The present study examined the effect of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on self-efficacy, academic performance, and entrepreneurship of Payam-e Noor University students in Western Azarbaijan. A stratified random sample of 908 undergraduate students in academic year 1388-89 took part in this causal-comparative study. The sample included 543 women and 365 men. Research instruments included the entrepreneurship questionnaire, general self-efficacy questionnaire of Sherer et al., Grade point average of students was used as the indicator of academic performance. Results showed significant effect of ICT in general on efficacy, academic performance, and entrepreneurship abilities.
