Abstract: 

NAJA is an organization with large volume of missions and disciplinary services and the relationship between public and NAJA through cyberspace has various advantageous for both parties. Creating and organizational portal is the first step in this relation and will bring different benefits including: 1) possibility of providing some services through this media such as introducing different services of NAJA and presenting family counseling; 2) informing parents, youths and teenagers about cyberspace damages and manner of self-protection in this space, results of criminal actions and etc.; 3) possibility of notifying the police about minute crimes that mostly is not notified the NAJA because of long official stages; 4) possibility to employing public ideas about different affairs of NAJA is a magnificent potential that can elevate NAJA and also increase the effectiveness emotion among every member of society in providing discipline; 5) possibility to receive police performance feedback in public that will improve NAJA performance. Definitely, we can even reach greater goals by appropriate planning. In this article we are introducing portal concept and its specifications and also providing a sample of Singapore Police portal. Then the advantages of police portal are discussed and some recommendations are provided.

Abstract: 

Changing nature of modern society is always to the face of Police and is providing the working space of the society that police shall serve in it. Vital subjects that police is facing them with the necessity of changing general basics and manner of service of police is always providing new standards for analyzing planning and decision making processes of police.Responsive police is always coordinating itself with society's transitions and would not restricted in traditional framework but developing public discipline and confronting social and safety crimes by employing technology.Nowadays, technology is playing an important role in causing organizational transition. Creating necessary basis for improving technology requires a competent manager in order to optimally employ current opportunities. Skillful working forces of an organization are part of its valuable capitals. Creating appropriate working environment, improving human relations in working space, decreasing stresses, valuing thoughts and ideas are among methods that shall be applied by management. One of the main roles of management is training human forces and creating information foundation to provide basis of technology development and consequently stable transitions in organization by changing viewpoint. Preparing necessary conditions for training can help the organization to perform better. Employing knowledge in creating competing conditions has key role for organizations which is a part of information management in creating organizational transitions. In this article a pattern for assessing the stability of transitions is provided and also systematic review of this issue has performed while role and importance of information in police transition is being emphasized.

Abstract: 

One of the effective tools in increasing productivity of employees and their success in order to promote organization's goals is empowering them because it is one of the most important elements of occupational success that will increase employee's attachment to their organization and consequently will increase their interests, love and loyalty. However, human resources are the most important element of organization's continuation and also the most crucial asset of each organization. An organization as a social structure has conscious goal and structure that by employing management skills, knowledge and other organizational resources will encourages employees and empowers them.This article had been reviewed employees' empowerment elements and its reasons through descriptive and library method. It has been tried to assess organizational factors affecting NAJA employee's empowerment while employing others' viewpoints.The organization shall continually seek to explore its employees' talents and skills and observe this rule that some opportunities shall be provided in order to reveal their abilities. These goals can be easily achieved by empowering the employees and performing continual training courses. Human resources are one of the most important assets of each organization which have effective role in its survival; in a manner that will cause empowerment of the organization and help it to achieve its goals.

Abstract: 

Feeling of security is one of the main dimensions of security concept. Basic assumption of current article is pole of police in providing Cyberspace security in Iran. The performance of this disciplinary structure may have affect providing security feeling about Cyber in many different forms. Goal of this review is analyzing the most important challenges and how to improve and support police performance in developing cyberspace security. Descriptive- analysis method was employed in this review; furthermore meaningful relation between concepts of space, information, security and challenges had been considered. As a result of specific role of cyberspace in changing information, it includes wide range of security and challenge concepts. Therefore, these concepts can be used as a model in cyberspace.The results indicate that there are various challenges in cyberspace that are challenging different levels of social, economical, cultural and political security.Accordingly, considering the treats of cyberspace by purpose of soft war against national governments of our country, developing network security concept by police forces and necessity of policymaking by legislators and related authorities are seriously required.The results of analysis show that operational ability of police by itself cannot be effective in developing security of cyberspace. For increasing security of cyberspace, various policies shall be made by legislator and government in order to specialize the roles and increase performance capacity of all structures specially police.

Abstract: 

In modern competitive world, the managers try to change their organizations to competitive ones by providing the ability of on time delivery of qualified products. Therefore, maintenance as a system will has key role in decreasing costs, decreasing time of equipments' depreciation, improving quality, increasing productivity, providing capability of equipments' reliance, and achieving organizational qualitative and quantitative goals.It has been tried to recognize general scopes of modern maintenance of police equipments by focusing on the question of "what are modern maintenance techniques of police equipments?" research method was review and data collecting method was library review. The results indicate seven modern maintenance techniques that are: Preventive Maintenance by the purpose of decreasing maintenance unplanned activities; Total Productive Maintenance by purpose of improving effectiveness and increasing machineries and equipments output; Reliability Centered Maintenance by purpose of improving preventive maintenance capabilities; Condition Based Maintenance by purpose of decreasing high costs of preventive maintenance; Predictive Maintenance by purpose of estimating machinery's decline time and performing maintenance measures before impairment; Lean Maintenance with purpose of employing lean rules in maintenance area in order to achieve interest including reliability, operability, quality, and profitability; and Agile Maintenance by purpose of quickening maintenance reply to needs of different departments of organization.

Abstract: 

Current study had performed by focusing on effective elements on performance of riot police forces of Tehran. The method of research is correlative method that had been done by employing 293 employees of riot police force of Tehran that had been selected randomly. The aforesaid group had completed a 20 questions questionnaire. Pierson correlation method was used to analyze the data. The results indicate meaningful positive relation between employees' morale and different variables of social esteem, occupational satisfaction, satisfaction about units' commanders, governmental authorities, judicial support and unit's equipments, degree of enjoying financial facilities, and receiving technical trainings for controlling riots.
