Abstract: 

Parenting has a profound impact on the development and life of every individual. Many theoreticians have attempted to introduce theoretical models of various parenting styles and the relevant factors to identify and control mechanisms as well as consequences of their impacts. Like other scientific theories, these models are affected by the perspective of their theoreticians over the nature of man and the world view that mostly take their roots from western societies, their historical experience and dominant social attitudes. Now there is a need for revising parenting theories and developing native models based on Islamic thought and requirements of the Iranian society. This is due to the inconsistency between the current theories and some experimental facts, intellectual and value principles of the Iranian society as well as the negative impacts of these theories in Western societies. The current study aims at introducing Islamic local models of parenting tailored to suit the requirements of the Iranian society. Thus evolution of theoretical models of parenting and their intellectual and cultural principles and consequences are briefly discussed in the first chapter. The second chapter elaborates on a theoretical model of parent-child relationship as a local model based on Islamic thought. The assumptions of this model have been inspired by Quranic concept of the human nature and semantics.

Abstract: 

In order to improve the educational system, the present article attempts to analyze one of the educational systems according to Islamic philosophy. Finally on the basis of research studies the article puts forth a system to improve thinking. The purpose of thinking development is to have access to good life and general approach to the existence of a child and taking into consideration his/her long life and it’s needs and requirements alongside the cognitive matters. Furthermore taking into account reality, the variety of cognitive approaches in achieving the truth are among the most significant matters which have to be considered in compiling a local system for the development of thinking. Moreover in accordance with the above mentioned principle some other systems are presented regarding content, learning and teaching styles, evaluation and grouping.

Abstract: 

The present article is a comparative study based on extensive theoretical background of experts’ approach in Islamic and educational science relevant to organizational factors affecting teachers’ empowerment. Using a variety of descriptive, analytic, and statistical studies including the verses of the Holy Quran and authentic traditional books in Educational Science and Islamic Studies prove giving weight to dimensions such as formulating instructional goals, having access to resources and information, articulating organizational structures, providing job opportunities, and evaluating performance can be effective factors regarding the empowerment of teachers in educational science. Whereas according to Islamic principles and approaches which is different from western countries, observing certain criteria in participative management and taking into consideration the motivation, commitment and specialization of the members in performing their duties are among the effective organizational factors.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to describe content analysis. The paradigm followed in this article is inductive and deductive reasoning. The researcher has adopted a descriptive content analysis. The writer while trying to describe the distinction between qualitative and quantitative analysis, make an attempt to study the role of inductive and deductive reasoning in qualitative content analysis. The purpose of this analysis is to present and create important themes in the body of content. Also a rich description of the text as a social reality is offered. In religious text analysis, the roots are analyzed in order to build a model for conceptual form and propositions are provided as a means of religious thought. The roots analysis has a structural then logical nature and is hidden within the meaning created by the text. In content analysis, in addition to the text the features of message as well source of message and the sender of massage are analyzed to achieve a reasonable result. In this article, the process of qualitative content analysis are studied. The above research method is recommended to specialists who are interested in interdisciplinary research activities in the field of psychology and educational management in conjunction with Islamic study.

Abstract: 

Participative Management is a topic which lacks clear definition in Islamic studies. Taking into consideration the importance of P.M. in educational systems, the present article attempts to compare factors related to Participative Management from management and Islamic point of view. Through descriptive and analytical studies or research, the writer concludes that great differences exist between the above two approaches particularly issues related to the principle of counseling and the concept of decentralization and delegation of power. According to Islamic principles, where there is a previously decreed issue counseling is not advised and it is believed that Islamic decree has to be executed or put into effect. When it is a matter of reconciliation of affairs, counseling is advised. Moreover in spite of putting emphasis on decentralization in the west, by contrast Islam puts emphasis on the government leadership centralization as an element of unity. So when it is a matter of delegating power, it is a welcome change to deposit power in the hands of a leader.

Abstract: 

Nahjul balaghais a rich scientific and reliable Islamic source for psychologists. Within the scope of this article, Nahjul Balagha’s approach to mental stress, its treatment and stress generating factors on life, has been studied from two dimensions via descriptive, analytic and qualitative research. The present article studies Imam Ali (PBUH)’s approach to basic mental factors. According to Imam Ali (PBUH)’s reasoning the dual cognitive and behavioral attitudes are seen which elucidate the factors and causes of stress and present treatment based on operating the cognitive level of evaluation of events and adoption of appropriate behavioral methods to ensure mental health. Eventually current findings of researchers are compared with psychological principles in Nahjul balagha.

Abstract: 

Dialogue is an ancient human phenomenon with various theories and philosophical paradigms based on its epistemological nature. The theories have evolved in relation to the scholar’s view on man and his role in constructing facts. Regarding dialectical method in teaching the above mentioned theories need to be scrutinized. The writer while following analytical approach, by adopting dialectic method as Socrate’s (the founder of dialogue based education) methodological approach, studies different areas of the use of dialogue in Bakhtin’s dialectic method, Gadamer’s, hermeneutics interpretation and Haberma’s communicative actions. Taking into consideration the theoretical principle derived from them the writer offers a practical model of education based on Fereire’s view of dialectic method.
