Comprehensive information systems were established to desired implementation of missions and police services of intelligence services, according to the needs to update, fast and accurate information and besides possibility of storage, retrieval and utilization of new information. The basis of this research were founded with the objective of making priority of affective factors on appropriate management of information systems and in addition to express the introduction, the essence and importance of the research was explained. The research hypothesis was expressed by relying on theoretical principles in different departments such as Islamic Republic of Iran Police, Information Technology and Systems, Information Technology Knowledge, Organizational Culture, Information Security, Hardware and Software from viewpoints of experts and available resources. This is an applied research with descriptive and survey nature. Statistical population of this research, which are 190 people, are composed of experts, specialist of information and communication technology and also commanders and deputy managers of Islamic Republic of Iran Police on 2011. Sample volume was determined 127 people by Kukran Formula. Tools for collecting information of main and sub hypothesis are questionnaires which were adjusted according to Likret Spectrum. It was completed, distributed and collected in 2 stages (experimental and final) and its reliability and validity was confirmed by a=0.908.Descriptive and inferential method was applied by SPSS software to analysis the hypothesis of required tests and affective factors of appropriate management of Information Systems of Islamic Republic of Iran Police are respectively Information Security, Hardware Equipment, Organizational Culture, Software Programs and Information Knowledge of Managers.Consequently, by considering the priority of the affective factors, requisite of integration of systems and their prevention from separation for appropriate management was mentioned.
