Innovation and entrepreneurship has been one of the main variables affecting the economic growth of developed countries. For this reason, policy makers are trying to improve the innovation environment and create a suitable ecosystem for the development of innovation. One of these variables affecting the creation of a suitable environment for innovation and then the development of innovation in different countries is the index of good governance in these countries. Hence, the aim of this study is to investigate the effect of good governance index on innovation in selected countries in the period from 2010 to 2021. Panel ARDL model has been used to estimate the model. The long-term model estimation results have shown that the good governance index has a significant and positive effect on the global innovation index in countries. Therefore, it is suggested that in the planning related to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in the society, appropriate planning should be done to increase and improve the governance index. Also, government spending should be increased in businesses and activities that have a higher innovation potential in those activities.

The main goal of this article is to investigate the impact of knowledge-based companies and innovative start-ups on the growth of the regional economy in Iran. Knowledge-based companies and start-ups provide the basis for the creation of added economic value through the technology and innovation channel. Therefore, moving from a resource-based economy to a knowledge-based economy requires strengthening startup foundations and designing an entrepreneurial ecosystem based on innovation and technology. In this article, to investigate the impact of the knowledge-based ecosystem on regional economic growth, the evaluation of the activity level of knowledge-based companies in science and technology parks has been used as an institutional reference for the development of this ecosystem. The institutional mission of science and technology parks is to support knowledge and technology companies and institutions in order to develop existing technologies and knowledge and commercialize it. The total number of knowledge-based companies in the country in 2016 was 3380, of which the total number of manufacturing knowledge-based companies was 780, industrial knowledge-based companies were 692, and startups were 1685. Based on the findings of this research, knowledge-based companies have had a positive and significant impact on regional economic growth in Iran, and the amount of sales of technology units in Tehran, Isfahan and Razavi Khorasan provinces has had a positive and significant impact on regional spatial growth in the country.

One of the features of new theories of development is that it considers dynamism at the regional level, innovation, production and transfer of knowledge as a key factor in regional development. Accordingly, innovation at the regional level is mainly done through collective learning and synergy between different actors who work inside and outside the organization. The central goal of this article is to identify the factors affecting the regional innovation system. In order to investigate the impact of different variables on the rate of regional innovation, the panel model related to the variables of one hundred and fifty countries during the years 2017-2013 has been used. Then, according to the hypotheses and diagnostic tests using panel data and the fixed effects pattern method, the relationship between innovation and the factors affecting it is examined. The results confirm that the variables of R&D expenditures, industry and university participation in R&D, access to the latest technology and finally higher education and patent programs have a positive and significant effect on countries' innovation.

The main purpose of this article is to assess and prioritize the regional competitiveness coefficient in Iran based on the components of knowledge economy. In general، competitiveness is a key criterion for assessing the degree of success of regions in the field of political، economic and commercial competition. This means that any country، region or enterprise that has a high level of competitiveness in competitive markets can be said to have a higher level of competitiveness. Competitiveness arises from a combination of assets and processes. Assets are either gifted (such as natural resources) or man-made (such as infrastructure) and the processes that turn assets into the economic benefits of selling to customers، ultimately creating competitiveness. This study is intended to investigate the impact of knowledge-based economy on regional competitiveness in Iran. In this research، we study the regional competitiveness in the country's science and technology parks in 2016 related to the variables of the science and technology park using the Herfindal method. The results confirm that the variables of production، inventions، number of knowledge-based companies have a positive role in regional competitiveness.

The main factor in the coordination of relevant information is appropriate and timely. So having the right information technology, various businesses are the main requirements. However, if the data structure is not sufficient coordination with the business organization will act as a barrier to work. The main objective of the present study is to investigate the relationship between IT maturity with organizational performance and achieve business requirements of System Golestan province. This study, in terms of purpose and the method of data collection, descriptive, correlative and in 1393 is carried out. The research method is a questionnaire for data collection tool. The size of the population of 68 people and the sample size was determined due to the limited size of the population of 68 people. To analyze the data using PLS software and SPSS and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests and analysis, structural equation modeling is used. This study consists of two main hypotheses and secondary hypotheses. The results showed that the maturity of the main assumptions of IT organizational performance and achieve business requirements of System Golestan province and there is a significant positive relationship. Also as expected, the results showed that the level of sub-hypotheses maturity of IT processes, organizational performance and the achievement of the business requirements of System Golestan province is at an appropriate level.

Creativity and innovation are two important factors in the development and progress of organizations and communities. Creativity means the ability to create new ideas, and innovation means presenting a new and innovative product, service or process that helps the organization grow and progress. These two factors can be strengthened individually or collectively within organizations and can improve organizational performance and efficiency. Given the intense competition in the market, organizations that can generate new and innovative ideas will have greater success in the market. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify and investigate the factors affecting creativity and innovation in  human capital management using meta-analysis method. This research is part of analytical-descriptive research conducted using meta-analysis method. The statistical population of the research includes all internal research conducted in the last 14 years (2008-2021) on the factors affecting creativity and innovation, which have been published in foreign scientific journals, books, and databases, including Google and Google Scholar, as well as domestic scientific databases such as Noor specialized journals database, Jahad Daneshgahi scientific information portal, and Megiran database. Using purposive sampling method, 10 researches were selected and studied, and 4 main factors were identified as effective factors on creativity and innovation in strategic human resource management. The results showed that the effective factors on creativity and innovation in strategic human resource management are organizational culture, an appropriate motivational system in the organization, training and development programs, and the use of information technology.
