Abstract: 

شکل گیاه حاصل روابط موجود بین اندامهای مختلف گیاه است. این وابستگی عملکردی بین دو اندام را همبستگی می نامند که دارای منشاهای مختلفی از قبیل غذایی و هورمونی است. از میان هورمونها ، اکسن نقش مهمی در شکل گیری گیاه به ویژه چیرگی راسی دارد. ثابت شده است که اکسین در جوانه انتهایی تولید و به اندامهای دیگر منتقل می شود و در آنجا اثرات مهمی را بر جای می گذارد با قطع جوانه انتهایی ، نخستین جوانه جانبی نزدیک به انتها جایگزین می شود و نقش آن را در چیرگی راسی ادامه می دهد. این اثر در گیاهان مختلف متفاوت است. به همین منظور ، همبستگی بین اندامهای مختلف گیاه باقلا (Faba vulgaris) بررسی شد. در این بررسی ، ابتدا تعدادی بذر باقلا پس از جوانه زنی انتخاب و در 15 گروه در 50 گلدان کاشته شدند. یک گروه شاهد نیز به منظور مقایسه اضافه شد. در مراحل مختلف رشد ، برگها و جوانه ها قطع و اثرات آن بر رشد و نمو گیاه از جمله رشد محورهای فرعی ، تمایز برگهایی مرکب روی محورها ، تمایز ریشه های فرعی و زمان گلدهی بررسی شد. با به تاخیر افتادن قطع برگها و جوانه ها ، اثرات قطع آنها بر اندامهای دیگر کمتر می شود. در ریشه زایی ، اندامهای جوان به ترتیب جوانه انتهایی ، برگ اول و جوانه های جانبی نقش مهمی دارند ، به طوری که با قطع آنها ، ریشه زایی کاهش می یابد ولی در عوض طول و قطر ریشه اصلی افزایش حاصل می کند. جوانه انتهایی و جوانه جانبی نزدیک برگ اول اثر بیشتری بر تمایز محورهای فرعی دارند. در مراحل اولیه ، با قطع جوانه انتهایی ، محورهای فرعی پای کاتافیلها رشد می کنند و از لحاظ عملکرد جایگزین محور اصلی می شوند. با قطع همزمان برگ اول و جوانه انتهایی ، برگ مرکب سه برگچه ای زودتر از گیاهان شاهد روی محور ظاهر می شود. محور گیاه (اصلی یا فرعی) باید روند زیر را طی کند تا گلدهی صورت گیرد : وجود برگ مرکب دو برگچه ای روی محور - ظهور برگ مرکب سه برگچه ای - ظهور برگ مرکب چهار برگچه ای - گلدهی .

Abstract: 

Many antibiotics affects spermathogenesis and other seminal parameters in both human and animals. Several toxicological studies, resulted a constant feature of evidence on testicular toxicity by observations. In this study, the rats were divided into 3 groups, the effect of nitrofurantoin solution [(30 mg/kg/day (NTFN) and Propylen Glycol (PG, lml/kg), and third (control) with salin. Then, the testes were fixed in formalin and stained with TAF, H & E, and studied under Microscope. Each pregnant group received two doses of drug daily, via subcutaneous injection. Results reveald that Nitrofurantion is indeed toxic for the germinal epithlium. In group 1, an increase in the number of spermatogonia and Leydig cells, and decrease in the number of sertoli cells were observed. In 1st group, the increase of spermatogonia was because of increase in number of seminiferous tubules compared to control group. In 2d group the value of blood vessels was incresed comparing with control.

Abstract: 

Formalin as a sterilizant substance. In concentratins 100, 200 & 400 mg/lit inincreased the hatching output of Cyprinus carpio eggs (P<0.05). Formalin in 400 mg/lit was the effective concentration for the control of Saprolegnia and the hatching output Iodine as a sterilizant substance .in 50, 100 & 200 mg/lit increased the hatching output of eggs and in 200 mg/lit. This output Was highed to 27% (P<0.05). Infection to saprolegnia was seen in all the concentrations of iodine but no that of formalin. Formalin was know more effective than iodine for Saprolegnia control. Therefore, it is recommended for the treatment of Cyprinus carpio eggs in incubators.

Abstract: 

In order to assay phagocytic activity of PMNs of rainbow trout these cells were separated from blood and an appropriate concentration of PMNs or granulocytes was mixed with yeast cells at a certain ratio on the slide. The ingestion of yeast cells by PMNs was assayed by microscope. For measuring phagocytic activity two prameters were used: 1) The percentage of phagocytic activity (PA): This parameter was determined according to the following method: P A = (number of phagocytizing PMNs/ number of total cells) × 100 2) Phagocytic index (PI): This was assayed by counting the average number of ingested yeast cells by each PMN cell, in a 300 cell population. In this survey, the effect of factors such as incubation time, fresh rainbow trout serum (RTS) and fetal calf serum (FCS) were studied on phagocytic activity and it was measured. The obtained results indicated that percentage of phagocytic activity in 30 to 120 minutes is increased from 29.9 to 71.3 while there was no significant alteration in: phagocytic index. Fresh RTS had no effective significant change on PA and PI. In culture supplemented with FCS, the percentage of detected phagocytic cells were increased, while the number of yeast cells engulfed by each cell were no significantly altered.

Abstract: 

Packed bed bioreactor with particulated activted carbon were used in study of sulftte consumption by Thiobacillus ferrooxidans. Bacteria were immobilized on activated carbon particles as the carrier in a glass bioreactor and growth of bacteria were studied with thiosulfate. Aeration were done Via exit portion with control of culture medium flow. 35 liters of culture medium with 1 ml/min current flow in one week were injected to system. Sulphate were increased in 20% by metabolism of bacteria. Scanning Electron Microscopy were used for demonstration of immobilization and reproduction of bacteria on the carrier with sulftte as sole source of energy and electron.

Abstract: 

Aphanius ginaonis from family Cyprinodontidae4 is an endemic species and it"s habitat is Geno hot spring in Bandar Abbas. This research was carried out on 60 male and female specimans. A ginaonis. 72 morphometric and meristic charachtristic were used. PCA, ordination and cluster analysis were used for analysis the data. The results of present study confirms the sexual dimorphism. Multivariate analysis revealed the most variable characters. These are: rostrum to dorsal fin distance, rostrum to plevic fin distance, rostrum to anal fin distance, weight, total distance, head deapth, head distance, body depth.
