Spirituality has given human life conditions in different times and places in an epistemic system. The purpose of this research is to provide a model for spirituality in the education organization. Research is exploratory and qualitative. The statistical population of the study consisted of 7 experts, 20 senior experts and 240 Qazvin education experts. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts and senior experts to identify the indicators. The information obtained from the interviews was utilized in the content analysis method in three stages of coding (open, axial, and selective). Finally, 53 indicators were categorized into seven components and three dimensions. According to Millen et al. (2003), three levels of individual, group, and organizational, and based on the statements of the Supreme Leader, quoted from Alawi and Ismaili (1397), the components of righteousness, religiosity, practice sincerity, orbit province, insight, martyrdom culture, Simple biology, and axial justice for spirituality. Then, for the validity of the obtained model, a questionnaire was developed and distributed among the experts. Using the confirmatory factor analysis technique, the validity of the model and all the indicators were confirmed.
