Abstract: 

Internet as a new channel for economic exchanges has provided new sources for income and opportunity for businesses. It has changed customer’s expectations about speed, accuracy, and price and services basically. Awareness of expectations and demands of electronic customers has significant role in their satisfaction and survival of such businesses. Therefore in this investigation, measures affecting on electronic shopping has been identified by library studies and reviewing previous researches and interview. Then the most significant items were chosen by Delphi Fuzzy method and Questionnaire were distributed among customers of an internet shop with 5-Likret spectrum.by using collected data of 120 Questionnaires, measures affecting electronic shopping on customers point of view were prioritized. Finally, some suggestions were offered based on results in order to enhance customers’ satisfaction level and Iranian customer tendency to buy from electronic shops.Hope such investigations in Iran make a suitable bed for spreading internet businesses in this country.

Abstract: 

In the modern world the discrepancy between labour and employees’ private life is a matter of concern to many organizations and communities. The imbalance caused by long work hours has limited the time that the employees could allocate to their families (Giddens, 2008). In the long run the undesirable work conditions bring about a high stress level as well as dissatisfaction in the workforce. The other negative impacts are frequent absence, physical and mental failures, lack of motivation, low productivity, aggravated living standard, and in some cases the firing of the affected employees. In the recent decades the managers and administrators have realized the need for utilizing a set of policies that address this drawback through reducing stress level in the workplaces, which in turn leads to higher productivity in the modern organizations.The present study focused on the impact of “Job Sharing” strategy implemented in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs as a flexible work pattern leading to work and living balance. The statistical population consisted of 276 employees selected through categorized random sampling. The methodology was quantative and a standardized questionnaire was used to collect data which were tested by applying single sample K-square. The four major factors in the current research were the followings:-Job Satisfaction-Job Motivation-Job Stress-Living StandardThe findings of the study indicated that there would be a positive correlation between job sharing and labour and living balance.

Abstract: 

Even though Spiritual Intelligence sounds familiar, most people have never heard the term and they may be confusing SQ with spirituality.Dealing with one of the newest concepts in the area of humanities, this article is unique, in that not only it involves a new approach to the notion of spirituality, but it links spiritual Intelligence to management concepts for the first time in Iran.This research surveys the relationship between spiritual intelligence (SQ) and organizational commitment. The participants are workers in Khorasan Razavi Gas Company. The gathered data was analyzed using SPSS software and the research questions were tested. The results showed that workers’ SQ had a positive correlation with their affective commitment. The model questionnaire administration used in this research is ISIS (Integrated Spiritual Intelligence Scale, 2007 release) and for organizational commitment, Allen and Meyer’s model was used.

Abstract: 

This study is about the effect of Organizational Commitment upon Turneover of personnel. Statistic Social in this research is the personnel of M.C.Pars company and statical sample is consist of 196 emploees from social organization. Allen & Meyer model have been used In analysis of organizational commitment, beside using Thomlinson & Jenkins model in analysing turneover of personnel and also Spearman correlation Test has been used for analysis datas and hypothesis test of research. LISREL software was used to make our conceptual model so that bringing a goodness of fit embracing measuring the variables through confirmatory factor analysis methodology and defining the relationships among variables by using structural equation and casual models. In attention to the conclusions of the basic hypothesis of research and subsidiary hypothesis are indicate that the meaningful negative correlation between Organizational Commitment and its components: Affective commitment, Continuance commitment and Normative commitment with Turneover of personnel. Also the second basic hypothesis of research results showed inbetween components Organizational Commitment, Affective commitment has the most significant negative effect on Turneover. Normative commitment and Continuance commitment are the next. Also between Moderator variables, job grad and contract are powerful Moderator, gender and record of service are week Moderator.

