Introduction: Among modern media, the Internet has a special place due to various attractions and opportunities. In addition to its beneficial and positive functions, its extreme use can lead to disruption of individual and social functions and affect social capital, creating a situation called Internet addiction. Internet addiction can be found among different classes. But it is more common among students. Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of social capital on Internet addiction in students. Method: The present quick review study was performed by searching the SID database, MAGIRAN, and Google Scholar search engine. Then the results of manual search of article references were added to the available sources. The search was conducted in 1400 using the following keywords (Internet addiction and social capital): Inclusion criteria included original published articles examining the impact of social capital on Internet addiction. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were included in the study and their information was extracted. Results: During the search in the identified databases, 62 articles were obtained, of which 7 articles met the inclusion criteria. The results show a significant relationship between social capital and Internet addiction. There is a link between the dimensions of social capital, including social trust, and Internet addiction. Conclusion: The results of the present study show that there is a significant relationship between Internet use and social capital.

Despite the long-term and far-reaching negative consequences of cyberbullying, there is still no consensus on its definition and nature. The aim of the present study was to provide a definition, history and typology or forms of cyberbullying. The method of the present study was documentary. The research pupulation was all international written (print / electronic) sources on cyberbullying that could be retrieved and accessed through databases. For this purpose, using theoretical sampling method and after reviewing and analyzing the sources collected from the existing document community, among the sources (books, documents and articles) that met the inclusion criteria, were selected as a research sample. Electronic note taking method was used to analyze the documents. After reviewing and analyzing the sources, the evolution and formation of the concept of cyberbullying was explained, cyberbullying was defined and twelve forms of cyberbullying (Harassment, Denigration, Happy Slapping, Cyber Grooming, Flaming, Cyber stalking, Masquerading or Impersonation, Trickery, Outing, Catfishing, Exclusion, Ostracism, Sexual cyberbullying) were identified, defined and conceptualized. The present study has been able to provide valuable information about the nature and methods of cyberbullying for executive bodies and effective legislation in the field of crime prevention, while also for psychologists, educators and sociologists interested in research in the field of cyberbullying. It can be very useful.

Culture is a wide and deep field. In the meantime, many factors can affect the culture and change it. Humans live in society and every society has its own culture. It can be said that native or popular culture is a set of actions, behavior and knowledge, way of life, way of consuming food and clothing, religious thoughts and all things that people have inherited from their ancestors. But these cultural elements may pass from one system to another. This process has affected all economic, social, political, cultural and educational aspects of human life through information and communication technologies. Among these parts that are affected are culture and society, which form the most important basis of civilization and identity of any society. Cultural preservation refers to an identity that keeps culture from decaying over time and tries to create a positive change in it. Among the many efforts that have been made over time to stabilize and promote culture, this research is also an attempt to identify the basic effective elements and components for cultural preservation. For this purpose, the definition of culture and social capital was first defined, and then, by introducing cultural preservation and social capital, the factors affecting it were explained, which include: intrinsic factors (proportionate relationship of beliefs, values, artifacts, and the power of cultural levels),internal factors (sociability, social supervision and control and institutionalization),External factors (cultural exchange and invasion). Based on this, by referring to experts in the field of culture, the effectiveness of each factor and its amount were investigated and evaluated.

Farhangian University, as the most important training center for human resources needed for education and breeding of new generations, has an important role in the development of society, which has become more prominent and sensitive with the introduction of the second step of the revolution. The purpose of this study was to explain the role of Farhangian University in strengthening the new Iranian-Islamic civilization in the light of the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution. The descriptive research method was library-based, using previous sources and fish-taking tools, through the analysis of relevant sources. According to the statement of the second step of the revolution and the new Iranian-Islamic civilization, it seems that considering the serious and important position of Farhangian University in educating the future generations of the country, it should be in the forefront. Fight against corruption, independence and freedom, national dignity, foreign relations, demarcation with the enemy and lifestyle. And pave the way for the realization of a new Islamic civilization.
