The Cinema is a phenomenon that has opened its way to the societies over the past 100 years, especially in the current era that the pleasure of visual culture has been overcome on benefit, introduced itself to mankind in different forms and formats. Therefore, the film industry and producing TV and cinema programs are largely spread by taking advantage of technological growth. Because this phenomenon has very important role in creation of culture , the change of culture and acculturation of society, it has influenced on various people in different ways , it means that the effect on Western culture is different from East because of cultural backgrounds' differences of the two civilizations. Mass media such as radio, television and newspapers play a significant role in education, guidance and raising social consciousness of adolescents and youth and its contrary will follow deviance, corruption and crime. The mass media like many of findings and human made can be helpful or harmful. Therefore, radio, TV, films and press are not determinative and effective tool on social deviances but are a tool in the hands of humans.

The researcher attempts to provide media manager competency model and use competency models, plans of key competencies by using Media Manager to identify competency model. To determine the suitability of managers media from referring to the expert's approach has been used. Fits with the approach, grounded theory approach is used in this article. Researcher using a qualitative methodology that is grounded, no default, and the model provides field data. New communication technologies and their information highway, especially Internet, have led to developments in intensity and extent of people communication throughout of world, and they have created qualitative development in type of people communication with each other. It means that nowadays it is possible to use a lot of information in the least time and establish oral, written, and visual communication with relatively low cost using social networks with the presence in in this highway. While many developments played role in emergence of this phenomenon, it has created several developments after its emerging, that one of these developments occurred in the base and meaning of social identity of people. In this study, we examined the impact of social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Line, and Viber) on internet addiction, undermining the values of Iraninan culture, fading and fragmentation of social identity.

Introduction: Nowadays, people get familiar, grow up and affected by media from their birth. The satellite TV programs have various tools in the field of programming and can provide pre-determined and purposeful concepts. The impact of the satellite TV programs on men cosmetic surgery is of a great importance due to the growing tendency to cosmetic surgery in men.Research method: This article is a cross-sectional study which includes men and women who referred to cosmetic surgery clinics in four regions of Tehran in 1394.A sample with 546 people was selected by random sampling method and simple two-step classification. The data collection tool was a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were approved.Findings: Based on the research, the public believe that satellite TV programs are effective on men cosmetic surgery. There are not significant differences among various groups of education, age, marital status and income levels and the impact of satellite TV programs on men cosmetic surgery, but there is a significant difference between the views of people with the experience of cosmetic surgery and others with no such experiance in the society.Result: Having a better feeling with 71.8% was the most significant reason for having cosmetic surgery. Additionally, 32.1% believed that satellite programs have direct effect on their tendenecy towards such surgeries, and 24.5% believed in the relative impact of these programs. In total, 56.6% of the participants believed that satellite progrmas can have impact on men’s tendency toward cosmetic surgeries.

The present study investigated ((impact on the lifestyle of adolescents 15 to 18 satellite programs of the second period 6th district of Tehran high schools in District 2)) of high school students have been Zmnzr different levels. The study used a descriptive - survey and correlation. This study aimed to investigate the content of the common discourse of traditional music and rap music in Iran is ten years. To the knowledge of traditional music and rap, to pay for content analysis of these two genres. This research using quantitative and qualitative content analysis method to study themes used in both music. According to Saussure's linguistic signifiers and signified approach and using random sampling of works by Mohammad Reza Shajarian for traditional music and Yasser Bakhtiari (Jasmine) for rap music, in the past ten years. The findings of this study indicate that the dramatic differences in addressing social issues, in both traditional music and rap, is remarkable. Less than a quarter of the traditional music content, deals with social issues. While in rap music, about a third of the content, social issues will be discussed.It seems commonality between traditional music and rap in the least amount of attention to moral values. Both national culture in music, are considered to be relatively equal. In traditional music, more than other categories of more than (40%), paid to the subject of the discourse of power and the least amount of attention to moral values are discussed.

Producing news stuff in newsrooms is highly effective by intra-organizational factors. In the present paper organizational structure factor have been investigated and the role of variables as policy, professionalism, decision making, managing and technology in the quality and quantity of TV news have been determined. This article is based on a survey-based research which used a researcher-made questionnaire to collect data. The population consisted of 530 individuals mostly IRIB News Agency staff, of which some 112 were selected as samples. Findings indicate that all organizational structure factors play a role in the quality and quantity of news stories; according to the findings, in such factors as technology (3.55), and professionalism (3.25) has the greatest role in the quality and quantity of news stories. This research reveals the necessity of media managers, attention to human resources, equipping newsrooms with modern information and communication technologies.
