now there is a tendency to make use of the suggestions of that theory in Iran. This research has been trying to utilize Q- Methodology which is after discovering the mentality of individuals, and by making use of their viewpoints, determine their mentality toward privatization. Research results indicate that eight groups of subjectivities have identified. These groups identified in the minds of both economic and political approach to the analysis.

Abstract: 

One of the important characteristics of products & services since bygone to now, either in individual, social or business fields, for outstanding among others has been reputation. This research tries to introduce reputation, describes its advantages and determines the affecting factor on reputation in Iran home appliances industry & ranking them using fuzzy Topsis. This technique uses two groups as decision makers; customers & managers. Results show both different & common attitudes towards reputation among customers & managers. Besides, these factors are classified in three categories so that managers can use them as guideline to promote corporate reputation.

Abstract: 

Organizational commitment is one of the attitudes in organizational behavior. This attitude is a situation that an employee believes the organizational goals like owners. Organizational commitment can be studied in three dimensions: “affective commitment”, “normative commitment” and “continuance commitment”. In this paper, we evaluate the O.C. in Jahad Daneshgahi. And examine the influence of top management behavior, supervisor behavior, job characteristics, justice and on affective, normative and continuance commitment. The results of research shows the high organizational commitment in Jahad Daneshgahi. The effects of above independent factors on all dimensions of organizational commitment were approved.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is survey and prioritizes of the Mashhad city hotels mixed service marketing. By study earlier research, designed the special conceptual model and the quality service of hotels has been survey and assessment by using a Booms and Bitner marketing mixed model. In this study, required data by using the review documents and researcher made questionnaires, have been collected from 196 individuals of Mashhad city hotels customers and 90 individuals of managers and experts of these hotels. The results show that total service quality of hotels in Mashhad is located in the acceptable level and customers are satisfied with the quality of services provided. There is a difference between view of customers and managements and experts. Also the place mixed is the most and the price mixed has the lowest importance except in mixed price and location, there is difference between the views. Prioritize of services marketing mix is different from the view of Mashhad Hotels customers.

Abstract: 

The aims ‘paper is to find how advertising to influence the decisions’ customers and consumers, and how their impacts peruse from a process and special model? Therefore, this paper could classify more than 30 models that some of them have common results but some of them have not. Results of this research have provided a total model based on different models since 1898 up to now. In this research firstly models of traditional hierarchy has described and then explain modern hierarchy models. Research results show that electronic advertising to become an important channel for e - marketing in B2B and B2C. Thus, the strategic special model for internet advertising present based on critique of different models.
