The current study has been done to consider the role of Islamic Work Ethics (IWE) and organizational culture on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the staff in Shahid Chamran university. The community is comprised of all of the employees in the university among whom 205 employees were selected by using Cochran formula. The research method is a descriptive-correlation type and standard questionnaires have been used for gathering data. In order to evaluate the relations between measured and latent variables in the conceptual model, the structural equation model was utilized. The results show that there is a positive and significant correlation between variables. Moreover, the mediator role of organizational commitment in relation with IWE and job satisfaction and also with organizational culture and job satisfaction were approved.

The subject of this article is to survey the status of social justice in the programs of development of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Its population includes the second, third, and fourth programs of development programs of development of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this article social justice is defined as relatively equal attention to all aspects of social life and their pivotal values associated with equality in all kinds of freedoms , opportunities, and conditional inequality in producing and distributing pivotal values. The results of quantitative and qualitative content analysis of three programs (the second, third, and fourth) indicate that there is not any balance in paying attention to fourfold areas of social life. There is about 60 percent of attention to the economical area of life, while there is almost no attention to the political aspect of life (about 2 percent). There is also little attention to the societal area of life (about 15 percent). The attention to the cultural area of life is about 24 percent, while, it should be about 25 percent, according to the concept-analysis framework of these figures. The effects of carelessness to the political aspect of life and little attention to the societal area of life in these programs are evident in the current situation of the society. Intense political disputes, considerable decrease of social capitals, and increasing different kinds of social deviations are among the evidences of such a carelessness.

This article aims at deliberating the impression of fasting on the routine behaviors of the people in the organizations. For this reason, one of the researching-executive organizations of the country has been studied as the population which includes 236 people as the statistical sample. Findings of the research display that the urban behaviors of the organization increase in Ramadan, while inurbane behaviors decrease at the same time.

Applying the method and framework of analyzing conformity- contradiction in this article, the characteristics of available ways for institutionalizing have been compared with those of reforming consumption pattern. At the end, the analysis of proper instruments for reforming consumption pattern has been presented.  The most essential findings of the article indicate that we can use all three ways for institutionalizing optimum consumption pattern: setting laws and regulations, punishing, and encouraging the people for practicing optimum consumption pattern in the short run; leading people's behaviors toward the desired pattern by using their social and internal motives through establishing norms according to the pattern in the middle, and informing the people and letting them follow the optimum pattern, in the long run. In this situation, it is more decisive to succeed in institutionalizing the optimum consumption pattern. It is necessary to utilize different instruments for institutionalizing the optimum consumption pattern.

Tolerance is one of the most efficient instruments of leadership. This element has a very important impact on social relations. This is one of the reasons for the success of the prophets of God. This research has been done with the aim of deliberating the concept of tolerance and its role in organizational leadership, and also determining the tolerance indicators of the Islamic teachings and specially those of the precious Nahjolbalaghah. Data gathering method is based on the library in this study. In this research, subjects of tolerance were considered from the view points of the western thinkers and those of the Nahjolbalaghah , as well. Then, based on the findings of the first phase, the indicators of tolerance and the frequency of each item were deliberated in the Nahjolbalaghah. Our findings displayed that tolerance has a significant role in the leadership of the organization. In this study the indicators of tolerance are: admitting others' faults, not to insult others, respecting freedom, urbanity and social justice, tolerating opposite ideas, non-executing force as far as possible, good behaving with others, not to treat coarcely , caring for justice, penetrating to the hearts via good temper and behavior, showing humility to others, and being patient and moderate.

Effective hearing skill is one of the main communication skills. Effective hearing has basic differences compared with mere hearing. Effective hearing is an intentional phenomenon, while, hearing is regarded as its preparation. Some authorities hold it as the basis of other communication skills. In this article, effective hearing in management knowledge is compared with effective hearing in the holy Quran and traditions; and the process and stages of effective hearing in management and Islam have been explained as far as possible. The stages of the effective hearing in management are: perception, attention, meaning setting, remembrance, and appraisal. These stages in the holy Quran and traditions are: perception, attention, memorizing, contemplation, accepting or rejecting what one hears. Considering the stages of the effective hearing in management and in the holy Quran and traditions, one can find that all stages are the same in both fields and agree with each other.

In this article, while deliberating field observations, interviewing, polling official experts of the state relief department according to regional and geographical organizing which is necessary for exact recognition of the needy, enabling them and supporting their self-reliance; in addition to proper interaction, optimum usage of capabilities and experiences of present charities, we have paid attention to establishing or reinforcing new kinds of non-governmental organizations affiliated to the common people including volunteer local-oriented relief foundations based on the local mosques ,generally called people's communicative network. Then, we have explained and designed their objectives, functions, activities, and specially their interactions with IKRF as an administrator for supplying protective services and a protective organization of people's establishments. The interactional model of this article has taken into consideration both unity and participation of people and government to actually achieve the objectives of enabling and self-relying of the deprived through the mosque-oriented approach. It has aimed at reducing poverty indicators, reviving religious teachings in donation and charity, restoring mosques position in the Islamic system, increasing solidarity and social capital, enhancing the poor's satisfaction and self-respect, reducing executive and organizational costs, and increasing benefits of supplying the supportive services to the most deprived classes of the society.
