Background and Purpose: In political systems, especially the armed forces, among all power components “soft power” is the most important one and it’s been considered as a crucial factor in spiritual progress and stability in the execution of missions. In Islamic Republic of Iran, what makes an Islamic police successful and strengthen the discipline and the security of the society is “insight”. An insightful police is Mujahid (devotee), revolutionary and vilayati (loyal and attracted to Supreme Leader of Iran) who steps in the way of right and duty in personal and social arenas through his/her perceptiveness in religious, political, cultural fields. Hence, this study after reappraising the concept of insight is looking for making and presenting an insightful police pattern in Islamic Republic of Iran.Methodology: This study has been done exploratory through descriptive-analytic methods and library data collecting.Findings: designing an insightful police pattern is presented in a three dimensional pattern; religious, political and socio-cultural and for each dimension, three components and 36 indexes are provided.Conclusion: at the end of this article, it is referred to some paper works and functions in promoting political-cultural insight of Naja’s employees and also the most important methods and strategies to achieve “insightful police” are reported.

Background and purpose: Art as a cultural fact and as a necessity in the process of social development, is making semantic relations among concepts and changes in cognitive structures, it also transfers learning to new platforms and textures.In this respect, “artistic education and training” is referred to the process of actualization and growth in the intellectual and cognitive skills, and also conceiving and producing new ideas. And it is considered as one of the most important functions of the leading moral education and training system. It also causes shaping of cultural identity, how to behave in the society, and leading people towards norms and critic cognitive developments. Considering the role of moral education and training authorities, Formulating operating guidelines and an effective method in accordance with intellectual conditions and environmental changes look essential. And especially; declaring cogitative theories of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli in artistic education and training is a necessity.Methodology: in this paper, through documentary (library) method after declaring the subject of artistic education and training as one of the new subjects in philosophers’ works around education and training and educating, it has been tried to re-analyze the principles of artistic education and training from the perspective of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli.Findings: From the perspective of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, besides manner, beliefs, and awareness, art is considered as one of the culture’s aspects and it leads to occurrence of transcendent human beings and transcendental society.Conclusion: Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, declares rationalism, inherent and moralization as the most important principles of artistic education. In his opinion, artistic education’s principles that achieves through comparing and considering tenets and objects, is discussed in two principles: “the necessity of considering to the visible and external aspect of the art works” and also “the necessity of considering to the content and internal aspects of the art works”. The vocation of art and artists in his opinion is managing and leading the society through rationality.

Background and purpose: One of the most important issues that is concerned in Islamic education and training is human nature, that’s not only capital and a wealth of knowledge, but also it’s such a compass and navigator that helps human beings on the way of transcendence to reach their God. This research has been done with the purpose of investigating structural-functional theory based on nature-oriented education and training and it has investigated human nature’s performance in different states, conditions and situations and in the combination with other aspects of human beings (soul, mind and heart).Methodology: this paper is done through descriptive-analytical method.Findings: Based on the findings of theoretical discussion and in accordance with the results, it was found that human nature-oriented education and training causes pacing “the path of getting close to God”; and the trainee becomes a “pilgrim in the path of getting close to God,” and the trainer has the role of God conductor. Human nature that is the education capital and his/her guide.it is divided to the rational nature, the soul nature, and the heart nature.Conclusion: The results show that concerning and training the aspects of human beings (soul, mind and heart), based on human nature-oriented training and education, can cause stimulating intellectual and thinking ability of trainees in monotheistic and growth and transcendent of trainees’ human nature-oriented lifestyle. Also education and training pattern should set up based on educational values structural systems in order to provide the basis of fosterage and actualization of knowledge in human nature. In order to codifying a comprehensive educational plan in the field of educating human nature, mind, heart or any other educational system, both divine and secular, it is needed to recognize and concern all educational requirements.

Background and purpose: Accomplished employees are infinitive assets of an organization and growth of any organization depends on benefiting of knowledge, skill, and insight of skillful people. So, Recognition of effective factors in empowering employees is an important issue for enterprise management. This study has been prepared to provide a model for empowering employees of a Cultural Organization.Methodology: the nature of this is “qualitative” and its main strategy is data based theorizing and the tool for collecting data and information is interview with organizations’ experts.Findings: The obtained model shows that commanding organization culture in religious-political Organization NAJA, which includes proper atmosphere for staff training, justice in the organization and job security, directly plays the most important role in shaping the properties of accomplished employees- As a central issue-. Of course, in the process of empowering employees, the monitoring system -as the context issue- and the organizational reward system -as the interposing situation - effect on the organization’s management system -as the action/reaction issue-.Conclusion: finally, output of this model is empowerment of employees of religious-Political Organization NAJA which is appear in Self-actualization, Innovation, Creativity and Reducing the work-related stresses.

Background and purpose: investigating holy Quran’s verses show that in Islam, Family is the first and the most important educating entity that has a persistent effect on educating formation of human being. On this basis, this article is done in the purpose of recognizing the features of competent and righteous family, and its role in children’s ethical education.Methods: the method of this research is qualitative component analysis. The research’s context include holy Quran and ideas and comments of eleven experts and university professors around the topic of family education that has been collected through semi-structured interviews and snowball method. To investigate the validity of data, experts’ ideas were used and the obtained model was presented to them and thus benefited their guides and needed Corrective actions are done.Findings and conclusion: on the basis of holy Quran and experts’ comments, there are eight main components of competent and righteous family that effect on children’s ethical education, as follows: Piety, knowledge and science, wisdom and insight, commitment and responsibility, justice and fairness, moderation and temperance, moral and divine rituals, and also physical and mental health.

Background and purpose: In this study, according to importance of detecting intrigue and ways to deal with it, it has been tried to investigate and analyze the supreme leader’s statements in the field of intrigue.Methods: This research is done based on qualitative approach using content analysis and needed data for this research has obtained from remarks and statements of Supreme Leader about intrigue which are accessible through subjective search in Maintaining and publishing office of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei web site which are including 124 notes.Findings and conclusion: Obtained data has been analyzed through coding methodology by using Maxqda10 software. Finally, the graph is drawn by MindMapper 2008 software. The acquired results show that the obtained data from analysis of the Supreme Leader’s statements can be classified in 8 general issues as following: the semantic of intrigue, the purpose of intriguing, ways and tools for intriguing, the roots of intrigue, duties, obligations and procedures to deal with intrigue, the revolution and intrigue, sedition of 88, moral debate and intrigue.
