This paper, with considering family rights in Iran and specific customs in a region, has tried to compare the opposition and accords of law with the traditional stream (custom) at that region. For this reason, a questionnaire as a main tool and alongside oral questions and answers in a friendly way were used. Moreover, some provisions of law with possibility of different concepts were included in the questionnaire. After all, according to question's replies, what can be concluded is growing process of accord between custom and law which was originated from traditional stream fading caused by passing of the time along with the increase in the people's educational level and awareness of their rights. In addition, research results revealed that engagement definition and its level of necessity, remarriage stream, belonging and dowry claim from wife are against law and conversely, definition and the binding level of proposal, gifts returning, official marriage submission, number of wives at remarriage, divorce method, inheritance accruing and testament issue are all in agreement with law.
