Different therapies are used for H. pylori eradication such as triple and quadruple drugs regimes. Recently, a new therapeutic regime is discovered for H. pylori eradication, is named “Sequential” regime that amount and duration of antibiotics usage are less than previous regimes. In this study, eradication rate of sequential regime is investigated in 2011 in patients reffered to Jahrom Honari clinic. Methods: This study is a interventional-clinical trial study. 50 patients with H. pylori infection treated by sequential therapy that is include of amoxicillin +PPI for 5 days and followed with clarithromycin + thinidazole +PPI for second 5 days. After 10 days treatment and 2 month follow up UBT test was done. After that, data was got analysis by SPSS software. Results: 41 of 50 patients (%82) were responsed to sequential regimes. and 43 of 50 patients (%86) were responsed to anther regime. Conclusion: In this study, no significant differences between the two treatments were observed, but the amount of the drug was used in the sequential treatment was lower and therefore its complication will be lower.

Abstract:

Introduction: Physical and spiritual conditions of human influence his tendencies toward environmental factors. Thus individuals’ temperamental classification in traditional medicine can affect their tendencies to architectural indices. Methods: By using qualitative method, library related studies and by administering questionnaire to 11 doctors, 9 effective indices were found in architecture which tendency towards them is affected by human temperaments features. To confirm this relation, two questionnaires were distributed to a population of 100 patients who visit the clinic of traditional medical school. The first questionnaire (medical standard questionnaire) is used to evaluate the respondents’ temperaments and second questionnaire with acceptable assessed stability and validity is used to examine the amount of respondents’ tendency in 9 aforementioned indices. Results: Based on analytic comparison, amount of individual tendency to effective indices in architecture is different based on their temperaments. Warmer temperament individuals have more tendencies toward light, nature, humidity and warm colors indices and by reduction of temperamental warmth, the amount of individuals’ accuracy and patience will increase. Warmth temperaments reduction leads to higher sensitivity to sound, increased tendency toward humidity and following privacy principles and also increased temperamental humidity cause more tendency toward open spaces. Regarding tendency toward windy spaces, results were inconclusive. Conclusion: base on individuals’ temperamental differences, we can consider different situations in architecture for them.

Abstract:

Introduction: Due to the minor outbreak of measles and mumps in vaccinated individuals as well as its handling of early childhood and school age; hypothesis that decreased over time immunity from the vaccine is formed. This study was designed to investigate the theory. Methods: 5 cc bloods of 60 students were taken and serum separated. IgG levels were measured by ELISA for Measles and Mumps. Results: Of the 20 females (%33.3) and 40 boys (%66.7). Measles antibody levels in 3 boys (%5) were in the range Equivocal. Between the sexes, the antibody level difference was not significant (p=0.289). In connection with the mumps; antibody was negative in 2 boys and 1 girl and 2 boys and 6 girls were suffering equivocal antibody. The optimal mumps antibody levels between the sexes, no significant difference was observed (P = 0.865).Conclusion: Since the population is immunized against mumps virus in the population in the study population is less than %95, there is a risk of epidemics every few years. It seems necessary, more careful planning for vaccination against the disease and to evaluate the effect of vaccination on the antibody levels in the population.
