Contribute to human development, Based on modern information technology in the country Vartbataty Achieving Conceptual Model To assess the impact of new information technologies for the realization of human development in the country, Understanding the concept of human development indicators based on modern information technologies, The importance (weight) of the human development index, Validation of a conceptual model for measuring the impact of new technologiesMethod: In this study, the survey method used.Finding: After using the phone that is average 3.82, most applications of the research, The promise is that IT is the Human Development E‐commerce is the lowest average with 1.86. This indicates that economic transactions are still done the old‐style, E‐literate people who could not make the turn. Another finding is that the text is addressed.Result: Highest human development with 3.7. Abstract: 

Introduction and purpose: Indicators of cultural communications are assessment tools for regress or progress of that communications in the International Dialogue. in addition the indicators are support measures objectives for example: “dialogue and relaxation and mutual respect” was detected in view Islam’s first development then triangle formed which the reference point there are in heads of course output of the triangle is to make a sound of Anti ‐war horn. As a result we say sovereign: "dialogue has been support of in beyond the borders of the Hejaz.Method: library resource and documents and experts. Results: 3 indicators dialogue and relaxation and mutual respect have been significant the 99% confidence level and have large share of measurement of research.Conclusion: Assessment tools for cultural communications are not only resistant to prevent a war between cultures. But collection of the tools in to a triangle is strongly field for international affairs because cultural discourse is replaced for cultural war. Triangle assertive of “Development dialogue and Relaxation and mutual respect” in the indicators of intercultural communications.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Research Purpose: This research intends for examination of the level of employment among the Cultural Management students in the managerial professions, as well as an appropriate policy making in the cultural sphere; hence proceeding a disquisition in this field, the present research states main guidelines for the efficient policy making as the necessity and purpose of the following research. Thus the examination of the conditions of employment of students of Cultural Management in the managerial and the cultural professions of the country, and proposition of guidelines for its advancement are the practical purposes of the present research.Method: This research, with regard to its purpose and essence, is a descriptive survey. The statistical population includes the students and graduates that are available of Cultural Management and Planning; between 1386 to 1391, subject at Islamic Azad University, Olum‐Tahghighat Tehran Branch Iran.Findings: Findings form this research demonstrates the fact that the extent of knowledge, the type of proficiency and skill, as well as the demand of the cultural associations and organizations are highly influential in employment in the cultural and the managerial professions. 48.4 percent of the employees have stated that in their workplace, Cultural Management subject belongs to the category of employing professions; in addition, 51/6 percent have declared a negative response to the same question. The level of knowledge of 72.4 percent presents the highest, and teaching method with 53.1 percent presents the lowest average in the standards of employing students in the cultural and the managerial professions.Conclusion: According to the findings from the research, the level of knowledge of the students of Cultural Management and Planning is more influential in their employment in related professions. Thus guidelines and fundamental actions and efficient policy making regarding the level of employment among Cultural Management students and graduates in the cultural association and organizations, is requisite in structural, political, programmatic, etc., levels.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Research objective: And also Happiness dimensions are as following: Identify, Health, safety, Money and perceived value. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on the components of Happiness between the students of Islamic Azad University, science and Research branch & Qazvin Islamic Azad University.Method: This research is applied in purpose and descriptive in implementation. It is a descriptive‐measurable research. The sample volume was determined through Morgan’s table; and they were selected via stratified random sampling which was appropriate for the sample volume (347 people). In this research, the students of science and Research branch, Islamic Azad University & Qazvin Islamic Azad University, participated in the Study based on 60‐item questionnaire, containing five different sets of items related to Self‐Awareness, Self‐Control, Social awareness, Social Skills and Self‐Motivation in related to Happiness. At first, we explained Research totality. Then we explained Research literature, Research method and Information Analysis.Findings: This research indicates direct statistical relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Identify, Emotional Intelligence and Health, Emotional Intelligence and safety & Emotional Intelligence and perceived value. But in the fourth hypothesis, this relationship was not observed with Money’s dimension. The results of regression analysis proved the fact that emotional intelligence effects on the components of Happiness in whole.Conclusions: Finally, This research indicates direct statistical relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Happiness between the students of science and Research branch, Islamic Azad University & Qazvin Islamic Azad University, and in the end, some suggestions in case of the results of the study have been proposed to the people and future researchers.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Research Objective: This study investigate the relationship between Machiavellianism and cultural values of accounting in 239 auditors who work in audit organization and private audit firms. The objective of this paper is to identify the level of auditors' intent to accounting cultural values and the level of auditors' Machiavellianism. Another objective of this paper is to investigate the relationship between cultural values of accounting and Machiavellianism between auditors who work in private and public sector.Method: The research method is descriptive and it’s instrument is questionnaire. Hypothesis testing has conducted by using Pearson correlation and compare means test.Findings: The results of the study show that level of the professionalism and uniformity are same in two groups of auditors from the audit organization and private audit firms. But, secrecy and conservatism are different in two above groups. Research evidence also confirm that a positive relationship between Machiavellianism and secrecy in two above groups of auditors. Another results show that the level of secrecy in auditors arising from Machiavellianism and job rank of auditor.Concluding: The results of this research represent unsuitable situation of cultural and ethical values of the auditing profession in audit market. The evidence of this study confirms that Association of Certified Public Accountants face to serious challenge on cultural and ethical values.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The Purpose of these design Patterns to measure the Lave of social responsibility is in the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB).Method: In terms of satisfaction research survey method was used. Index questionnaire in order to assess the research questions and research objectives were addressed. Population included administrators and faculty members of the national media and national experts in the field of social media are. Collected by two methods, descriptive and inferential statistical analysis of the questionnaires is to prove or reject the hypothesis.Results: Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, in the context of their routine work, the practice of social responsibility, but the action in your routine work does not fulfill its social responsibility, the rights of workers as a social responsibility index (not a required program and or professional) in the IRIB, compliance is not helping specialization in the community, currently as an indicator of social responsibility (not a required program or professional) in the IRIB, compliance is development of the economy as a social responsibility index (not a required program or professional) from IRIB, is promoted.Conclusion: In the social sector, education as an important landmark in the discussion of social responsibility is concerned. Above Average Index, and significant differences with the other indices, it is found that these indexes, the first priority is to evaluate individuals. SD showed a more favorable position than other indicators of integration plans. So this index, the most important index of social responsibility in the social sphere is the IRIB.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Research objective: The main object of this study is to find the correlation of guidance school teachers and optimal consumption. In this direction, we investigate the role of teachers as main coustodian of education and as factor that inspire the culture of optimal consumption on accessible resources of schools and investigate correlation between optimal consumption and teacher's instruction.Method: This is field study and data gathered from library. Also Data are collected by questionnaire and in depth interview as instrument. Method of research is descriptive and inferential. Data are analyzed by spss software. Relationship between the variables is determined by correlation. The population of research is guidance teachers and administrations of 1st District of Tehran. And for determining coefficient ratio Spearman formula is being utilized.Findings: Administrators evaluate direct delivery as effective way but teachers perceive direct delivery has less effective. The difference is significant; Teachers and Administrators both perceive indirect Instruction as similar; Frequency distribution of direct instruction according to educational level has no significant difference and frequency distribution of direct instruction according to work experience has meaningful difference.Conclusion: For consuming pattern, compliance with criterion can reform consumption of students. Because they are in relationships with family and community As a result of compliance with the following criteria modifying consumption pattern will affect entire community and will close moderation. Indirect education is more effective than direct education. So, we can say strictly educating through culturalization, or in another word, cultural education and indirect education is more important and is the richest source in education.

