This paper examines the structural factors and entrepreneurship at Shahid Satari Air Force Academy (dependent on the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force). The type of research in terms of purpose is practical and in terms of method is mixed. The study sample were faculty members of Shahid Satari Air Force Academy and interviews and questionnaires were used as tools for data collection. In the first stage to identify structural factors affecting academic entrepreneurship interviews and content analysis of data from nine interviews with academic entrepreneurs, were used. A content analysis of qualitative data showed that structural factors influencing entrepreneurship at the University of Aerial includes: organizational structure, equipment and physical facilities, corporate strategy, business processes, regulatory systems, management systems, payment systems, financial systems, human resource management and administration Information Resources. In the second phase, a questionnaire was distributed among 113 faculty members and questionnaire data showed that structural factors, as well as academic entrepreneurship at the university level is relatively high at Shahid Satari Air Force Academy.
