Abstract: 

Introduction and Purpose: The main aim of this research is to study the relationship between socio – cultural factors and the level of accessibility to women's civil rights. The focal question of the research is as the following: Do the cultural factors (such as social trainings, access to mass media, public contribution, and social class, age and education level) have effect on the level of access to women's civil rights.Method: This research is conducted within field study framework and survey method.Findings: The data analysis and statistical findings of the research confirms five hypotheses and rejects one. The main result of this research is that there is a significant correlation between the social factors mentioned above and the level of access to women's civil rights among female employees of Tehran ministry of education offices.Conclusion: The results of this research show that awareness about civil rights is one of the most important prerequisites of whole citizenship, as a result by improving the level of this awareness and related issues, we are able to pave the way for a better society with minimum socio-cultural problems.

Abstract: 

This research focuses on the effects of quality of working life (Q.W.L) on employees’performance in Alborz radio network in Karaj. Based on the goals of this research it is applied and from aspect of data collection it is descriptive in correlation.The statistical group consists all the employees Alborz radio network in Karaj in the year 1390 (2011), which were 66 at the time of research. Sampling method was random. In this research in order to consider the hypothesis and validity of the questionnaire Pearson correlation test is used. To consider the reliability of the questionnaire Cronbach’s Alpha test is used. The questionnaire is designed in two parts; 43 questions about Q.W.L, and 17 questions about performance. The basic tools for data analysis are SPSS software, and in the descriptive statistics (average and distribution) are used.Questionnaire results showed that the directors for the purpose of increasing performances should pay enough attentions to being lawful of organization and social dependence of work life. The gained result of the research represent that there is a relation between work life quality and the employees’ activities.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Purpose: The aim of this study is the evaluation of the attitude toward western culture and effective factors on it among the youth. In this respect culture is set of beliefs and values which are exhibited in conventions, language, literature, religion and other sentiments and cultural heritages. It affects peoples’ characters and invading it means a full-scale effort of a nation with its own culture to impose it to other societies.Method: The methods used in this study were predicative and surveying methods. A sample of 250 individuals was selected with a simple random sampling technique using Cochran’s formula.Findings: based on descriptive findings, 51% of respondents were male and 49% were female. The most male respondents (55%) were in age category 21-25 and the least (18%) were in 26-30 of age. Also, the most female respondents (53%) were in age category 21-25 and the least (14%) were in 26-30 of age.Conclusion: the analytical findings showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between the feeling of social isolation, feeling of social deprivation, access to western media, gender and feeling of social apathy and the attitude towards western cultures. Also there existed an inverse relationship between defected religious beliefs and western culture.