Abstract: 

“Society cultural system” based on the structure and its element, of employment and access of women to managerial levels is determined. The society cultural system is formed by the deep belief and frame, organizational network and micro- culture community. Since each of these factors combined have organized two variables. In total the six independent variables describe and analyze the research issue in statistical society of Tehran municipality through their elements and indexes.With the discovery of reality which is based on scientific present study, cultural programming can be done until the women get the active participation condition in the development of the country process and play their worthy share to its accomplishment and the issue as a society concern is the necessity and objective of the present research. Combination of cultural development theories, cultural and organizational network with social psychology and personal and social skills, theoretical framework is built which support the research issue theoretical and conceptual and in the light of this the cultural challenges and barriers to women's access to managerial levels in Iran is properly investigated.Hypotheses derived from the theoretical framework of this study were selected 300 samples randomly from the 4347th person of the statistical population of Tehran municipality with benefit utilizing of methods and efficient techniques of research studied and were tested.The results and findings of the research in the context of describing the research sample population, explaining descriptive hypotheses, explain comparison - preference hypotheses, preferential-gender hypotheses, hypothesis of preferential of two-dimensional and finally to explain the mainhypothesis of research is reported and confirmed.The results indicate that culture, organizational structure and network have higher priority in achieving Iranian women to management levels. The cultural belief and faith of men and women about the cultural barrier associated with research issue is different.
