Abstract:

In order to conduct a thorough and intelligible investigation of pottery, it needs to be classified. Pottery can be studied and classified in terms of the type of clay, paint, chamotte, the way it was made, the time it was made, and pattern. Since it is difficult, if not impossible, to provide a comprehensive classification which encompasses all of these aspects, pottery can be categorized based on each single criterion. The painted pottery belonging to the Islamic era in Qeshm can be categorized in terms of the type of pattern and we can investigate the kind of patterns on the pottery in this era. How frequent is each category? The present study, which is conducted as library and field research, is a descriptive analytic investigation and categorizes the patterns on the painted pottery in the Islamic era in Qeshm in two categories of geometric and plants, each with subcategories. A total number of eighty two pottery dishes were studied and the findings indicated that geometric patterns are dominant among these patterns.

Abstract:

The spatial distribution, basically, describes how a phenomenon is spread from its main focal point(s) between people whom are willing to accept it. So, unbalanced distribution of facilities and services could adversely affect citizens’ willingness to have tourism activities. The rate of interest and desire to travel and entertainment, which are nowadays one of the basic human needs and can be emerged in tourism activities, is not the same in all areas. This difference is a matter of interest in various scientific fields. In this paper, by means of descriptive-analytic method, the interest rate of Khormouj city residents to tourism and leisure has been studied. The required data have been obtained through 290 questionnaires filled by households and performed with SPSS software. The GIS software has also been used to display data in different areas of city. The results showed that Khormouj families’ tendency to tourism is not the same; there exists a significant differencein different neighborhoods.

Abstract:

In the traditional form of international relations, governments are the main actors of the international arena. They are the ones who decide to peace or war, But with the complex economic, social and technological processes, governments come together with the use of expert technicians to cover transnational entities. To act together as actors to create a new union and ultimately to consolidate regional integration and peace. In today's conditions, which collapsed in the Soviet Union, and the Cold War has somehow collapsed, these questions arise, Who will be the main actors of convergence and peace in the transatlantic era? What is the platform for the achievement of peace? Is there a relatively successful pattern? In response to these questions, this research was conducted on the basis of library studies and observations of the author, in an interpretive and analytical manner. The study area is also the coastal countries of the Persian Gulf. The results show that in the transnational era, the main actor or actor in the choice of government, peace and convergence, people or citizens. Of course, the younger generation will be more influential than other age groups, especially the elderly. Today's youth will be the agents of culture, politics and economy tomorrow for their countries, and tourism will be the bedrock for such action. Relying on regional experiences (Europe), the friendship project (Franco-Germain) is proposed as a model for convergence and regional peace between the Persian Gulf countries.