Introduction and Purpose: In the competitive world today that has increased efficiency in all areas, organizations can only remain in this turbulent world that the best use of their resources and have the highest efficiency and effectiveness. And the importance of this issue in the development process of organizations, so that now as important issue in the management of organizations, particularly organizations and cultural institutions will be discussed. Efforts in basic research designed to measure the effectiveness of local pattern organizations and cultural institutions.Method: Using expert opinions and views about the dimensions, components and indicators of the effectiveness of the approach and then go to the experts (professors of cultural management areas and management areas), the importance of each of them Using MATLAB and EXCEL software and statistical methods such as calculating the geometric mean of the model is designed eventually.Findings and Conclusions: The current status and assess the effectiveness of managers on the extent of the current situation in each of the component with the desired effectiveness Brsnjsh effective, and appropriate to determine the position of the organization in addressing each of the components, the proposed strategy is presented.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Purpose: The main purpose for the present study is to survey the relationship of managers’ Social Intelligence and their Philosophical Mindness to Organizational Health in Bonab city’s Triplet Educational Stages.Method: Study of methods, descriptive - solidarity, respect and purpose, is applied.Statistical samples by systematic randomly sampling among school managers of Bonab City.For analysis of gathering information of questioner, Social Intelligence Questionnaire with 21 questions, Organizational Health Questionnaire with 40 questions, and Philosophical Mindness with 60 questions, was used.Finding: The result information of these theory tests affirms the relationship of Social Intelligence, social awareness, and social skills to Organizational Health; which shows that there is a significant difference in the degree of managers’ Organizational Health.Conclusions the organizational health of schools with the principals of social intelligence, social awareness and social skills (high, medium and low), there are significant differences in Bonab city schools, but between organizational health of schools and philosophical aspects of mind that there is no significant difference.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Purpose: The purpose of this survey is to evaluate four dimensions of Denison`s organizational culture model in ministry of cooperatives in Iran.Method: we used descriptive statistics and standardized questionnaire devised by Denison (2000) to evaluate four cultural traits believed to be the most influential factors in organizations performance Findings: Based on data gathered from 102 employees of ministry’s Headquarter the results show the highest indices in both consistency and mission and lowest indices are in involvement and adaptability.Conclusions: It is the first time that this study has been conducted in Ministry of cooperatives. While shared value of an organization (culture) is as Denison believed glue that holds the entire system together. So, this survey could have an important contribution to planners and managers in that respected organization.Practical implications – management and policy makers in this organization must pay more attention to these cultural traits: involvement and adaptability as weak point and consistency and mission as strong points.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Purpose: One of the best ways for that is implementation Knowledge.Ardichvili explain that KM is one key solution to make a permanent competitive advantage for organizations. But there are some barriers for the companies to implement knowledge management. According to view of the Somme researchers like Saeed, Rayan, Simon and etc, one of the most important barriers to implement knowledge management is Cultural Barriers. In this article, we consider some cultural barrier in one of the organization that the manager's wanted implement knowledge management.Method: After studying and comparing the European standards and to identify cultural barriers to implementing knowledge management, a questionnaire was prepared for data collection. Using random sampling, 195 subjects were selected from among the workers of Iran Khodro Company, and data were collected. Using the Spearman test for correlation between variables was examined with the Friedman test was used to rank cultural barriers.Results: With Friedman's test, the most important barrier is inappropriate reward system.And then the other obstacles categorized the failure in experience transfer, the fear of losing face, lack of mutual trust, the differences between the declarations and the actions of the managers and finally the syndrome ‘it has not been invented here' were categorized.With regression s' test, the difference between the declarations and the actions of the managers is first obstacles to implement knowledge management in IKCO.Conclusions: According to the results, we understand the cultural barriers to implement knowledge management in the company were existing in the period of this research winter of 1389. So the top manager and the employees must attend to concept of knowledge management with using the appropriate guide, training and etc.Based on the ranking of the barriers, the top manager must also focus on the most important of them, reward systems and the difference between the declaration and the Acton of the managers and the others in order. They could prepare a good plan with views of the experts and the professors from universities to remove and decrease the effect of these barriers.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Purpose: Tax revenues, in most countries of the world include a considerable portion of the entire budget; however, this portion is not significant inside Iran, due to the reliance of the State on the oil revenues and noncompliance of the taxpayers. In order to establish and promote tax compliance, the parameters resulting in the compliance shall be duly identified, so that with the participation and cooperation of taxpayers, the tax revenues are increased. This study aims at the examination of the impacts of different effective parameters on the promotion of taxpayers' compliance from the viewpoints of Large Taxpayers Unit (LTU) employees of the City of Tehran. It is hopeful that the conclusions of the study and their due application may lead to the promotion of the compliance and satisfaction of taxpayers and finally result in the promotion of efficiency and effectiveness of the tax system.Method: A statistical population of 233 individuals, being the employees of the Tehran LTU was targeted, 95 individuals were selected as a sample and through the application of Simple Accidental Sampling. This research is functional for the purposes of target. The Descriptive Measurement Method was applied for carrying out of the study and collection of its information. Subsequent to the collection of data through the questionnaire consisting of 20 questions, a two -sentence test was applied for the examination and analysis of the impact of each independent parameter on the dependent parameter (promotion of the taxpayers' compliance). Moreover, for further assurance, during the application of the Kolmogorov & Smirnov test and one-sample t-tests, a reexamination and reanalysis was conducted Finding and Results: The taxpayers' familiarity with the tax laws and regulations and related duties has a positive impact on their compliance. Application of tax penalties on taxpayers shall be effective on their compliance. Proper expenditure of tax revenues and declaration of the same to the taxpayers shall be positively effective on their compliance. The results of the hypotheses test of the study indicate that with the assurance level of 95%, from the viewpoints of the employees of the Directorate General of the Tehran City (LTU), no evidence was found to reject the hypotheses. These hypotheses can be effective factors on promotion of the promotion of the taxpayers' compliance.
