Schools have a major role in education system, training and also, having an educated generation. Of course, teachers' job satisfaction has an undeniable impact on their educational and training responsibilities. Job satisfaction is also, influenced by many factors. The statistical population of this study is all the teachers of district five (of education office of Tabriz, 1390) and the sample size is 183. The research method is survey and a questionnaire was used to gather the necessary data.This research aimed to answer two questions. First, how much is the job satisfaction level of teachers? Second, what are the important variables that influence the level of job satisfaction of teachers?The results show that, on average, the teachers' job satisfaction level is72.6 and there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and self- actualization (0.69), work place (0.33), relation with colleagues (0.22), nature of job (0.21) and salary- benefits (0.17).

The spread of modern information technology influences daily lifestyle and behavioral patterns of community in all global societies, and urban spaces also affected by this rapid spread. This vulnerability not only exists on the surrounding physical and tangible environments but also the community is influenced by both physical and virtual environments. Responding to the human social needs and providing necessary opportunities for him to gain social experiences require spaces and settlements (behavioral-physical). Public space is considered as a great capacity in responding to this aspect of human life in urban societies. Hence, the present article investigates public spaces and their role on the formation of citizens' public thoughts. Due to the issue and facilities in this study, survey method is considered for gathering information. In this study, the statistical population is Tabriz citizens and the sample is 300 people who were randomly selected from different neighborhoods. T-test, variance analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used to examine research hypotheses. The findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between each of the main variables in the study (age, sex, public spaces, facilities of public spaces and virtual spaces) and dependent variables (the rate of using urban public spaces and virtual spaces by people, the rate of citizens security and emergence of public opinion).

The goal of this paper is to measure the rate of social health of students at Tabriz Azad University and it is investigated through age, gender, marital status, social- economical base. The research methodology was survey and data gathered through a standard questionnaire. The population of the study (Tabriz Azad University in academic year of 2012-2013) was 25974 students. Based on Cochran formula 310 people were selected (128 female and 18 male). Sampling method was the cluster approach. The findings showed that the students of this university have average social health and also, variables such as age, gender and marital statuses are crucial in determining social health range and social-economical base doesn't have a meaningful difference with social health. However there was a meaningful difference in social health among students of different faculties.

Recognizing the happiness scientifically, academically and deeply is an undeniable and indisputable necessity due to its great impact on human life in today's world and also it is required many studies and researches. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of civil rights on the young women's happiness (15-24 years old) in Isfahan. The method of the study is survey. The data gathered by a questionnaire and data analysis was performed using statistical software SPSS. The average of happiness among young women (24-15) in Isfahan was 53.54, which the emotional, social and cognitive dimensions have the highest rates respectively. The average of citizenship rights among young women in Isfahan was 57.68, the average of the realization of citizen's rights dimension is 51.61 with a standard deviation of 18.71 and the average of feeling dimension is 52.72 with a standard deviation of 93.15 that is inequality in the realization of rights in young women is more than its feeling. Also, there is a direct relationship between citizenship rights and happiness. This relationship is stronger with the cognitive, emotional and social dimensions of happiness respectively.

The authoritarian is a personality who accepts the power in the powerlessness situation, but when placed in a position of power exercise power on others. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the authoritarianism and affecting factors on it. The method of the study is survey and a questionnaire was used to collect the data. The population of the study was Islamic Azad University (North of Tehran branch) students and the sample size was 401 students who were selected by stratified sampling method. Based on the results of this research there is a meaningful relationship between following independent variables and authoritarianism:Shortage of happiness in person's life, obedience from gradually intensified orders, individual's occupation reputation, the amount of individual's religious belief, the amount of individual's inferiority feeling due to his social class, the amount of importance of the power of yielder for individual, the amount of meaninglessness of national identity for individual, the amount of inequality in interpersonal communication exchange, the amount of authoritativeness of individual's socialization in family, the amount of authoritative internalization of moral values in individual. The difference of authoritarianism among different educational fields (technical and human science) was confirmed. Also, authoritarianism between different genders was not confirmed.

Internet changes daily life. It also, changes global and local boundaries and it is for the creation of new channels for communication and interaction and also, it makes possible to make any additional tasks as a network. This research examined the relationship between internet use and social isolation of students. The statistical population was the students of Islamic Azad university of Tabriz, and the sample size was 378 students using Cochran formula. The research method is stratified proportional random sampling; and the data selected using a questionnaire. The results show that the relationship between the use of internet and social isolation is significant. Also there is a relationship between the rate of internet use and the membership in social networks with the dimensions of social isolation namely feeling of despair, helplessness, and loneliness.

The purpose of this study is to examine the female employees' attitude towards the organizational citizenship behavior in Islamic Azad University of 13th region in 1391. Statistical society of this study includes all female employees of major and very big centers of 13th region (200 employees). The sample size of the study is 132 women who were selected by stratified random sampling method. The researcher-made questionnaire with 0.94 reliability and conformed validity was used to collect the data. One sample T test, independent T test, Freedman test and SPSS were used to analyze the data. From the descriptive statistics point of view eight components of organizational citizenship behavior in the current situation are higher than the average and one sample T test showed that all components of organizational citizenship behavior in the current situation are not desirable. The results show that in current situation, the components of organizational citizenship behavior are important in five levels of which dutifulness is the first component and sportsmanship is the last component. Also, there is a meaningful difference between faculty members' point of view and female employees' point of view towards the organizational citizenship behavior.

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between organizational justice and social capital in the Telecommunication Company of Mianeh in 1391 that lasted one year. In this study, organizational justice as one of the major factors underlying the creation of social capital, has been studied in three dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice), and also, social capital has been studied in three dimensions (confidence, participation in the affairs, and the ability of social relations). The population consists of all the employees in Telecommunication Company of Mianeh that are totally 200 people. Among this population, 132 people were selected by random sampling technique and the Cochran formula. Data collection tools were two questionnaires of organizational justice and social capital, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to ensure its reliability that is (its reliability) verified and also, its validity verified formally. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Based on these findings, there is a significant and positive relationship between organizational justice and social capital.