Abstract: 

The aim of establishing the electronic government is offer an easygoing and fast governmental services to citizens and affairs. So it is advisable that governments as a first step for pitch the electronic government, establish and support the internet, collective and groupwares systems. On the other hand providing easier and faster interactions with custumers and affairs to electronical services and payment the received services from them, need to creation and development of electronic banking as a one of the most important fundamentals of electronic government. This research attempt to verify the applications of establishment of electronic government in electronic banking section from view point of services executors for clarifying the electronical services, amount of responsiveness to citizens expectations, paperwork and the percent of citizen trust for utilization of electronical services. In current article, the survey method is used and 92 subjects from Refah Karegaran Bank base managers are selected as a statistical sample for poll. Findings show that first of all with development of electronic banking the percent of government responsiveness to citizens, their trust to government has increased and official formality has decreased so hence of clarity in presenting the governmental services system wasn’ t approved. Second, there is a significant relationship between the decrease of official formality and increase of people trust towards government and third that there is a positive and significant relation between clarity in offering the services and people trust level to government and also between goveerment responsiveness to citizens and people trust level to government.

Abstract: 

The present study means to design a model for accreditation of Islamic Azad University which is essential for quality assurance and improvement in the age of super complexity of multiversity in the third millennium. The review of history of higher education revealed lack of any pattern for accreditation in Iran. The purpose of the study was to design a pattern for accreditation of IAU and attempted on obviating this shortcoming. The study adopted a descriptive method and a survey design. The population of the presidents of universities, teaching assistants, deans and department administrators and faculty members of the 796 people working at the Islamic Azad University were included. 260 people were selected based on Morgan & Kerjeci tables. The participants were selected using stratified random sampling. Both library and field studies were conducted to collect the data. In order to collect field data, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed that included 28 items on a 7-point Likert scale.Collected data was classified in SPSS environment and confidence coefficient was calculated by Cronbach Alpha method (0.83).The proposed pattern was approved by 91.2 percent of the respondents and faculty members 96.1 percent (very suitable). Therefore, regarding results and their approval by previous researches and available theories, we could conclude that submitted framework have theoretical & empirical support and enough validity, so its implementation was suggested for Islamic Azad University units.

Abstract: 

Preface and the aim of research: this research has an obvious question: “how will be the future of media management” which can be more cleared by another question: “How will be the management of future media”, why current media constantly alternating what seems to have taken on the traditional media which have become part of history. And these two questions immediately will challenge us with this thought that “Future media, themself how would be”. Afterwards with contemplation on this notion as well as through the enterprise architecture will figure out that “this how” will be including “Form, Content and infrastructure”.In the other hand, modality of future of media management or how will be the management of future media will have been defined by defining form, content and also infrastructure of future media.Methodology of research: Based on survey Methodology, this study can be classified as descriptive research and to do it, through library research methodology and Internet, with taking perspectives of approximately 500 specialists in communications, media, Futures Study, and ICT fields, Delphi method was used.Results (Findings): in this research, by redefining media and showing the developing relations of social and public media in addition six stages of “Media transformation”, supplementation of traditional media with digital dimensions, modality of producing new method by new form and content and finally necessity and expectations of the media audiences, it is specified which “There is no possibility of survival for traditional media” and “in next generation of media (future media) a new form and content must be presented”. Also, characteristics of “this new form and content” have been provided in “future media”.Amongst essential features which were found in this research can be noted “Mandatory continuous change and definite destruction of form and content of the current traditional media, becoming “multi-format & hyper” all media products, eliminate of time and place of receive and broadcast, production and broadcasting on demand, COD & POD (Cast On Demand and Produce On Demand), Accompany or mobility, Interactive, cyber, Cyborg, CybHuOrg, Socializing, Intelligent, and Being Based on Apps, and dozens of other features extracted from “form and content”.Furthermore, concepts such as PGPC (Private, Governmental, Public, and Cooperational Management (that it is the structure of future media’s Owning. Architectural Model of Content, Global mobile media / GMM, Social Mass media / SMM, etc.Conclusions: In this study by using different Enterprise Architecture and business models, the most efficient possible model has been suggested and identified which future of media means the future of “the form, content, and infrastructure”.Hence, clearly shown that media management is managing these three areas. As a result, the properties of future of media management have been showed by approximately 100 properties in scope of “form, content, and infrastructure.
