In this paper it is tried to explain the role of learning and education in Green Infrastructure strategy.Research method: In this paper with the help of analytical method and relying on documents and researches the status of education in the theory of green infrastructure as a modern approach in planning and landscape design has been reviewed and analyzed.Findings: First of all it is tried to describe Green infrastructure as a strategy in landscape planning then after that education and learning define as a basement in this idea and strategy. Education then is described as a method for increase in participation and also the necessity of educating people is also explained. This subject is also emphasized in making cities more resilient. “Learning by Doing” is emphasized as a way in mitigating failures in landscape planning that is used in Green Infrastructure planning.Conclusion: In this paper, we show that education is a facilitator and complex concept in planning that is part of the active participation of citizens and other stakeholders and even the planners. Education in this way is a moderator and regulator of power geometry and aware people about this that can be regarded as the safest solution to improve the quality of urban green spaces.

Introduction and Aim: Today organizations take different forms issues such as the rapid and unpredictable changes, special orders, waiting for a very high level of service and face, to survive and maintain their positions. One of the newest forms of organization, rapid response was to form organizations. The aim of this study was to Examine The impact of the implementation of the model Fast Response Organization (FRO) On the Quality of civil services in the municipality of Tehran, district 14.Research Method: Methods descriptive survey of correlation. The population of the study was، All citizens who constitute the municipality of Tehran, district 14. Using a sample of 384 randomly chosen citizens strata. The study of two fast response questionnaire with Likert scale was used and the quality of services. Validity was confirmed by the elites and experts and their reliability using Cronbach's alpha was confirmed. To test the hypothesis Kmvlmvgrvf- Smirnov test, Pearson correlation, regression, structural equation modeling (lisrel), analysis of variance and Friedman Test was used.Findings: Based on data analysis, reliability in service with the highest efficiency and the lowest operating Price impact of the extension.Conclusion: The results showed that the implementation of the FRO and it's component (time, innovation, reliability, flexibility, price) have significant effect on the quality of services in the municipality of Tehran, district 14.

Introduction and Objective: Human resources as assets are intelligent and the most important asset of any organization that the performance of the staff and the organization in terms of efficiency and effectiveness to a considerable extent depends on the proper use of appropriate and effective; For this purpose, according to human resources in today's organizations other than the various aspects taken into consideration and the preservation of human resources try. Identify reasons for employee dissatisfaction and to evaluate the causes of satisfaction and job satisfaction as key measures for the purpose of the role is an important and significant. Therefore, this study aimed to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the survival and sustainability of District 13 of Tehran's municipal employees.Methods: This descriptive study - a survey of 307 employees with practical purposes in District 13 of Tehran Municipality implemented. In this study, 175 randomly selected as the sample in a simple way and using researcher-made questionnaire twenty items required data were collected about the factors affecting the survival and continuity of staff. the data was analyzed using SPSS and statistical analysis.Findings: The results of factor analysis, four important factor for survival and durability of District 13 of Tehran Municipality staff should be identified That job security, non-discrimination, the rights and benefits of proper respect and respect for employees, insurance, types of financial rewards, job promotion, supervisor and management style, corporate housing, types of loans, delegation of authority and good cooperation 32.29% of the variance total items into account and the most important factors are the research variables. Performance evaluation, healthcare and safety in the workplace, physical conditions of the workplace and collective work as a second set of variable factors affecting research that 13% of the total variance in the dependent variable explained study. Following the rapid population growth and emergence new urbanization changes in the world, we have been witnessed the extension of urban development patterns such as horizontal expansion which has caused to form suburbs, to destroy agricultural lands and to forget intermediate textures and their depletion from inside. These matters makes it necessary using capacities and potentials of the inside of the town. Therefore the purpose of this paper is identify and examine capacities and potentials of infilling development in the neighborhoods of Sardasht. The kind of research is practical and its review method is descriptive-analytical. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and expert choice software were used to prioritize and validating standards and Geographic Information System (GIS) was used for layers production and processing. During this process 8 standards and effective indexes including population density, deserted and abandoned lands, brown lands, building quality, building floors, building age, military and cemetery applications were identified and applied. Finally by summing together of mass standards and sub standards, using mathematical operations attempted to create the final development map and their prioritizing. The final map indicates that the 3 and 8 neighborhoods which are placed in 1 and 2 priorities have the most infill development potential and 5 and 9 neighborhoods in the end of the priorities have the lowest capacity to develop from the inside(infill development).

Land-use planning as a process of urban planning at the heart of sustainable development is crucial, So that in the world today, of basic urban and land use planning issues Sustainable urban development is one of the levers. The aim of this study was to evaluate sustainable development approach is a little bit of land use in Sabzevar. For this purpose, three criteria Quantitative evaluation of lands, Social justice and mixing land uses were selected. The aim of the research is based on descriptive-analytic and functional. To analyze the findings Statistical techniques nearest vicinity or neighborhood (RN) and Barbara Brown model are used. The results show that compared with the per capita Sabzevar proposed master plan 2009 Per capita are far common in the country. Also RN model showed that the distribution pattern of land uses in the city on the pattern perfectly distributed cluster, The accumulation and concentration of land in a location other than the location and Only the military and security culture based on the random pattern is the same pattern and regular. On the other hand, based on Barbara Brown became clear that District 7 for mixing land uses in good condition and District 11 is the lowest level mixing of land uses.
