Trust as a concept reflects the perceived validity, competence, legitimacy, and integrity of a person, organization, or entity (Lewellyn & Brookes, 2013, p. 19. Hardin (2004). Trust as a matter of knowledge and belief). Morono et al. (2009) believe that trust is an expectation, which forms the core of most definitions of trust (OECD, 2017, p. 37).

Abstract: 

In recent years, Jahadi culture has been at the center of attention of the Supreme Leader as a management model and a way to overcome the impasses and problems facing organizations and companies. Then, designing the model of Jahadi culture is the target of this research in the middle and large companies of the industrial towns of Aran and Bidgol. For this purpose, in this research various qualitative and quantitative methods are exploited to design and verify this model. In this research, the model of Jahadi culture is designed based on three steps as concept related literature review, semi-structured interviews and Delphi method. In the first step, based on Jahadi culture related literature review, primary indicators of model were detected. At second step, based on semi-structured interviews by 20 Jahadi expert and based on the model assumptions, primary model of Jahadi culture was designed. At two step, based on three rounds of Delphi method between 30 panel experts, the model of Jahadi culture was verified. As a result, the model of jahadi culture was designed by four dimensions (Individual-personality, structural, behavioral and Jahadi values) and 56 indicators. Design of indicators was done by exploratory factor analysis and and confirmed by using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling (LISREL software).

Abstract: 

Since social capital in the fourth development plan and the Islamic Republic of Iran's vision document is emphasized, this capital has been added to the planning and policies of the country. In reviewing the documents, lectures and letters from the Supreme Leader on the subject of social capital on his official site, including 430 lectures from 1989 to 2018, have been reviewed. After coding his lectures and using the method of grounded theory, the social capital model was designed based on the supreme leader's thought. In the Causal conditions, concepts such as responsibility and self-sacrifice, in the Advancing conditions, concepts such as freedom and justice, and in the Deterrent conditions, internal disputes and Governmental economy, affect the choice of strategies. The phenomenon is the young population of the country and the presence of people who create a valuable wealth for the country with their voluntary participation. Strategies are also made up of social, economic, political, scientific, technological, cultural and legal strategies. These strategies lead to external consequences such as the prominence of the country in global societies and the fear of enemies and internal consequences such as the independence of the country and trust in the system.

Abstract: 

Competence of military leaders in the face of crisis and unpredictability is considered as one of the main issues and concerns in the field of defense. The experience of years of holy defense has proved that military commanders with suitable leadership abilities and following Islamic commands can provide a successful model of military leadership to the world. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to develop a model of religious competencies of military leaders. Quantitative and qualitative methods have been used to analyze the data. First, a review of upstream documents, books and previous studies, and further, using the data from these studies, a deep in-person interview was conducted on several occasions with 15 military academic experts. After receiving the results, the data were analyzed in a thematic analysis and the conceptual framework and the research model derived the codes and categories was designed. Hierarchy analysis method was used for weighting and prioritizing the model. The research result suggests that the achieved spiritual, behavioral, doctrinaire and intuitional components have the most impact on the religious competencies of military leaders, respectively.

Abstract: 

Spirituality has given human life conditions in different times and places in an epistemic system. The purpose of this research is to provide a model for spirituality in the education organization. Research is exploratory and qualitative. The statistical population of the study consisted of 7 experts, 20 senior experts and 240 Qazvin education experts. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts and senior experts to identify the indicators. The information obtained from the interviews was utilized in the content analysis method in three stages of coding (open, axial, and selective). Finally, 53 indicators were categorized into seven components and three dimensions. According to Millen et al. (2003), three levels of individual, group, and organizational, and based on the statements of the Supreme Leader, quoted from Alawi and Ismaili (1397), the components of righteousness, religiosity, practice sincerity, orbit province, insight, martyrdom culture, Simple biology, and axial justice for spirituality. Then, for the validity of the obtained model, a questionnaire was developed and distributed among the experts. Using the confirmatory factor analysis technique, the validity of the model and all the indicators were confirmed.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study is explain the dimensions of internal marketing from the perspective of Islam and its relationship with the revisiting intention of religious sites tourist's. Method: For this purpose in the first step, the necessary data has been collected by using the Grounded theory research method were collected from Islamic resources, determined the dimensions and verified by peer review. The second step of present research has been applied research based on the research type and descriptive-survey based on the collecting method of data. The statistical population of this research includes all tourists and pilgrims of Abdolazim Hosni in Ray city that 384 people were randomly selected according to the Morgan table as a statistical sample. Also, 112 employees were selected randomly based on Thorndike method in order to measure the internal marketing. Reliability of the questionnaire has been confirmed by using the items reliability method, combined reliability of each structure and the average of variance extracted. Questionnaire validity has been confirmed by using the convergent and divergent validity. Also, in order to analyzing data has been used the PLS-SEM software. Findings; Dimensions of Internal Marketing from the perspective of Islam includes employees security, diverse and extensive training, generous rewards, information sharing, employees empowerment and reducing the discrimination between employees.

Abstract: 

With the advent of cyberspace and Internet technology today, much of human affairs is done this way, and even some of the charity work is done through cyberspace. The purpose of this study was to investigate the behavioral factors influencing forgiveness and charity through internet in Iran. Samples are Saman Bank and Bank of Isfahan Province, which were selected through simple cluster sampling. The measurement tool was a standard questionnaire that was used for each part of previous research. Reliability of the constructs was higher than 85% to evaluate reliability. Cronbach's alpha was 88% and convergent validity was used for its validity, with AVE variables above 77%. The findings of the study indicate the direct impact of influencing factors such as: adaptation, relative advantage and facilities, on Internet forgiveness, and social and complexity factors have an adverse effect on Internet forgiveness. In addition, the effect of Internet forgiveness on religious satisfaction is direct and positive, with the highest effect being 62% beta.

Abstract: 

Organizational health is an important issue of community and organizations. That the basic prerequisites for its emergence are the adoption of valuation of the organization and work conscience. In this study, besides investigating the efficacy of work conscience on organizational health, the role of valuation as a mediating variable has been studied as well. The present applied research is descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population includes managers and employees of selected organizations in Maragheh and Zanjan with 2706 subjects. The data were collected through a questionnaire with a stratified random sampling method, distributed among 443 staff members of the study organization. Questionnaires have adequate validity and reliability and after collecting the data, structural equation modeling of SPSS20 and PLS software was used to test the hypotheses. Results showed that work conscience affects organizational health with severity (0. 218), and it affects organizational health with mediating role of valuation with severity (0. 657). Also, the Islamic Development Organization allocated the highest mean score of work conscience (4/51) the organizational health score (3/76), and The Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs (3/70).
